Cons: "I had booked a window seat, the when I went to board, it was changed to an isle seat. I find that I dislike the sole due to the rudeness of people in general and I kept getting hit with purses and such from passing passengers."

Pros: "The attendant was most helpful. Because the flight was not full, she allowed us to sit in the exit row, window and aisle, with no one between. I'm a tall person, so the extra leg room was deeply appreciated. I give her and the airline high marks."

Cons: "Consumer beware - you will be lied to by people at every level. They can mess up your reservation and then not let you fly. Good luck they are big companies and you are just one person and they won’t answer a call or email you. You will lose!"

Pros: "Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears."

Cons: "The seat in front of mine had a broken reclining lock mechanism and the passenger kept trying to switch from recline to sitting up and it wouldn't latch in the upright position, so he kept jerking the seatback up and down for the entire 4 hour flight. Also the rows were so tight, and seatbacks were so close together, that the reclining seat in front of me was 6 inches from my face."

Cons: "Delta treats any passenger that isn't a member of their skymiles or anyone that doesn't purchase a seat in advance like peasants. You don't get assigned a seat until YouTube up at the airport... That's fine, not really a big deal. But because you didn't select a seat, they don't let you print or view your boarding pass on your phone, forcing you to go to the checking desk. For someone that has TSA pre check and travels alot, all that extra time adds up and can sometimes cause you to miss your flight. Because there is on "fast line" when you check-in like there is at the security check point. I only have this problem with Delta, never American airlines..."

Pros: "I had paid for the Sky level as we were a party of long legged people. Out of the 4 flights we had taken, the best flight was the one from Hi to Atl. The seats, and leg space, was roomy. The food was good. The crew was just okay. They weren't particularly nice but rather abrupt. There were two mates that seems a bit confused. However, the plane was worth it."

Cons: "I'm not sure where the problem was - whether with AA or Royal Jordanian, but my luggage did not make it to Amman with me. In fact, there was a whole group of passengers traveling on American from different US cities, switching to RJ in Chicago, whose luggage did not come on the flight to Amman. My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination!"

Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."

Cons: "Originally, there was an announcement that we would be delayed by 45 minutes because of "air traffic" issues in San Francisco, where we were landing. In spite of this, the captain decided to have passengers board the plane, and try to push our way up the line, so to speak. Well, once we were on the tarmac, the flight crew were told that the plane could not take off, and that we needed to wait there for 45 minutes, without moving, in our seats, with nothing to do. Even though it would still not have been ideal to wait 45 minutes at the gate, at least we could have walked around and could have entertained ourselves."

My husband and I were sitting in the back. It was very uncomfortable. Thank goodness I had my headphones. Then the flight attendant followed one of the passengers to the women's restroom at the SF airport to argue her point after overhearing she was going to email the airline!"

Not quite sure how both myself and my partner didn't end up seated together, and both ended up in a middle seat sandwiched between 2 overweight people... Are you little people profiling to break up the overwhelming number of big people? another couple with 2 kids were also broken up into distant areas on the plane. I know everyone complains about so many things, and this wasn't the end of the world, but still, it's not ideal. The seating/etc seemed more disorganized than usual for this flight."

I struggled with my check in (I had just had a spine procedure done 48 hrs prior).... and by the time I got help from an agent it was 7:03 am, so... They wouldn't give me a boarding pass for my 8 am flight. Add to that an extremely rude ticket agent who couldn't care less about helping me, and almost seemed to enjoy my predicament, and that sums up my experience with this airline. I will never fly with them again, that's for sure; there's so many other airlines that actually care about their customers, this is not one of them."

The first flight should have absolutely notified the second flight to hold off for 5 minutea because we landed late, they were both the same airline. They relieved their customers suffering then with complimentary water! Now that’s service. Frontier is one of the most base airlines out there. I’m entirely frustrated that they are one of the only airlines that service our podunk airport."

Pros: "Clean plane, new/nice seats and on time. People didn't stuff the overheads with suitcases to avoid luggage charges because it costs to use the space. Really smart! Flight attendants were pleasant. The idea to charge for food and beverages was also very smart. The trash from these items wasn't left in every nook and cranny or spilled all over the place. Fares are lower to compensate for the small costs associated with these extras. People simply need to plan ahead, pack smart and pay for the services they require."

We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

At first, it's an delay of unknown length and then unexpectedly they are ready to board. The boarding itself was also bad. The line was backed up all the way to where they scan the tickets. Cons: "Our flight #082 originally scheduled for 12/18 from Cabo to ORD was delayed twice and then once at the airport we were told the flight was cancelled, not due to weather but after hours, finally the Frontier personnel advised us it was possibly due to the pilot/crew being unable to fly because they were over their number of hours logged for the day. We were never notified that the flight was cancelled via text or email. Since the one hotel was over-sold at the airport, all of us passengers on the flight were forced to take cabs back to downtown cabo to try and find and pay for hotels on our own and then cab/commute back to hopefully get out the morning of 12/19. While we were able to fly out on the morning of 12/19, unlike Denver passengers,, the pilot apologized for the delay, stating the flight cancellation was due to an "internal communication meltdown" . The flight crew was apologetic, helpful and did their best to make the best of the very bad situation that Frontier caused by neither communicated to its staff internally nor to us passengers. However, it is unacceptable that all of us were left to incur many additional costs, missing work, and told that they could not approve any reimbursement . All of us were outraged and feel at the very least could have avoided f us to coming to the airport for a flight that could not depart, especially since there were two previous delays. In addition, we spoke to an agent at 6pm and they verified the flight would be departing on 10:00 pm on 12/18. (So, of course we then checked out of our hotel, an hour away in Cabo.) How ironic that the same situation occurred in Dec., 2015, with the flight being delayed and no communication from Frontier. I expect to be compensated for transportation, hotel, and additional expenses incurred for missed work, all due to the delay due to the “internal Frontier Airline company meltdown”. I would hope that Frontier would want to try to make an effort to show that this is not your standard treatment of passengers. I look forward to a prompt response to a very unfortunate ending and situation to avoid any legal action. Thank you in advance."

Also the plane kept making this unusual grinding sound before we even took off as well as while we werr in the air. The flight attendants were very rude to alot of people, careless with the credit card machine dropped it very roughly on the ground and laughing about it. I am pretty sure the older one of the three was drunk because she reaked of alcohol , I didnt not catch her name but she was the ruddest of them even to an elderly man and a small child. Then Liz was also very rude to customers as well as having an attitude that was as if she didnt carr about her job. The man Gustavo was not to bad he just spoke over the intercom as if he was new. My mother who was traveling with me asked for a seat belt extender twice and the third time was finaly given one and laughed at by the staff and the during the flight she discoverd a roach in the pouch in front of her. Also back to a referance to the bad staff a woman sat next to us asked for a pain killer or some sort and was told " i cant give it to you before we take off, and if i could we dont have anything other than our own"-liz then twords the end the poor girl was sweating drasticaly and holding her stomach and the older attendent whose name i did not get came up and said " WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?" and laughed. Over all i was NOT haooy woth this flight i do understand the fact that i GET WHAT I PAY FOR BUT THAT WAS JUST RIDICULOUS."

Inept and apathetic staff who were obviously resigned to the fact that Spirit is a substandard airline There was miscommunication and lack of communication in organizing travelers which caused multiple altercations between upset travelers. It was a very disturbing experience. My rebooking took an hour because the staff member didn't know how to rebook! The 'Supervisor' who was at the next desk, was SLOWLY checking bags for other customers and did not help AT ALL. I suggested that he switch places with my agent. He ignored me competely. Attempts to call Spirit resulted in multiple auto transfers and ultimately an intentional auto cut off. I was rebooked on United. When I checked in at their desk, they told me that all the other transferred Spirit customers before me had been sent back to the Spirit Desk because their transfers had not gone through. I have been warned about Spirit. Now I would warn anyone considering Spirit. If it goes right, you're ok. If not, get ready for a travel nightmare. No one needs this kind of abuse."

This was on a Tuesday and many were told there were no flights available until Friday. I booked with another airline and 4 hours later when I was checking in for my new flight there were still at least 30 people in the Spirit line waiting to rebook."

Spirit bag prices: 35$, before online check in only, for up to 40lbs. Price goes up for bags you checkin 24 hours before your trip and goes up again at the desk. United: 25$ For up to 50lbs. United offers a free movie onboard the flight through their app. (download the app before your flight) and complimentary drinks and snacks. Spirit: no movie option, 3$ for a bottle of water! By the time I paid for my tickets, a seat next to my daughter, hot tea on board the flight, and the expensive baggage prices, it would have saved me money to fly United. Also, the kicker, when checking in for my flight we had to wait in line almost an hour because there were only three workers at the check in booths and the line of people there to check in was all the way down the lobby! I showed up 90 minutes before my flight, as recommended for domestic travel, and nearly missed my flight because the check in process took so long! Going through security didn't take as long as the check in did. I also had to pay extra to assure a seat next to my daughter! Are you kidding me! Will never fly spirit again. United did not charge extra to pick my seats. People want to feel they got a good deal, and something for free. Even if it's only a bottle of water on a flight."

Pros: "I bought my tickets for $78 a piece. I was able to sit up front in the larger seats both ways with on extra cost."
Cons: "You had to pay for everything even water. Bags cost too much so I only brought a personal item with me. There was no TV. The flight was really loud."

Then after I ran to the spirit counter they didn't offer my a voucher for another flight nor a refund. They said they could move my flight to the next day or do nothing. I fly a lot and have never ran into this problem before. Don't bother trying to call their "customer service" phone number either because it's the wrong number, then you will be redirected to an answering service that doesn't work, then placed on hold for 20+ minutes, followed up by a service rep who isn't helpful and doesn give you any answers."
