Nice new plane 737-800 max with comfortable business class seats and space!
Upon arrival at the Guadalajara airport, we waited for the luggage for more than 1 hour because "there was no staff available to transfer it to the band", all the passengers were very upset.
The 2 seat exit row seats are much narrower than any other seat on the plane. I paid extra to be in an exit row and it was extremely uncomfortable.

A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home."

Also delta gives you free basic wifi while this guys charge it extra. Btw they take away all your carry ons amd make you to wait for hours to get them back! They dont have automatized check in so they make you wait for long time in the row."

The temperature was cold on the flight. Connecting to the internet was very pleasant with entertainment options.
The most exceptional jester durring experience with American Airlines was the assistance I received from the ladies at the arrival kiosk. They helped me identify my ticket number from an American Airlines e-mail and then completed the whole process for me on the self-help computer. This saved me time from standing is line at the information counter to find out what to do. The worst experience was trying to find my checked luggage in the Miami Airport. It was very confusing to know which belt my flights my flights luggage was delivered to. Other passengers were also confused and we waited at the wrong belt for over half an hour before receiving help from one of the customer assistants to learn where to go. This was not directly the airlines fault, but they could have anounced which belt number our luggage would be delivered to.
Landed in Miami, cleared immigration. Went to collect my bags and one was missing. The “information “ attendant was useless, “well, if it’s not here, then file a claim. I grabbed my remaining bag, dropped it for transfer, and an airport “official” directed all of us out the exit to enter the security line unnecessarily and with no explanation. But for some great TSA folks that helped us jump the line to make sure we we didn’t miss our flight, we’d a been stuck in Miami overnight. Arrived at my destination, and my bag is in the system as “delayed” and they expect me to have it soon. Not the best flight and airport experiences

On both legs of my trip, going out and coming home, the flights were delayed. I had to run through PHX to get from Term A to B because the delay left me with <20 mins to departure. That level of customer service was beyond any I’ve received with an American-based airline. Also, the crew on the plane was fantastic and a great choice of movies. I flew American on the way home and was shocked at the lack of customer service and rudeness, I will happily fly British Airways again and again."

Lastly, I am quite petite and still struggled with legroom."

Cons: "This airline is one of the worst in Europe, for the simple reason of putting short-term profits ahead of decent treatment of the customer. My flight across the Atlantic was 4 hours late, and BA refused to put me on the next available to Prague, even though the lateness forced me to miss the BA flight I have been booked on. Their reason referred to a technicality in the booking procedure, but actually BA has put in place "policies" aimed at their financial advantage, over and above reasonable treatment of the customer. BA's refusal to rebook me cost me a lot of inconvenience (3 hours on the phone, for one thing) plus about $150 (I am taking another route to Prague); BA was then able to sell both my original seat and an extra seat on the next flight from Heathrow to Prague. I will never fly BA again in my life if I can help it."

Didn´t allow us enough time to get train, take bus, we had over 500 people lined up for bus, get through TSA, they pulled my suitcase for inspection, but didn´t look at it for 15 minutes until i called a supervisor as my connecting flight was leaving, and in fact, it had left as TSA does this purposefully and maliciously as it apparently happens all the time per ÇBritish Airways who had to reticket us. We had to return to A section another 20 minutes to be reticketed and luckily got on another flight to <madrid. Terrible experience with TSA. Very rude, angry, abusive staff."
Cons: "Our flight from Denver to London was canceled at the last minute last night. The information from your email and the number given from you notifying me of the cancellation only gave British Airway to contact for redress. It took over an hour on the phone to get another flight which was 2 days later with now 2 days less of our vacation. Not to mention the loss of 2 hotel room payments. Kayak was of no help in this matter. Plus our flight reservation prohibited us from getting our flight on another flight the next day. If I had known that I never would have used Kayak. I am extremely unhappy with how this was handled. I expect to be reimbursed for our lost Hotel room costs and the costs associated with lost tours from you. Please contact me with how you will go about doing this."

I wonder if the insurance , I bought initially will cover something of the $ 279 dlls ticket ? Fligth back to EUA was by AA and service was excellent"
Cons: "The seats on these flights are poor. As well as being narrow, there are bars on either side that dig in to your sides. My ongoing one hour domestic flight had more comfortable seats. Fod choice poor. Chicken Curry or Cheese/Tomato Lasagna. If I want a vegetarian meal I'll order one beforehand. Give me two meat options. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Is it cost cutting? Seems like it to me. Not impressed."

At least they us we could rest in the BA lounge because I am elderly and disabled and we would have a 9 hour wait. Got to the lounge and we were not listed in the system. So we were denied entrance. We will have have spent 2 nights on a plane and 36 hours instead of one night and 16 hours. Rotten way to depend your 50th anniversary."

It wasn't until I demanded an upgrade from United that I was placed on an American Airlines flight. This would never have been offered if I didn't go off on the representative and demand it. American Airlines saved the day! Never again will I fly United."

Pros: "First of all, I was excited to get to Puerto Vallarta! Unfortunately, we had a delay due to a child who got sick as the plane was backing from the gate. The crew was fantastic and had paramedics load the plane to check on toddler. The family deboarded and United crew cleaned the throw up. The pilots kept the passengers informed and we proceeded with the flight. The flight attendants were fantastic, particularly the brunette attendant who remembered me from a previous flight. Best flight attendant ever!! Thank you United!!!"

They had a wheelchair at the gate and helped push my disabled brother which was such a help for my elderly parents to make their connections. When I got my parents their tickets I was very apprehensive that it might be difficult making the connections but thanks to United's wonderful service their whole experience was fantastic. In the future I will always try to book United."

A shuttle running at certain times takes passengers to terminal 4 ONLY. My option was a US$20 cab ride for a 5-min ride or else I would have lost my connection

Check in was too slow!!! We got early at the counter but sinde check in take so much time. We were just in time at the gate. Check in on web or mobile doesn’t work.. the flight goto off on time and came as scheduled.
