Cons: "All most everything. The seats are too small. I felt like I was in a cattle car. The food was cheap and offered little in nutrition. The attendants seemed to be understaffed although one attendant tried hard to be courteous. The lavatories were reeking by the time we landed. Flying has become a chore. As a result of this experience I will look for other airlines in the future."

Pros: "The man at the counter gave me a much better seat than I originally had. He was pleasant and very customer-friendly. I can't remember his name but he had brown hair, glasses and a mustache. I was extremely exhausted from my Las Vegas flight and it helped me greatly."

Once that was complete, we had to wait quite some time before the slip came to the plane to be signed off on. The last issue was that they couldn't get the aircraft pushed out of the gate. The only positive was that my bags arrived this time."
