Missed connection flight because denver air connections plane was delayed a broke
The crew handed out candy snacks, and water, which was great. However, the airport and airline are terrible at flying. Multiple delays on our departure flight and on return flight it was delayed so long that we missed the connection flight and had to drive home. Terrible service and did not get any compensation. All of their equipment was broken and they never tested it before the plane landed. We were stuck in Ironwood Michigan for five hours.
Denver air is great flight times and connections a little rough

Excellent, from check Iin to arrival. I was apprehensive about flying a small plane between Ironwood and Chicago, but the flight and service was great. I noticed, after boarding , that my cell phone had little battery left. The flight attendant kindly lent me a charging device to keep me connected with my contact in Chicago upon landing. I will always remember that kindness.

Their snacks and hospitality was amazing. They offered full sized snacks. Im talking full sized water bottles, full sized snickers bars, gold fish, full sized canned sodas, what ever you wanted they took care of it for FREE. The crew was really nice and hospitable. I was honestly shocked
Great flight. Good snacks and drinks. Grateful it was free. The flight from Nashville to louisville, i think her name was Tracy (not sure that's right) super awesome, nice and cheerful. She really enjoyed being at work today! She was the person who scanned the boarding pass on flight wn941. She should be recommended for a raise !

Southwest was greaat! The most expensive but the least upsetting for those we were flying to see.
I flew twice this week on Southwest, was delayed over 2 hours both ways. From Pittsburgh to Chicago it was due to weather but the gate agents, pilot etc were great at updating everyone. Today from Midway to Pittsburgh the plane had come from an international location, kept getting delayed, no information was given until we were delayed for the third time. It was ridiculous, whoever scheduled that plane to fly to Pittsburgh after didn’t consider a lot of things.
Boarding was easy. The seats are small and fairly uncomfortable
I was supposed to be on a later flight. When I showed up at the gate, the woman working there was extremely helpful getting moved up to this earlier flight.
We had a 5 hour delay on the tarmac in Baltimore

Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
Both of my flights arrived early and check in process was smooth

Flight was late - I was downgraded from first class to coach
Crew seemed a bit cranky. No seatback screens. But boarding was efficient and on time and we arrived early.
See previous note about the passenger in Denver who threw my husband's bag out of the overhead bin in order to maker room for his own. And the flight attendant back up the new passenger.

I never flew. Flight was canceled. DIA worst airport in the country. Avoid at all costs.
Impressed with the service despite turbulence because of the weather. Both flights arrived before their scheduled times.
