Yo le dije q le ponga el plastico dejandome el mismo tamaño por 15, cuando regrese al counter ya me pasaron la maleta como valida de peso y tamaño solo porq le puse el plastico. La comida es siempre la misma cada vez q vuelo, deben variar. La asafata estaba de mal humor y apurada un poco mas me tira la comida. Ultimamente avianca esta malo, solo porq el pasaje es un poci mas barato q otras aerolineas creen que pueden tratar mal al pasajero."

Pros: "the staff in the airport (Lima) was very unprofessional. I written some note in the complaint book. I have a very but moment with the manager or supervisor when i ask abut my baggage, but the staff during the fly was excellent."
Pros: "Overall this is one of the best airlines I often travel with. Their cost is economic compared to the other airlines flying and their customer service attention is one of the best. They always have food and drinks available to people and obviously have a priority when it comes to children. Their seats in economy are somewhat spacious and international flights always have good entertainment with their touch screen. You can listen to music, watch movies and even TV shows without any extra cost."

I lost a whole day I had planned in Miami, arrived at 2:30AM when nobody could pick me up. Avianca didn't give me a voucher for food or transportation or even access to VIP lounges in Lima. I will never fly Avianca."

Me with my knee replacement can’t run and my wheelchair was not in sight. Thank goodness I had a carryon with wheels. I was out of breath when I got to Delta and the last passengers were boarding. I started panicking and interrupted the ground steward who asked me to wait with a smile. I waited . So when I told them I was standby they waved me on after showing my passport. I couldn’t find my boarding pass. I was pleasantly surprised to get a seat in first class. I was so thankful. My first time. Good things come to those who wait! Thank you Delta."

Cons: "As I came into the airport I went to a kiosk to check in and the attendant at the kiosk basically took over my passport and started pushing buttons that I never asked her to push. I eventually got my boarding passes only to find I wasn’t assigned a seat for the first flight and I will get it later at the gate. After getting through security my name was called for a extra security screening which I thought was interesting since I have Global Entry and am an American citizen. Weird. Because my name was called I had to get to the gate early. Upon arriving to the gate the gate agent confirmed I have extra security screening and she would assign my seat soon. After waiting some time she assigned me to a middle seat in the last row of the plane! After boarding someone came and sat next to me that was overweight and should have been charged for 2 seats. With such a long flight it’s the least American can do."

WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."

But they kept coming just pushing the cart aside and rubbing their butts on my arms and shoulders to squeeze by. I understand why they did it. Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

Cons: "the 4 hour delay changed all of our arrival plans. text messages were not always updated and neither were the airport boards as the gates kept changing. The check in line was just ridiculous. The staff members kept walking away or what seemed like .. talking to friends- I've never seen a line move so slow and I'm from new York."

Cons: "There should be a message when booking through travel sites about having to pay additionally for your seat and even carry-on baggage at the time of check-in. This never used to be policy for Frontier and I was shocked to pay $68 from Columbus to Denver and then $58 on the way back just for my carry-on and seat. I also had two unattended toddlers behind me on the way home which were disturbing the entire flight. Their mother chose to sit across the aisle for some reason and they were literally screaming the entire way. Perhaps an adult or parental guardian should be required to sit with children under the age of 6? Come on."

(in experienced person) My HUGE gripe is the temperature on the plane. It was so hot I was sweating on both trips. Also, the seats were so close and had armrests that were fixed in the down position. Ingress / egress was hard for me and for others too. On the return flight our plane was making weird noises on decent. It made several people nervous. (I've been flying for 25 yrs)"
Cons: "-Charge for everything, only thing they gave out was a 2/3 cup full of water with three ice cubes -Incredibly cheaply remodeled interior. The seats had the support of folding chairs and the tray table was the size of my hand. -Poor communication. We had multiple delays and cancelled flights which were announced well after our flight was due to take off. They just never boarded us. When people noticed that we were not boarding when we should, they got on line to ask the service rep, who wasn't there. She came back 40 minutes after our flight was due to take off to announce a delay. Really awful company. Will not willingly use again."

Therefore, I cannot complain too much about Frontier since I paid so little and received what was promised: a round-trip flight at an affordable price. I understand that, in order to be competitive, stay open for business, and keep rates low, Frontier must find additional ways to accrue income besides the base fare. However, literally everything beyond a basic ticket was vastly overpriced. "You want to bring more than two tee-shirts and a book? $30." "You want a childs ration of nuts and a soda in flight? $12. You can place them on your 3 inch tray table." And then, as we near the end of an already insufferably uncomfortable flight, we must endure a 20 minute long speech over the PA about the Frontier rewards credit card. I truly appreciate that Frontier Airlines offers competitively unheard of rates for a basic fare. But aside from being allowed to bring a only a change of shirt to Denver for the weekend, sitting in a dingy/cramped plane next to a stranger because I would not pay $42 extra to sit next to a friend, and being forced to listen to the desperate plea of a credit card signup quota, I will next time happily pay the traditional rate to take a flight somewhere where I am treated like I am not a passenger on a Malaysian Airlines flight that has somewhere along the way become lost between the importance of customer satisfaction and competitive prices."

No refreshments, no amenities, just a bigger tray table and a reclining seat. For $50. Sat on tarmac for 1.5 hours in 90 degree heat. I know this because I could hear the pilot yelling over the radio that it was 90 degrees in the plane. No A/C while on tarmac because APU was down, according to pilot announcement. Everyone I talked to felt deceived by the online check in and the extra charge for seats (if you want to sit with your party, otherwise no guarantees). Bad representation, deceptive web check in, uncomfortable plane, zero amenities unless you PAY EXTRA. Sorry Frontier, but FAIL!!!!"
Cons: "It wasn't the flight from Orlando To Cincinnati that I was upset about. I was suppose to catch a flight out of Columbus straight through to Orlando Only to find out they overbooked the flight. I had to drive another 3 hours to Cincinnati Airport to catch a flight 8 hours after original flight. I will not be booking with Frontier!"
