We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

In general, AA could provide more accurate updates and boarding information for their flights. For example, if the inbound aircraft arrives at the time my flight should be boarding, I want to see an updated departure time, rather than maintaining the "on time" status right up until five minutes before the new boarding time. Generally it takes 25-30 minutes to turn the plane for the next outbound flight."

We were to have someone to meet us in London in which we had no way to connect with them to tell them we were going to be 2 to 3 hours late. Once we got on a flight the plane was clean, the seats were spacious enough for economy and the staff was friendly but coming through New Jersey was not what I would want to do again but I had a flight back coming through. The horror!"

We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! Cons: "They were out of Bailey's Irish Cream. They let somebody else take my wheelchair, and I had to wait a long time for a replacement (well after all the rest of the passengers were gone)."

Cons: "Frontier and their continual insistence on charging money for what should be standard of care. Misleading advertising (flights should be advertised at price with seat and carry on). When you incorporate these rates frontier is more expensive than united or southwest, both of which have better arrangements Seats are uncomfortable. Trays have been reduced to bins. Does not help that Cleveland airport is notoriously bad with delays"
Pros: "I was able to get this flight really cheap and I'm not hard to please."
Cons: "Would have been nice if crew noticed me more to ask about water drinks food trash etc. But I guess guy beside me was tall and on his laptop. Would have had to reach over him to get their attention."

Cons: "Another plane malfunction! Last time we flew Frontier we were stuck for 2 days in FL! Never was another plane brought in for us. Never was another flight to,Cleveland bumped so we could return home. At least you figured out that disaster and we were able to board a plane scheduled for Philadelphia, which bumped that passenger to a flight 3 hours later. And the stories of horror other passengers had last night...all about Frontier, one man previously had totally missed a cruise! This is not how to maintain nor run an airlines. I will not be giving Frintier another chance."
Cons: "- Flights are even more cramped than normal - the trays barely hold the beverage cup - no in flight entertainment - bringing a carry-on costs money - my return flight was delayed hours in advance, but frontier still required passengers to be in the airport - updates were few and far between and provided no concrete information - after being in the airport for 5 hours they just cancelled the flight and forced us to wait in the ticket line to rebook the flight which was another couple hours from start to finish - frontier refused to give hotel vouchers to people with in-state licenses, even if they lived hours away - after finally arriving back home, there was no gate ready for us and we had to park and/or taxi for at least another half hour - in both directions there were unruly children (not babies) YELLING on the plane without any comments or effort to quiet them by the flight crew or their parents"

Cons: "I didn't like not having a ticket for my lap child or an indication on my ticket. I didn't like being on the Tarmac for an hour with very little communication. I didn't like waiting for baggage for over an hour with no communication. I really didn't like waiting for my car seat for another half hour with no communication. I can't believe there is no wifi and there is an up charge for everything. This was my worst flight ever and I fly A LOT."
Cons: "Flight price may have been lower, but EVERYthIng else on Frontier was cheap. There's a difference. Bathrooms were filthy, seats are very uncomfortable,. When the service cart came around, the gentleman sitting next to me asked the attendants if they charged for water! I'm only 5'2" and it was crowded. But the crowning insult was being charged $60 for each piece of carry on luggage. Neither Kayak or Frontier say upfront or easily identifible, that if you show up with a suitcase you pay for it. We were quite surprised and disappointed. Will never fly such a cheap airline again. To Frontier: really? Really? Include costs in your fares."
Cons: "The service, and delays were absolutely terrible. They switched gates on me 3 times, which in turn made me miss my flight. I then had to uber back fourth costing me $100 to get to and from the airport, when my friends dropped me off on time. I arrived 2 hours before my flight, and then it got delayed, then switched gates, then the lady at the desk told me that they were boarding at 410. I arrived at 409 at the wrong gate and to run to the other gate to board which was then 411 and they said they were departing at 410. Absolutely terrible. Never again."
Pros: "Loved the direct flight and low price. Frontier is great for that."
Cons: "Crew was kind of rude, scolded ask the passengers for "being too loud," then spent the last hour of the flight trying to get us to sign up for the credit card."
Pros: "Flight was on time. The departure time and being a direct flight made this travel very convenient."
Cons: "You pay for everything beyond your seat and a complimentary cup of water. With respect to your seat: A purchased plane ticket entitles the customer to a seat somewhere on the plane. If you want to reserve a particular seat, it'll cost you. Fortunately they did keep my family together, though there was no guarantee of that. One final note, the seat on our flight did not recline at all; felt a lot like a church pew. This all stated, I'd be willing to fly Frontier again if they have the most convenient flight. As stated above, I got just what I paid for."
Cons: "Flight was delayed, boarding the plane was harder than it had to be, most seats are just not comfortable for people over six feet. Had to wait more than 20 minutes to deplane."

Cons: "Every thing is an upcharge! Not even the carry-on bag is free! If you are in the habit of taking a carry-on when you travel (like most of us do), add another $80 charge to your round trip ticket. The only free drink on the plane is water. Soft drinks are $2, chips/peanuts/munchies are $2 and so forth! All window and isle seats are another $20-40 upcharge. I chose not to pay upcharge for an economy seat and ended up in a middle seat towards the tail of the aircraft! By the time I paid for my carry-on and premium seat on the return flight, my trip became as expensive as business class but got a very bottom deader service! Avoid this airline!"

Cons: "I've ridden Frontier several times but never have I ridden on a flight that doesn't even let you put your seat back. For a 4 hour red-eye, this was a huge disappointment."

Cons: "Your website was not working or not understandable by your customer at online check in time. When I hit check in, the icon for same turned from green to blue and then stalled. Repeatedly, Customer stuck, but was trying to get set up in plenty of time before flight. The very nice people trying to help said, we cannot check you in. Did the button turn from green to blue, YES, then try again later. Really? No hurry, airline is customer service oriented, cough. Then called, 3 more almost impossible attempts to speak to a human. Tsk, Time waining, no pressure. Actually lots, Got to airport, tried to check in for boarding pass and inserted credit card after entering data. Nothing again, Oh, line at baggage claim filling up, but wait I'm way early, but still being stressed, next card works while both were good everywhere else. Thanks for asking for my opinion mechanism that does nothing or the process would have been easier form the start. oh and the one free carry on I paid $30 for cause rushed at the gate, have one on me! Pros: "The flight was the cheapest"
Cons: "Flight was a hour late. Gate personnel were uninformed and discourteous, seats were extraordinarily uncomfortable, tray tables were unbelievably small and not even water was free. I've flown no frills before but this was terrible."

Cons: "Seats are like bus seats. No frills and EVERYTHING is extra"

Cons: "Ridiculous fees for carry-ons and checked luggage alike. Boarding process was a zoo. Seats were tolerable but not comfortable. The ticket price savings were more than erased by the other fees. Sorry, but I'll only fly on Frontier again if there's no alternative. Other mainstream carriers are more straightforward in their pricing, more comfortable, and at least offer a complimentary beverage on longer flights."
Pros: "It was easy boarding, clean and a smooth trip. We landed 1/2hr early only to wait in baggage claim for over an hour!"
Pros: "Round trip from Cleveland OH to Orlando FL was $73, you can't beat this. Of course with such a good rates you have to expect the airline to make up the difference with added fees."
Cons: "Heavy fees for baggage, there are no complimentary drinks or snacks - you pay for everything. Still a great deal if you are just traveling for a day or two and can fit all of your clothes, ect, in a briefcase or small personal bag - then you will not have a checked bag or carry on bag fee."
