Worst airline experience of my life, depending on how the rest of my “customer service” experience goes I may never fly american airlines again.
Pros: "A crew member saw me struggling to walk and offered a wheelchair, explained to me that I would be met with one throughout my trip. Her name was Donna!! Problem occurred when we got to Dallas."
Cons: "Instead of circling in the sky, they could have had the pilot take the alternate route he eventually took anyway, in the first place. My family and I still don’t know if we’re going to get a flight to El Paso/ stand by. So much 4 seeing my armyson before he deploys, recipient time waisted over bad decisions on to of everything else, entitled woman on the plane insults me on the lane for no reason. The crew was amazing though."

Cons: "My comments for the Charlotte flight were supposed to be for the flight to San Diego. Boston to Charlotte is too short for there to be any issue."

Cons: "Due to missed connection, computer booked me on later flight, but in the wrong class (i.e., not first class as ticketed). Very helpful agent at O'Hare was able to remedy this though (didn't get her name. 6/25/19 at help desk near O'Hare gate L4, 7PM)"
Cons: "We have arranged for a wheelchair assistance and there was none available and we had to wait an hour after the flight landed for a wheelchair!"
Pros: "Courteous crew and staff"
Cons: "Check bags online for all flights"
Cons: "Very confused as to why I am receiving messages regarding confirming flight and post flight review when I did not purchase this flight. I watched it, did NOT book it. I should not be charged for it."
Pros: "Better space between the sits and the crew were nicer than prior fly with AA"

Pros: "Flight was delayed. booked another flight through Dallas with a 150 minutes layover there. That almost wasn't enough as we had an unscheduled 1 hour stop in Austi . In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Cons: "Plane left FRA 25 min late and occured more delay during flight. Came into DFW with 50 min delay and had to go through TSA again for connecting flight - why? So missed the connecting flight to LAX and had to get rebooked."

Cons: "They put a bunch of crying babies next to me, other than that it was a good experience."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hours, then moved to the next morning at 6am. Before we got to the hotel, the flight was pushed back to 8am. All for mechanical reasons. We've flown this route before, and have had an abnormally high number of mechanical issues. They seem to use older planes for these shorter flights, and it really shows. Technology could really help ease these situations. American's app does not allow you to look at rebooking options, so we had to stand in line for a solid 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Since it was the last flight of the night, there were only 3 agents there to help an entire plane's worth of people. Calling American didn't help. They couldn't help with hotel/food vouchers. These types of vouchers seem like something else that could be distributed through the app or electronically, eliminating the need to stand in line and grow increasingly frustrated. To add to the fun, the vouchers were not event enough to get a hot dog and drink for dinner, then a coffee and pastry for breakfast. Once we got the vouchers, trying to get to the hotel was a disaster. They had 1 van, so they could get about 10 people every 30 minutes. We just took and Uber, and were eating in the restaurant by the time others were still arriving from the shuttle. There was no one from American there to help coordinate with the hotel or shuttle. We were like blind sheep wandering around looking for the van. Finally, arrive for the flight the next day, and they start boarding about 10 minutes before the 8am takeoff time. So, of course, we were late getting off the ground. Then, when we arrived in Dallas, our gate was occupied by another plane, so we got to sit on an old plane for an extra 30 minutes until another gate opened up for us. Really, other than crashing, not much else could have gone wrong. Made American look completely incompetent...which is happening more the more we use them. Next time, I'll pay a higher fare to fly with Southwest."

Cons: "The flight was scheduled to leave at 630am. It's currently 945am and I'm still in the airport. Now a new maintenance issue was found. Flying is a first world luxury with first world problems."
Pros: "It was fine. Nothing special, nothing wrong. On time."
Pros: "This was probably one of the best flights I've had. Attentive flight attendants and the seats were very comfortable. I would definitely fly again."
Pros: "Poor service They had a severely overweight person sitting next to me. She was struggling putting on her seat belt for a few minutes. I was very uncomfortable in my seat. The flight attendant was walking around withh seat belt extenders ; why are you accommodating severely overweight customers at the expense of others?"
Cons: "The cabin crew for first class spent more time talking with each other and a pilot that was on our flight than with those flying. When they started passing out snacks they forgot the plates that had the napkins and utensils and were supposed to hold the snacks."

Cons: "Seats on smaller planes were very tight!!! It's not just your butt in the seat but where do you put your elbows?!?!?!?"

Cons: "The airline overbooked the flight,so even though I had a ticket and was NOT standby, I almost didn't make it on even though there were seats available (after two people forfeited their seats) bc they were worried about over-weighting the plane. Then they packed us like sardines into the back row of the plane."

Cons: "No drink services are provided on these flights. Unsure if that's specific to our flights (we took 2 Avianca flights) or all domestic flights in general."

Pros: "The flight was not only on time, but a little early!! The flight crew were fantastic & the plane looked new. Everything went according to plan which rarely happens these days!!!"
Cons: "This flight was added as they cancelled my flight directly to London then they dropped this flight and had just Phoenix to Lindon! It took many calls, one with over an hour wait, where were told different stories and expectations. I did not receive an actual ticket until the very morning if this flight!! It was very stressful!"

Pros: "We boarded, then left on the plane for an hour, then offered the opportunity to unboard, then required to unboard. We left several hours late and missed our connecting international flight."
Cons: "Everyone was anxious about missing connecting flights. It was a chaotic scene. The flight staff were clearly annoyed with all the questions they were getting."
Pros: "Easy to get bags checked and get my boarding pass. Online check-in was helpful, and the electronic boarding pass is convenient."
Cons: "Every source told me my bags were coming on belt E, but they somehow ended up on C."
Cons: "The gate attendant was a little snarky; shirt with an older passenger. The snacks were just okay; almonds would be good, or kind bars."
Pros: "Comfortable seating, good service, wide variety of entertainment options."
Cons: "I’m vegetarian and the food was horrendous and extremely limited."
Cons: "The flight was an hour and a half late getting to Cincinnati due to weather in Houston. We did make up some time in the air, however, when we got to Newark, we waited over 20 minutes to be towed to the gate! This level of service is simply unacceptable."

Cons: "Departures on both legs of the flight was delayed. First one 45 minutes and second one 20 minutes. The seat on the first flight was not the best and doesn’t seem to have a tall enough back section for taller people to rest their head."

Cons: "Being packed into a CRJ-700 with 50 of my closest friends I never knew. Snacks are ok but nothing exciting. No elbow room (I'm not obese)"

Cons: "I am a connection in Chicago from A to C concourse- too far. I came to fly not walk. Then we loaded from the front to the back - crazy. Service was slow cos too few crew. Airlines completely "dis" their customers"

Cons: "You cancelled my flight when I was in chicago to cincinnati United did not offer me anything no hotel, money back nothing and I had to be somewhere very important I didn't have my thing because it was in my suitcase which i didn't get till sunday. Ended up renting a car and driving the rest of the way. Never offer anything to help me. Then United messed up my plane ticket on my way back home almost miss my flight."

I chose coffee for my in-flight beverage to warm up, but the flight attendants did not have lids available to offer. As you can imagine, that didn't end well on a turbulent flight."
Pros: "Nothing actually except it was on time.. I do appreciate being able to bring my little dog on board with us although it cost alost as much as another seat. Thanks for letting us bring her."
Cons: "You put us all in very back seats and I am clostifobac.. It WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... LOuD AND NO RECLINING AND IN A CORNER.. OMG had to stand up most of way to keep from freaking out. And.. I HAD RESERVED MY SEATS..MAKES NO FRICKEN SENSE.. The tkt guy was rude when I told him I reserved our seats and now we are all 3 scattered everywhere alone. I think that's WHY HE PUT US IN THE VERY BACK BEING HATEFUL BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT UNITED DECIDED TO SEPARATE US FROM ROW I TO 30.. Also I am paying to bring my children to Mexico and I can't get points for it. Just sayin..."

Cons: "Flight delayed so booked on another flight. Get to layover and was told that United tried but couldn't book the second leg of the flight after all. Before we left our original destination, they assured us all the arrangements had been made. Lying to customers doesn't look good for businesses."

Cons: "Seats seem to be getting smaller. Flight attendants movement is greatly reduced. It seemed that his behind every time I looked up. Not good!"

Pros: "The flight was fine nothing to rave about or complain about."
Cons: "The cargo door did jam on the return flight so we had to wait at least 30 minutes to get our bags. Not sure if someone didn't do what they were supposed to do when securing luggage. It took maintenance some time and several calls before they came to assist."

Cons: "They had to reroute my flight four times! Then when they finally gave me a final flight I didn't get the premier seating that I paid for! Even if it's the only flight available the next time I fly I will not book with United!"
