Cons: "Original flight changed- had me arriving after second flight took off. Delta didn’t fix it. Spent 5 hours changing it. Rebooked flight was delayed- they rebooked to the next day at the last minute then, got me out same night but 3 Hours from my original airport."

Cons: "I’m tired of Delta gate agents “requiring” those in Main cabin 3 gate checking bags!! Both legs of the trip it came to a point they said it’s mandatory to gate check all remaining bags. We get on board and there’s plenty of overhead space. Even a flight attendant mentioned how empty the bins were!"

Cons: "The crew were the worst Delta crew I’ve ever had. Sat 1st class and waited 1 hour from sitting in my seat untill I was offered a beverage. Asked for a snack and was told to wait until the basket was brought around, 20 minutes later. Asked for coffee, it was terrible and served with attitude."

Staff was very helpful. They looked for compartment space when I couldn't find any. This allowed me to sit while they put away my bag
The flight was delayed for five hours due to airplane issues.
Cons: "The a/c wasn't working. Flight attendants acted annoyed by the people flying, no connectivity to gogo inflight."
Pros: "The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats."

Cons: "Flight was delayed twice causing us to miss our layover. The only way they initially could correct the issue was by booking us a flight 5 days later. Finally found a helpful person at the gate after calling American Airlines and getting no help. We lost day of our trip, but it’s better than 5."
Cons: "Coach seats are cramped and little under seat space in window seats. Plus CMH de-icing was a mess (although not AA’s fault)."
Pros: "The service representative at check in was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist my husband and I. American Airlines was outstanding on all fronts."
Cons: "However my overall experience with kayak and csfare was poor as they made a mistake on the name on my ticket that was not found until the day of my international flight and once I got a hold of customer service after calling 4 different numbers... most did not have 24 hr service... they stated they were unable to assist me and had no other options or solutions. American Airlines tried to help and eventually were able to accommodate me through purchasing a new ticket and ensured my husband and I were still sitting together. Kayak and csfare basically told me sorry for your luck. I will not use this company again."

My flight was delayed from Columbus to Toronto was for nearly four hours. When I made it to Toronto the crew would claimed that the flight to my final destination was full even though I did my best to make it to that one as soon as the plane landed. They had first class seats open but would not give to me and the other people who were delayed in Columbus.
Clean plane, nice crew, on time flight all good. No real issues, a pleasant flight

Flight canceled. Extremely difficult to communicate with Air Canada about options.
Audio system in the seat was not working. The entire flight WiFi was not working.
It will be good to have Duty Free on board, as it was before COVID.
Business class is very lacking compared to than airlines like United, Swiss, American, Emirates BUT Air Canada price is less so makes sense - get what you pay for. Planes are old so design is cramped/ old fashioned, no blanket provided, toiletry bag ordinary, food was fine. BEST thing about Air Canada are their lounges in Canada - outstanding.
THEY LOST MY BAGS. I WILL NOT GET THEM BACK FOR 2 WEEKS. everything was delayed. boarding, take off, everything. it was horrible. i am now without luggage for 2 weeks and they have offered me 0 compensation or help. i will NEVER fly air canada again and i suggest you don’t either <3
The landing was a little rough fit the size and weight of the plane we made it .
The problem was this trip was held due to connection from Halifax. My issue is with the Halifax leg which was delayed due to "cosmetic"problem on outside of plane. No communication to passengers about missing connecting flight in Toronto
Cons: "Got to airport, no gate assigned. Waiting in line for 37 mins. To have the gate staff walk away and help other customers. Than got a gate with notice of a 2 hour delay. Got to gate and got another notice with another delay. Our 8:45p flight left at 12:40am. Plus had another gate change."
Pros: "Customer service was good, I also liked the text updates."
Cons: "I really dislike that the make you check your carry on now. Most airlines let you take your carry on so I’m used to that. It also originally said $25 but at the check in it was $30. Plus I prefer not to check in my bag because it is faster, but since I did I had to stay at the airport an extra hour."

Flight attendant gave reason but couldn’t understand her. Rude flight attendants. Just overall not a good experience. It’ll be my last with United."

Cons: "Sat in the very back row. Seemingly had less space than any other row and got hit by every person walking to the bathroom. I know united can’t control how often ppl go to the bathroom but this was a rough flight with constantly having ppl out of their seats. Crew was great!"

Cons: "My other 3 flights on United were on a larger airplane with plenty of legroom. This one was very cramped. I was stuck in a middle seat and essentially pinned there for 2 hours."
Pros: "Gate agent was also rude when I inquired about changing it. There were clearly open seats but she wanted me to pay to upgrade. The way this company operates boggles my mind."

Low cost and they board quickly. They are bad-focused. My bag fit the sizer and the zipper pull was still poking out. I was told even the pull had to fit or it’s $90 to out that same bag inside the plane. It all fit, so not to worry, but a zipper pull makes the difference? Come on!
This flight was not full so we were able to get some space. I slept well enough through most of the flight. I used my iPad to watch Netflix I downloaded. All in all, I wouldn’t complain about the flight. It went well.
