Overall it was an awful experience. And that was after I gave them a second chance from a previous terrible experience."

Pros: "I liked the price. Super competitive, until you add on what other airlines do as a standard. Clean, modern aircraft. Colors were great inside and they had exceptional lighting."
Cons: "I did not like paying for my carrying on luggage. I did not like paying for a seat. I did not like paying for a snack. I did not read the fine print that these services were going to be for sale and they were not part of my ticket purchase. My fault, but as a flyer going through this, it produced in me a very negative view of Friontier. In fact, the feelings are so strong I will avoid flying with them if I can help it."
