He didn't even write it down even thought he had a pen in his hand. Apparently, at customers, we are not suppose to get this information and it's a burden on the employees to give it. Again the flight was late and while I know it was due to weather, we were seated in the plane and sat at the gate for more than an hour. Apparently, we were not cleared to be given an update. Once again, the speakers at the seat didn't work. Apparently, this is a constant problem with JetBlue"

Cons: "A woman was boarding the plane with two babies and clearly struggling to get to the back of the plane. When she could not handle it anymore she asked one of the flight attendants to help her. She was refused assistance by her. Then the flight attendant came to the front of the plane laughing uncontrollably say, "OMG, did you see her having a meltdown...she was asking me to help." She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

"Delta does a great job in general. However, the “Comfort+“ seats weren’t worth the money. I sat in both seats, and I compared the width of the seats and the distance from the seat edge to the back of the seat in front of it. There was a difference of about 2” in the seat width and 1” in the leg room. Very disappointing."

Finally less than halfway through the flight the unit froze up all together and was completely unusable. Also, the seat wasn't able to recline as the button on the seat was completely missing!"

Cons: "I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly."

Cons: "The last travelers in boarding line (including myself) had to check their carry on luggage because “there was no more room in the overhead compartments”. However, while I was walking to my seat, I saw ample storage space as well as suitcases that were laying horizontally or flat and could easily have been adjusted to create even more space. Given that most people pack their most valuable items in their carry on bags (as well as anything fragile), I was a bit uneasy checking mine. The associate who helped check my bag on the tarmac was kind. I was grateful that my luggage had a hard shell case."

Cons: "Crew allows the first zones to place both their carryon and personal items in overhead storage, filling the bins before many travelers board the plane. We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

Cons: "The flight attendants were uniformly rude and nasty to passengers from start to finish. As I boarded, I asked for a piece of art to be stored in the wardrobe compartment. This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."

Cons: "As a Platinum AFK/KLM Skyteam member I was NOT allowed to use the Delta Lounge. On the flight the meal choice was poor and the staff were not really geared to serving regular clients. The movie choice was poor. I expected better!"

Cons: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Pros: "Boarding in St Thomas is always a mess, no matter what airline you fly. I usually fly Delta because the planes are clean and the people are nice. Well this time the staff went well above and beyond. My friend and I were sitting in the front row of seats in the lounge at the airport, facing the Delta gates. There was a mob of people milling about between us and the gate, so we could not see very well, but we thought we had a clear view of the door. Also it was very loud in the terminal. The flight had a delay, so we were relaxing and chatting, when I got a text from my mom asking if I was on the plane. So I went to the counter to inquire if they had started boarding our flight. The lady looked at me with surprise and said, "We have been paging you!!". Well we were both surprised! We had not heard anything over the general din in the airport. It turns out they had completed boarding and already rolled the stairs away from the plane! The ground staff talked to the captain and then they rolled up a set of stairs, opened the door to the plane, and let us on! The flight attendants said that they had never seen that happen before. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the crew at Delta for going the extra mile to make sure we made it on our flight."

If they had messaged even 30 mins earlier, we could have rescheduled our cab and slept at the hotel given we were on 2 hours sleep. We received the text 3 minutes before we arrived at the airport and tried to sleep on benches as the front desk kept delaying the boarding time by 20 minutes 4 times, each time exactly at the previously extended ETD, which is far more frustrating than if they had just extended it once by 80 minutes so we could legitimately relax."

My family and I still don’t know if we’re going to get a flight to El Paso/ stand by. So much 4 seeing my armyson before he deploys, recipient time waisted over bad decisions on to of everything else, entitled woman on the plane insults me on the lane for no reason. The crew was amazing though."

Pros: "I managed to slip ahead a couple of rows into what I guess was a slightly upgraded seating area. This resulted in my flight being very nice. But had I not been able to pull off this minor theft, I think it would have been miserable. Sitting up straight, without the seat ahead of me reclined, my knees touched the back fo the seat in front of me. It felt like I was sitting at a table in a kindergarten classroom, not a chair meant for an adult. In the upgraded seat I was very comfortable. Staff on board was friendly and helpful throughout the flight."
Cons: "I haven't flown American Airlines in quite a while and one gets quite spoiled flying on Emirates or Qatar or Singapore or Norwegian or whatever other airlines. It's easy to forget how utterly mediocre AA is. The food isn't great, the air quality on the flight is terrible and leaves you feeling oily. They don't air-condition the plane until after everyone is boarded so the whole process is hot, sweaty, and unpleasant. Many of the staff are flat out rude to people (I was never on the receiving end, but I overheard what I considered very abrasive tones to others). And so on. Ideally I'd fly on other airlines I think."

Cons: "I would never use American Airlines again. Horrible service at the check-in service at Barcelona Airport. I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."

Apparently the money I paid two months before was no good on this flight. I was traveling with my boyfriend and they would not allow us at the same counter because we were not married. After much haggling we were finally able to rectify the situation. Horrible start. Then, once on the plane, the in- flight entertainment system as well as the lights broke right before take off so there was nothing to watch or see for an almost 8 hour flight."

Would have less waiting for people in front of you to get settled. Wish the last snack had a piece of fruit or something with a bit more healthy aspect."

Pros: "This plane is much better than the American Airlines plane I usually get stuck with on my 8 hour direct flight from JFK to MXP. Please stop using the Boeing 767 jets and only use the Boeing 777 for flights across the Atlantic. I would like to fly American more frequently but not if I think I'm going to get stuck with the planes from the 1980s where there's no personal TV, no place to plug in my phone or electronics to charge unless you carry around a car charger, which I definitely don't, and there's no WiFi on those planes either."

Cons: "Unfortunately, normal operations for AA domestic means boarding 20-30 minutes late, which delayed the arrival a bit. In general, AA could provide more accurate updates and boarding information for their flights. For example, if the inbound aircraft arrives at the time my flight should be boarding, I want to see an updated departure time, rather than maintaining the "on time" status right up until five minutes before the new boarding time. Generally it takes 25-30 minutes to turn the plane for the next outbound flight."

Cons: "Checking in, the counter agent first told us we would need a visa to go to the USA. We are American citizens. Then she insisted that we buy checked bag allowance even though our tickets already included checked bags. We had already flown the 1st leg with checked baggage, why would we purchase tickets with no baggage allowance coming home?! The stroller we gate checked was left at the end of the oversized baggage carousel because of the ground crew not wanting to unload gate checked items. I will never EVER fly an AA codeshare flight."

I inserted it on the online form multiple times until I was blocked from doing so, and there was no link to communicate online in real time with anyone who could solve the problem. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary, as well as time consuming. It was not how I wanted to spend my final night in Italy. Furthermore, I had to wake up at 4 am to get a very early bus to the airport in order to check in early enough in person. NOT cool. The food was mediocre. The entertainment options were about the worst I've ever seen. My seat hardly went back at all."

I’ve tried calling American Airlines and Latam several times to assign a seat for me and they swore there were only middle seats but I know how airlines work to make extra money on these seats. At the end, they only gave me a middle seat option and I had to take I.t of course. On the plane I realized there were dozens of empty seats and yet they made sure not give them to me or anyone else. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I still have to use AA on my way back to Brazil. After this, I’ll chose another airlines for sure. Also, the 3,4,3 arrangement is ridiculous: there’s no corridor space making people touching you everything someone passes by your seat. And boy! Those seats are so uncomfortable and there’s no way to incline the chair so you can even have a little rest (because it’s impossible to even sleep on those seats). The crew were simply doing their jobs! No pleasure! No smile! No engaging with anyone unfortunately! They looked miserable and I asked for water and the flight attendant NEVER brought me anything. Seriously! Water is free!"

Of course, no flights back to US so I was stuck an extra day, completely messed up school and work. I THOUGHT I was booking with Iberia but it was a code share. I WILL NEVER fly American Airlines again!"

Cons: "More than a 2 hour delay in Madrid for American Airlines to replace the seat harness on the Co-pilot's chair. This seems like an evolution that should never delay a flight if the proper preventive maintenance had been performed. Very little info was given and there did not seem to be any concern by the pilot or flight attendants once the flight was boarded due to the delay. I was very relieved, however, when we arrived at JFK and AA had a point of contact helping folks with close flights. We originally had 3.5 hours to make our connection to BWI, but due to the delay, had less than an hour to go thru Passport control, rescreening and entry to the terminal, but we made it. Thank you for the personal representative. I did not get her name, but she was very, very helpful."

Cons: "The plane was extremely old and dated. Never been on such an old plane with no up to date equipment or facilities. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the food was awful. There was no personal entertainment screen for an 11 hour flight and only one of the safety demonstration screens was working during take off. Also no plugs at all."

Pros: "They offered pretty decent food and snack options that were included in the flight- the high quality chocolate ice cream was an especially nice touch as well as the included wine. My seat appeared to have more space than the flight previous to it, so that added a lot more comfort without the extra expense of having to pay for the "more space" seating- I often feel like airlines nickel and dime you to death these days. Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well."
Cons: "Having to use communal screens for watching movies and shows, having no choice as to what was displayed, having trouble seeing everything displayed (too far and small to see nuance in dark scenes and print on screen), having only one bathroom mid plane."

Because this was booked through kayak, then through an agent, then ultimately an Iberia booking on a British Airways / American flight, it took about 5 rounds of phonecalls being passed to another company or another department to get anything done. Sure the flight was cheap, but 6 hours of phone calls to get anything done is unacceptable. The plane used for this flight is ancient. Very tired seating, and no seatback entertainment. One children's film shown on the central TV screen followed by old sitcoms....For a transatlintic flight, this is really poor."

Cons: "I began flying when airline attendants were called airline stewardesses. Their personality plus attitudes and attention to detail reflected on the overall image of the airline, and did not make me feel like a second rate citizen in a second class seat. I've noticed over the last decade-plus that this has changed. I've been rudely spoken to for reaching for a napkin off the cart as I was not given one with my drink. My elbow was hit by the cart as it moved from back to front of isle, and no apology followed. The garbage was collected moving back to front, so I had to get the attention of the attendant after she flew by me. I thoroughly researched the size of the suitcase required prior to flying, and bought a new one to meet the requirements. My suitcase did not fit on American Airlines. Why am I bringing up American Airline? When getting to the airport in Milan, Italy, 2 1/2 hours prior to flight departure, I approached the British Airway counter. As no one was there, I proceeded to believe I was too early, so I had breakfast. I again approached the British Airway counter and still no one was there. On my way to the bathroom, I found the flight board and followed the directions. I searched for British airlines at the gate I was directed to, but was unable to find it. I asked an attendant, and I was directed to the American Airline gate. It was very confusing. It would have been nice if there was a sign at the British Airways counter directing its customers to American Airlines."

It took 6 attempts to read my passport, it never did read my green card, wouldn't accept my frequent flyer number. Other passengers were similarly frustrated. The attendant couldn't have been less helpful. I joined a line to check in with a counter clerk. The counter positions were seriously understaffed. The clerks seemed to be working quite slowly and were quite unconcerned about the growing line. I'm glad I checked in early for my flight!"

Cons: "The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't much legroom in the economy section. Another problem - which is probably related to Heathrow airport and outside of the crew's control - was that the staff at the airport rushed us tremendously during boarding, saying that the flight would close half an hour in advance. I had never seen boarding close that early and it was very frustrating, because the boarding then took a very long time, since they searched us for no reason, and our flight ended up taking off 30 minutes late! As passengers, we felt very rushed, it seems, for no reason."

Cons: "This had to have been among the worst flights I have ever experienced in 50+ years of flying to 86 countries. First, an e-mail before I left my Paris apt that it would be 1 hr late departing. THEN the announcement ON BOARD that the flight would make a REFUELING stop in Bangor Maine (the eqpt was a 20 yr old 757 meant for a medium-range domestic route instead of Paris-NY). So it was FOUR HOURS LATE arriving, including an extra hour on the ground in Bangor because they'd lost their landing slot (tho they lied about "bad weather" at JFK) ... a succession of lies and incompetence. Headphone jack didn't even work at the seat ... the movie was a US film dubbed into French anyway! Gawd what incompetence. A letter Fedexed to Doug Parker, AA's CEO, was not even acknowledged.... and I do 35,000 air miles a year on AA. THE WORST."

Pros: "THis was an ok flight. Everything was on time and the crew was hreat. On the other hand, the food was terrible and the check in process was not expedite at all. The American Airlines crew did not know how to handle my G4 visa while checking in and they neglected to mark my bag with the orange ribbon signaling platinum status in American. This is key to getting your luggae faster in baggage claim when you have a short connection (I had less than two hours). This omission caused my suitcase to arrive last, and I had to run to make it to my next flight."

I liked the fact that we got ice cream halfway through the flight also, that's not a very common thing! Entertainment system was very good -- lots of choices of things to watch/listen to! I was pleased to find that there were movies available that had been very recently released that I had been wanting to see!"
Cons: "Comfort was okay, my seat was on the end of a row with three seats (aisle side) and immediately behind me was a row with only two seats. Without fail, the flight attendants bumped their carts into my chair EVERY time they passed. If I had been trying to sleep, this would be much more of a disturbance to me. Seeing as I was just watching movies and enjoying the food, it wasn't that much of an issue. However, I think it would be easy for the flight attendants to just take a second longer to try to navigate around the chair and not bump it every time. Little things like that go a long way, especially on a long flight."

Cons: "We boarded or flight just a few minutes late initially then had to taxi back to the gate to fix AC(?!) electrical issues, which were seemingly fixed just as we started to de-plane. Then after a slew of nonsense announcements about waiting for a new pilot, redirecting the destination, and basically misinformation about reboarding, we are told that the flight MIGHT be canceled; It has been nothing but one excuse after another and honestly after a 4 hour delay with no real answers, I really cannot find any reason to fly this airline ever again. Such poor service."

Cons: "When I booked the flight, I hadn't realized that British Airlways had contracted the flight out to be operated by American Airlines. The flight was delayed in Paris and I ended up missing my connecting flight through JFK to DC. Though we were told on the plane that we would be given assistance upon landing and helped in an expedited manner through customs, instead I was briefly informed I had missed my connecting flight, handed an envelope, and told I needed to now travel to Laguardia Airport. No other information or assistance was provided. I was not given a reason why I needed to travel an hour in NYC traffic to switch airports nor was I given any help through customs. The shuttle I was told to take was unable to take me to the correct terminal, so I needed to get on a secondary shuttle. Again, after a 7 hour international flight, little assistance or aid was provided. I was barely able to make it through security in time to catch the new flight. Additionally, the actual flight from Paris to JFK lacked basic in-flight entertainment that almost any international flight would have. I will not be traveling on American Airlines again, and I am hopeful that Kayak and BA will be more clear in the future."

When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."

Then we waited to pick up our luggages from 12:30pm to nearly 4pm in order to get transported to a 40- minute drive away Hotel. I was starving because I didn't have breakfast as I tried to catch my flight and no food was provided during the waiting time. Plus, the entire day was wasted. Oh well, at least we were provided accommodation for the overnight, 2:40am breakfast, 4am airport shuttle, and 8am flight to get to our destination next day."

Cons: "it was not clear that finnair was being operated by american airlines. when I arrived to the airport in Paris, they couldn't locate my flight on finairr or american. my flight was missed and the staff on both airlines (finnair and partner american airline) were soo unhelpful. I have never missed a flight, I travel for work, in the air, more than on the ground and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. I was super disappointed that even after all the mistakes, no one would help me find a new flight and I had to pay for another one. Even after calling finnair several times and pleading for some answers or help."

Compared to boarding by row, the entire process is now one lengthy mess."

Honestly, I will never fly United again and am cancelling my future flights in favor of taking the train instead. It takes eight hours instead of a theoretical 1.5 hours, but at least it is reliable and not much worse than the ACTUAL time it takes to fly United. Worst airline ever. Barf."

Cons: "Most of the time, the weak link is in check-in. For CLE-ORD, too many huge personal bags & carry-ons slipped thru the process resulting in takeoff delay as the staff checked for overhead cabin space back & forth. Inside the jet, the crew had to look for cabin space, rearrange ridiculously large bags...in order to fit my backpack. More delay. Some "personal" items were larger than most carryons."

Pros: "The seats were roomy enough. The plane was clean."
Cons: "The flight within itself was not a problem. However there was a hold up because on weather which is not a problem better safe than sorry. But trying to make our connecting flight was the problem we asked over and over for information on if we were to make our connecting flight and no one seem to be able to give us a relatively fair answer on what we were to do because of the delays. Needless to say we missed our connecting flight in New Jersey they shut the door and said we could not board, that's OK if that was the rules but what to do next was the problem, no one could seemingly help us.We had to walk around to find someone to help us to only be told that we can just get the next flight but we had to go to customer service to get re-ticketed which was making us missed even another flight the lines in customer service were extremely long and they were going extremely slow so I had to jump out of line and go to a gate in which someone help me get re-ticketed to catch the next flight. We were to have someone to meet us in London in which we had no way to connect with them to tell them we were going to be 2 to 3 hours late. Once we got on a flight the plane was clean, the seats were spacious enough for economy and the staff was friendly but coming through New Jersey was not what I would want to do again but I had a flight back coming through. The horror!"

Cons: "The crew gave people who were trying to sit together as a family a hard time. They had to wait over an hour into the flight to move one row. We left a little late."

Cons: "We found out when we arrived at the airport, that the flight departure was delayed from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Ouch. At 8:30 pm we departed. 2 hours into a 3-hour flight I happened to look out the window and noticed that I could see city lights, shopping centers, streets w/ lights and cars on the streets on both sides of the airplane.. we were not at 35,000ft but maybe 5,000ft. I was also aware that they were flying slower than the usual 400 +/-. My guess was we were only flying at 250 +/-. This flight mode continued the rest of the way into our destination airport. As we were taxiing into our assigned gate the flight crew came on over the intercom and announced that they were a little late and that there were 8 passengers who only had 10 minutes to make their connecting flight and asked that everyone on the plane please let these people go first on deplaning. OK, no problem. We stopped at the gate, turned off the engines, the 8 people got up and moved to the front of the plane, then they didn't open the door for almost 8 minutes. My wife and I will not be flying Frontier much in the future."

Pros: "The $100.00 plane voucher but I'm not really interested in flying them again. I would have rather had money returned to me in some capacity."
Cons: "The fact that my flight was constantly delayed for no good reason. There was absolutely no communication from Fronteir employees about why our flight was delay or when it was coming. The staff was so unprofessional; they mocked the passenger and were laughing, stating, "let the riot begin!". The staff were very plain about it being a 12 hour day for them and that while we were boarding we needed to make it as quick as possible...this was a slap in the face after they delayed our flight by 8 hours. Just not a good airline."

Additionally, charging people for things you get one other airlines for free (a cup full of soda is $3? Really?) is insulting. The plane itself shook the ENTIRE ride something that I have never experienced in my 20+ years of traveling. Maybe time to invest some of that soda money into your planes huh?"

Cons: "There should be a place to mark horrifying. It always appears that Frontier is the least expensive until you get hit with all the little charges. We paid an extra 18$ each to choose seats, bad ones, and then the seat next to me is filled by someone who choose not to pay. Some folks paid $30 for a carry on and others just lugged uge free bags on. The flights are always delayed and the plane was filthy. I know there was no time for staff to do there short cleaning routine, this was not from a single flight,looked like floors and seat have NEVER been cleaned. UGH"

Cons: "Extra cost for EVERYTHING. $45 each way for my small bag to put in the overhead?! Really?! There's an additional $90 on my round trip right there. The staff was really nice and friendly, but they came around offering drinks and I asked for a black coffee. They said it will be $2.99. Really? You can't afford to provide a coffee to your customers? I was in row 36 and there was MASS confusion as to which seats were in which row. The labels are not directly above the seats, so 15 to 20 people had to move around to get it right. The boarding zones make no sense either. I was in zone 1 and was in the isle seat. Shouldn't the zones load all window seats first, then center, then isle? Common sense has gone out the window. Won't be flying frontier again."

Cons: "We were at check in in plenty of time, but because there was only one person checkin us all in, we were almost late. The poor person checking us all in was under a great deal of pressure and went so far as to blame us for. To getting there in time. Frontier needs. Ore than one person checking in people. Also, your Everything-as-cheap-as-we-can -make-it policy is evident in seating, tray tables, well, in everything. I still can't believe you nickel and dime everyone with everything. Carry-on REALLY? And lastly, we had to wait for our luggage for over 1/2 hour! I will say the flight attendants were very polite and helpful. I'm sorry they have to work for you. Never again, Frontier!"

Cons: "They do have hidden fees... such as printing your boarding pass, choosing your seat (not a premium seat, just any seat!), and a fee for carry ons. At the gate they said they were going to charge $65 for a carry on, but if we wait until boarding they would charge $100. It's extortion, plain and simple. Luckily, I only had a backpack, so that didn't count. I also packed my own food, so I have no idea what they would have charged there. Make sure you print your boarding passes at home and let them assign you your seat, if the computer does it they won't charge you."

Cons: "generally cheap fares, though ours was not. After add ons - not that cheap. Appalling cabins- seats are hard, no tray table to speak of,. I suspect they save money by have fewer employees. No complimentary cabin service. The crew spends its time collecting garbage (no between flight clean up crew). Baggage claim took 50 minutes. "customer service" counter in Denver was horrible - dismissive and rude."

Cons: "I am never flying Frontier Airlines again. Hidden fees everywhere that make the price much, much less of a deal than it looked when I did the price comparisons against some legitimate airlines. Frontier charged for carry-on bags, tried to charge for seat assignments (all of the available seats & not just the desired ones), charged for every beverage including sodas. Frankly I was surprised they didn't charge for water! Seats didn't recline at all & were like sitting on a metal folding chair for 5 hours. Food tray was about 3 inches wide, could barely put a plastic cup on it let alone a laptop or anything like that. Deceptive pricing combined with crappy accommodations - a combination I will avoid next time."

Cons: "We were pulled out of a long boarding line to PAY for carry on. We were not charged carry on coming the other direction. Did not know there was a charge. This should be MORE clearly noted with the on-line reservation system. There were a long line of us having to pay last minute and very angry. Seats on aircraft hard and uncomfortable and do not recline. Charge for any beverage or snack. Very surprising."

Pros: "The crew is courteous but still not overly understanding of someone waiting in the airport for a flight for 8 hours without any explanation for the delay."
Cons: "My flight was supposed to land in Tampa at 8:20pm and didn't land until 2:30am the next morning. This was a delay and a wait all with a 7 month old child. no explanation as to why the plane was delayed almost 8 hours and they still try to get you to pay for food when on the plane? Absolutely ridiculous. Even though the plane ticket is initially cheaper, by the time you pay $40 per checked bag, "pay" for the hours of delay or cancellation and reschedule, stress that accompanies your feelings when flying frontier knowing how unreliable they are, it's not worth it. I would rather pay $150 more and know I'll arrive on time with little or no hassle. I won't be flying with them again if I can avoid it."

Cons: "The service, and delays were absolutely terrible. They switched gates on me 3 times, which in turn made me miss my flight. I then had to uber back fourth costing me $100 to get to and from the airport, when my friends dropped me off on time. I arrived 2 hours before my flight, and then it got delayed, then switched gates, then the lady at the desk told me that they were boarding at 410. I arrived at 409 at the wrong gate and to run to the other gate to board which was then 411 and they said they were departing at 410. Absolutely terrible. Never again."

Pros: "The crew was very professional, courteous."
Cons: "Glad you asked. I have always loved flying, however; the aircraft have now morphed into a large aluminum tube that is noisy, and most noticeable, very,very crowded. It will probably sound trivial,however, these days one barely has room to fold a newspaper OR enjoy a snack on those 4 by 8 in. metal trays on the seatback in front you. You know---------- this the first time I have ever been so critical of a flight of any kind. I just hope I don't see the day when they have everyone stand in the plane so that they can get more into it. I fear the true pleasure of flying has gone out the (pardon me) window."

Pros: "The crew members were sweet and the flight was not bumpy."
Cons: "They charge you for carry ons and checked bags. They do not give you free water and there are no snacks at all, passengers have to pay for everything. The seats do not recline at all and for a tall person, it was uncomfortable give the small amount of leg room. Also there was no entertainment at all, not even radio or a movie played in the galley. All the corners were cut with Frontier Air."

Pros: "Crew was friendly from what little I saw of them. I attempted to sleep throughout the flight to make time seem to pass more quickly."
Cons: "Previously flown on frontier and this is not what I remembered. Looks like they remodeled the insides of their plane. However, not to their customers comfort. Seats were like plastic bucket seats covered in vinyl. Extremely thin padding on bottom. I ended up sitting on the pillow I had bought for my neck. 4 hour non stop flight, and 2 weeks later my tailbone still feels uncomfortable. No head rest support and THE SEATS DID NOT RECLINE!!!! Luckily, I had gotten little sleep the night before and forced myself to sleep throughout the flight to get through it. No entertainment to speak of, and the tray you are offered to put your drink on cannot have been more than 5 inches deep. The lady next to me could not put her computer on it. Boarding was slow as they did not make it clear to passengers that carry on overhead space was now being charged!!! Front desk ticketing clerk should be notifying passengers prior to security. I witnessed another couple forced to pay $60 per carry on at the gate! As we bought our tickets months ago we should have been grandfathered in at no charge. We ending up paying $70 total to check one bag online and check one at the ticket counter. Disappointed with Frontier as we flew Delta here with no baggage prices. Frontier has gotten the last of my hard earned $$$. Now that I know how sly Frontier has gotten, I will spend the extra money for a more expensive and COMFORTABLE airline."

Cons: "When Kayak exported our data to Frontier it was done incorrectly (Kayak merged our first names and middle initial to form one name). This required I call Frontier (and was on the phone for at least 20 minutes), to correct the error, or it would require a large fee to change our names on-line. This was a great inconvenience."

Pros: "Hub was centrally located in Denver between the Rocky Mountains!"
Cons: "Every thing is an upcharge! Not even the carry-on bag is free! If you are in the habit of taking a carry-on when you travel (like most of us do), add another $80 charge to your round trip ticket. The only free drink on the plane is water. Soft drinks are $2, chips/peanuts/munchies are $2 and so forth! All window and isle seats are another $20-40 upcharge. I chose not to pay upcharge for an economy seat and ended up in a middle seat towards the tail of the aircraft! By the time I paid for my carry-on and premium seat on the return flight, my trip became as expensive as business class but got a very bottom deader service! Avoid this airline!"

Pros: "Great price for direct flight to Seattle from Cleveland."
Cons: "Seats did not incline and no options for entertainment on board. For a 5 hour flight it would be more enjoyable to have these."

Pros: "The crew was really nice. Plane took off on time and arrived early. Smooth flight."
Cons: "So bare bones as to make you feel almost unsafe, like you would probably be charged a safety premium if you wanted to ensure no turbulence. The only thing offered to you if you don't pay for it is water. Frontier also opts not to participate in TSA Pre-Check, which would be a small fee to them but would save much aggravation for their customers. You will be forced to sit through a 5-minute (seriously) announcement about why you should sign up for their credit card, then get reminded about it twice before you land -- if they are seeing the flight as an opportunity to run a commercial, you should at least get something for it! I think the carry-on policy is ridiculous -- however, I brought on my backpack, which fit under the seat in front of me, and then when everybody was clearly boycotting the overhead bins I just put it up there anyway. Zero entertainment options on my flight so come prepared."

Pros: "The attendants made sure every one was comfortable before the flight took off, after the doors were close the offered open seats to customers that looked a bit crammed. They were very accommodating. I didn't eat any food, but it smelled amazing. I would definitely suggest Frontier to any one flying I know I will be booking with them again."
Cons: "The chairs weren't the most comfortable, luckily it wasn't a long flight. Is a bit much for checked in baggage. I understand charging for extra luggage but the first checked bag should be complimentary."

Pros: "Crew was amazingly friendly both flights! The whole process seemed very nice and quick. I would DEFINITELY fly Frontier again in the US. Also, this is silly, but the tray tables are very cute. They are tiny (1/2 or 1/3 the size of a 'typical') and metal-ish; while not large, they are also not wobbly like on many other aircraft. I liked that there was no TV in front of me or controls in my seat; because usually I turn it off anyway but it still looks ugly and all the extra crevices in 'nicer' seats get filthy and disgusting. I did not feel grossed out by this aircraft, which is really cool."
Cons: "Obviously, it's really tiny and uncomfortable. I knew that going in and paid for an aisle seat, otherwise I would have been totally miserable. I would recommend doing that, and also NOT having stuff you need to put under the seat in front of you, because then you'll just squish yourself in more. I was fine and got both sleep and some writing done, but I did see others struggle."

Pros: "Smooth flight, arrived early, fast boarding pricess."
Cons: "Everything was fine, no foodand only water for free, which was expected since rates are so low. So low score is only due to N/ A not being an option to rank."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled due to weather. No delay. No reschedule. I got online for a refund. The final box of the refund form asked for a "Frequent Flyer Number".-something I was never given. So I had to call customer support. After dancing my way around the ridiculously confusing hotline BS, I finally got put on hold to speak to a real human, who suprisingly spoke english. It literally took 38 mintues for someone to answer the phone. This happened yesterday. I still havent recieved anytime of confirmation that im getting my money back. Pay the extra bucks, and dont fly with this company."

Cons: "Having to pay to pick your seat, minimum of $12 (suggest that you pick and pay as soon as you book for good seat selection). Checked bags are $30 each way, and you must pay for your normal complimentary items on other airlines. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. Just pay the extra money for convenience!"

Cons: "Our boarding pass directed us to gate A9, but when we got there other flights were leaving there. No one was around to redirect us. We had to figure it out ourselves to go to gate A14. Also the beverage cart was out of gin."

Cons: "The seats are the tightest most uncomfortable that I've ever been in and would be a deterrent to flying frontier again."

Pros: "The plane we took, eventually, did not crash."
Cons: "There was a "maintenance issue" with the plane. That can happen. But the way the airline handled it was the problem. Every couple of hours they would push back the departure time. After being delayed 6 hours they told us, "The plane IS REPAIRED, but the crew has timed out." So the departure time had to be pushed back another 3 hours. 15 minutes before that time elapsed they announced that, while they now had a crew, the plane wasn't actually fixed and they were going to bring in another plane in another 2 hours. Before boarding, they announced they needed to move some passengers to different seats, "because there were less passengers than originally scheduled" to balance the weight. This turned out to be a lie because it was a different plane model. I was moved from an upgraded seat to an unsatisfactory one with less leg room. When the plane finally did come in we sat on the tarmac for 60 minutes before taking off. They announced complimentary drinks AND snacks for the delay. And, while I don't get excited one way or another over a bag of peanuts, when the air-waitress came around and tried to charge me for the snacks and claimed that it had never been promised, it was really annoying. Delays happen. Please don't lie about what's going on."
