Cons: They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again.

Cons: Bumped from first class to coach.

Cons: WiFi

Pros: Crew was very nice.
Cons: N/A

Cons: Lack of a crew delayed flight 4 + hours.

Cons: The salad was included two unmentioned items that were unwelcome: bleu cheese and pasta.

Cons: Everything, especially an AA customer representative. Very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Pros: Crew was great. Flight delayed due to lavatory door not closing. Then+0, 20 minutes of papaerwork. Followed by no one able to operate bridge when landed for 20 minutes.
Cons: Delays,

Cons: The flight was canceled; why allow booking for a flight you plan to cancel. Ruined my plans and reason for flying.

Cons: Entertainment system for myself and my wife failed after an hour.

Pros: Starters, the flight was co coached with American airlines which is one of the worst airlines I've traveled so far. They lost my bad, and so far no one can help me locate it. Changed my flight without noticing me, made me run around the airport like crazy trying to catch the connecting flight just to find out that AA airlines already changed my itinerary.
Cons: Everything. Poor service, rude flight attendants, unhelpful staff.

Cons: Paid for upgraded seat with complimentary drinks that I still got charged for.

Cons: They lost and cant track my baggage. Very poor customer service.

Cons: How does a ground crew not know a plane is coming in late. How is there no one here for baggage. It's a joke.

Cons: inadequate ventilation

Pros: My favorite part was after we all got off, the man helping everyone get their luggage said take one down and pass it down if it’s not yours. It was genius!

Cons: The changed of flight from.BA To American airlines.

Pros: LOVED the spacious leg room on that aircraft!
Cons: The lady beside me and everyone else listened to her audio book.

Pros: Entertainment options.
Cons: This new low life category where you cannot even pay to be treated like a human.

Cons: No entertainment. Everything got somehow disconnect d. No one could reboot it and there was no explanation or concessions given. The staff were not forthcoming. The flight also took incredibly long to land. The landing was very bumpy like the plane slammed into the concrete.

Cons: It took 30 ish minutes to wait in line to speak to to an AA rep about what my next steps were to get home from Dallas.

Pros: Seats were nice, service came pretty quickly considering the size of the plane, boarding went reasonably quick
Cons: Started boarding and didn't announce another delay till we're on the aircraft, sitting in the gate for an hour and a half. My audio jack was broken and regardless, it will still trying to charge me for everything even though i was force to be squashed between two people who are also frustrated about sitting doing nothing.

Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Couldn't use WiFi to watch Netflix or YouTube so our 2 year old would be entertained

Pros: Attendants are always friendly; always a peaceful travel event

Pros: On time. Jet rather than a turbo-prop plane. Quick flight.
Cons: Somewhat haphazard boarding. Not even a cookie for a snack.

Pros: Travel time
Cons: No snacks on flight. The charging stations come in between legs space and very uncomfortable they got to be re adjusted. Make sure these are taken care in upcoming flights.

Cons: The only complaint I have is our bags getting lost twice. I’m very understanding that these things happen. But for it to happen twice seems like people might be careless to the problem.

Pros: it was a bit bumpy all the way to NOLA, but we still got drinks and snacks, and flight attendants were very nice

Pros: Cheap fare
Cons: American advertised free TV and movies streamed to your device via a card placed in the seatback pocket and in the flight attendant's announcement. Although the card stated, "This Flight. Free Entertainment..." I was informed that there was, in fact, no such feature.

Pros: Cabin was clean. Flight attendants were courteous.
Cons: Their snacks were merely a cookie which was okay, but not what I would have wanted.

Cons: Middle seat and one of the last ones on. Enough said

Pros: I made it safely to my destinations and in a timely manner.
Cons: The lack of space to breathe. Being herded like cattle to our seats. The fact that in flight service BARELY made it to the back of the plane before we landed.

Pros: The entertainment system. It was awesome. The crew was friendly.
Cons: Nothing notable.

Pros: Pilot was very communicative, which was great but plane was 1 hour late and we had a mechanical problem while taxing, pilots fixed it while still on the ground. Not their fault those planes are 35 years old, come on!
Cons: Stop flying MD80's, please! 35 year old planes!

Cons: Self check-in staff at Seattle was not that helpful.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The flight assistants were nice
Cons: The entire flight from Miami to New Orleans, the ac felt like the heater was on. I was sweating and felt nasty.

Pros: Easy to navigate site. Was given Pre-check on one leg, which was nice.
Cons: Had to purchase a seat on one leg, resulting in an extra $12. That was a surprise.

Cons: Felt like an old domestic flight. No Wifi and screens in the center that are hard to see from the window seats.

Pros: Captain and crew were capable and friendly.

Pros: I loved the price more than anything else. All the staff were friendly and professional. Every flight was on time with no delays.

Pros: they cancelled the flight and they did not say anything, then the crew in the airport were very rude with everyone.

Cons: Tight space

Cons: The crew was rude

Cons: seats were very uncomfortable

Pros: I like the seat is comfortable, I have enough legroom everywhere (by every seats).
Cons: I didn't like the snack what I get.

Pros: I sat in seat 2A. Excellent food and service. Flight was smooth.

Pros: power outlets & TV
Cons: crew was cranky

Pros: Food was good
Cons: Boarded late though they did make up time on the flight

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything.

Pros: Boarding and disembarking were very smooth and the crew was very nice.

Pros: Short, sweet, uneventful

Pros: What mede this trip so poor was that the agent at the desk informed me that as I was boarding the plane my carry on suitcase had to be checked due to limited space in the overhead bins. This is the same carry on that I have stored in overheads on literally over 100 flights including a United flight 4 days earlier. I was the approximately the fith passenger to board in group 3 and after I let her check my bag I walked on to the plane to see not only was it only one quarter full of passengers, most of the overhead bins were completely empty. So I had to go to baggage claim to get my checked bag after we landed which took almost 40 minutes. Very frustrating!
Cons: See above!

Pros: United does it better than low-cost carriers
Cons: Not worth the additional cost over low-cost carriers

Pros: Seat was comfortable
Cons: I was very specific with selecting aisle seats(has my sitting option) but it was ignored many times without my trip which made very uncomfortable. At times I had to request which seats.

Pros: It was a good flight- friendly staff and crew.

Pros: That I can charge my phone.
Cons: That I needed the wall jack part to charge my phone. My side’s wall jack was broken. I think if possible they can make it that I can plug the usb part of the wall jack straight. This way the wall jack won’t be needed. Also they were only two in each roll but they are three seats in each roll.

Pros: Ok.
Cons: Less time with seatbelt sign on.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The flight was canceled, so taking off would have been an improvement.

Cons: No flight

Cons: Need power supply for passenger seats in Economy Plus.

Cons: pretzels and drinks only provided. Not too friendly stewardess, eating utensils were not available to assist customer with brought in meal. Luggage did not make it to destination with passenger... it arrived 2 hours later in the following United flight.

Pros: WiFi and entertainment on board the aircraft
Cons: All goof

Pros: The time between boarding and departure was limited.
Cons: It was hot and the pilot sped up through turbulence to land on time. The wind was too rough to fly fast through, I almost needed the "barf bag".

Pros: Very easy and smooth flights

Pros: That even though my luggage was put on the wrong flight they got it to me soon at home
Cons: That my luggage was put on the wrong flight

Pros: Even with a nearly hour delay to switch planes, the captain and crew were very good at keeping people informed of the situation. The plane we were supposed to be on was having mechanical issues and rather than waiting until we were boarded and sitting on the plane until the issues were resolved (which coincidentally happened on my earlier flight for 1.5 hrs) the stopped boarding, which made a bad situation a little less crummy.
Cons: Being delayed an hour for an red-eye flight sucks no matter what the circumstances, but better safe than sorry

Cons: Super uncomfortable seats

Pros: Besides being tired and walking what felt like 3 miles to new gate I have not issues to report.
Cons: I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again.

Pros: Smooth flight, on time. Older model plane compared to my first United flight but its more comfortable because the seat spacing isn't cramped the way they are on the newer model United planes. Immediately felt the difference (my knees weren't up against the seatback in front of me).
Cons: Older plane

Pros: The surprising extra legroom from economy seats.

Pros: The crew on this flight looked miserable.

Pros: Crew was very pleasant & helping. There was a gentlemen I sat beside with a service dog the size of a horse! He (diesel) was a gentle giant. The crew were dog lovers so they took care of diesel like he was a rock star!
Cons: No entertainment

Cons: Very uncomfortable seating!

Cons: Being wedged in the middle seat after two overseas flights and seeing stand-by passengers in isle and window seats in rows ahead of mine... no, I did not appreciate that. In other words, UA is accomodating stand-by passengers before accomodating customers who have purchased tickets. Try sitting in a middle seat after two overseas flights... especially as a tall person with no knee space and a super-uncomfortable seat with the headcushion area reaching only your neck. Those seats were clearly made for folks under 5'8"-5'9".

Pros: On time. Comfortable

Pros: Wish all the major airlines would have more flight options from ORD and MSY, but all went well
Cons: Fast and painless

Pros: Super easy & smooth flight. We left on time & arrived early.
Cons: Nothing really. Honestly, I slept for half the trip, so it was pretty uneventful.

Cons: After I booked my round trip flight to Denver from New Orleans I discovered that my mom had surgery to remove her breast cancer on the day I was originally supposed to depart. I called to see if there was anything I could do to change my flight to the next day and received no help what so ever. They said it would cost $200 just from the start. I couldn't afford that, so I just bought a cheaper one way ticket for the next day, not knowing that if I didn't catch my first flight that my return flight would also be cancelled. When I called to see if I still had my return flight I was told no and one again told it would cost $200 to do anything about it. So in the end, I'm stuck in Denver and bought a round trip ticket for absolutely no reason.

Pros: In flight entertainment was great until the network stoped working 2/3 of the way there.
Cons: We landed almost 40 min early, but was not allowed to get off because we had to wait our turn. So we just sat there with with nothing to do.

Cons: My flight was delayed for about an hour, plane was outdated

Cons: I have arthritis (walk with a cane) and didn't have enough leg room....hated being in a middle seat....and due to that could not stand in flight to stretch legs. Also the crew on the way to New York made sure I had a wheelchair to cross the airport in Chicago and not so in New Orleans...had to make a visit to the emergency room after getting home and be off work for 5 days due to the condition of my leg after the walk across the airport.

Pros: couldn't access wifi. crowded cabin. passengers being loud/obtrusive. long delay for takeoff.

Cons: The wi fi should be free of charge

Pros: Flight was fast. Got there early
Cons: Didn't know that you needed the united app for in-flight entertainment.

Cons: Flight cancelled at last minute because of "lack of available crew".

Pros: Crew was excellent. Beyond making sure we were comfortable.

Pros: The people at the gate and on the plane were nice. But I flew United Airlines not Lufthansa.
Cons: Really sad that you have to pay extra money to watch the monitors on the back of the headrest for a 2.5 trip. That's crappy. And then there is a point when you're out of the Directv Range. We're paying more for flights and then they have flight waitresses trying to monetize the time you're in the air. And when I was checking in in Berlin this guy was asking me a ton of questions, but didn't ask the next 5 people any questions. When I stared at him he started asking others questions. It's really none of your business why I'm going somewhere or what I'm doing. These terrorist attacks are giving people authority they have no business having.

Pros: Not much to like...
Cons: Once again, your people need to cater to the people that flight. The very first time I flew with United was December 14, 1982. I was 7. As an adult I have either flown with Delta or US Air. I went with United on this trip and I have to say that I am never going back on another United flight.

Pros: Smooth flight, nice staff, on time
Cons: Not enough leg room!!! The new planes cram us in even tighter. Unless you pay more, you suffer. Why should we have to pay more just because we are tall??!! Pocket for book etc is way too small.

Pros: Very smooth flight and good seat

Pros: Crew was friendly and minimized the frustration with the delay
Cons: 2 hour delay

Pros: Stewardesses were new hires, but still decent with their service.
Cons: Flight left an hour late with no clear explanatiom, making it really difficult to get home at the time of arrival.

Pros: Not much to like
Cons: Supervisors and staff rude in Houston not accommodatING at all Horrible overall exoeriance with United

Pros: Nothing
Cons: 2-3 hour delay kept delaying, snack was nasty, drink yeah right it was a sip. They take a can and split it between four people. So unorganized and rude.

Cons: I enjoyed my flight!

Pros: The flight was very short. Loved it
Cons: My Ears hurt after the flight was over.

Pros: Flight was cheap! Weekend was fun!

Pros: Same as above,
Cons: Same as above, but no snack was offered, and there was only expansive food for purchase

Pros: Crew was polite and responsive.
Cons: Flight was extremely delayed because of missing flight crew and/or pilot. Boarding announcements were very hard to follow because of overlapping PA systems at the gate. We sat at the gate for a long time before take off, which was uncomfortable because the seats are cramped for anyone above average height and I could not put my seat back or put my headrest up.
