Entertainment options were good.
Lost my bag. No idea where it was for 48 hours. Staff was ok. Ran out of meal options, took 4 asks to get a glass of wine and by the time I got it, I was done eating.
Able to stretch legs.
Quality of food served London to Los Angeles needs to be taken to a higher level.
A bit late getting started but very nice after that.
Must you charge for tea?
I had to pay for my standard seat selection, even within the 24 hour period. They wouldn't serve me tap water, I had to pay for a bottle. The boarding process was abyssmal. Not a great trip.
They may not always tell you everything, but they seem to think of their passengers first. I was worried about getting my bag out of the overhead bins which ended up three rows ahead of me. I thought I was going to have to exit the plane from the rear since that was how I entered and wondered how I would get my bag. Turns out this was not the case as everyone would exit from the front.
Being seated at the rear of the plane. This was not the flight seat I chose and paid for at booking originally. Do not know what happened with that. I needed to make an international connection within an hour and half for boarding and was nearly the last off the plane. Made it just fine, but felt lucky airport seemed not so busy. I am not sure about pre-booking seats being worth it as my way home I did not seem to get any of them.
