Overall, it was a fantastic experience had no movies up charge for everything haven’t flown in many many years. Crew is fantastic. Flight was good overall great experience.
What's not to like? Value?definitely. Every JetBlue member was extremely friendly on this flight. Very very nice new-ish aircraft,plenty of room. GOOD coffee. Entertainment,I didn't need it,but I think its available. What to do better? Well,there's nothing we can do about the other people, unbelievable how some folks are operating. Just don't allow people to lug all their stuff onto the aircraft. 1 bag. That's it. Be easier for you too. I personally would enjoy more options in schedule. One flight in and out a day is warranted given the local,I understand, but the times are inconvenient. Again, I completely understand why it is that way,It would however be great to have different options.
Had to wait over an hour in line for a Jet Blue agent to appear at the the counter. Ended up a customer service agent from another airline lines helped to check us in, and boarding pass,
The comfortability was very good. Except, when entering the craft the the first steward never greeted us upon entering the airplane. He spoke too fast where his words were all jumbled and difficult to understand.
Not having an assigned seat until boarding and then having to check my bag.
Boarding was done extremely poorly, with huge crowds gate loiterers blocking people from boarding, multiple lines of people trying to merge into one line. One of the male flight attendants who was doing drink service was not happy about having to let a passenger back to their seat and was unnecessarily sassy about it. I thought he was pretty entitled and not a great ambassador for JetBlue
Arrived as recommended at 8:15 a.m. for an 1115 flight, that kept getting delayed delayed and delayed and then finally canceled. Instructed for the split flight to go to Fort Lauderdale, and then find our way from there back to New York. I don't think I will ever trust flying with JetBlue again. This was my second horrific experience and I am really angry.
Cancelled flight with no specific instructions to get a boarding pass for another flight. The whole flight of people were in line for an hour because there was only 1 person to help at the desk. This was unusual for JetBlue.
The inflight system with their wifi is a hot mess and doesn't work. Separately they do, but when you try to do theoretically simple things like pair a device for control it all falls apart
Great crew. Smooth flight that was on time. Boarding is a disaster as usual. Bought more room seat and was Grouo A. The flight was packed by the time I got on. TVs did not work as usual

Terrible experience flying with American Airlines. Too many delays and cancellations.
I am generally an American Airlines loyalist but this flight was not good. I was seated in an aisle seat and the gentleman in front of my had his seat fully reclined which made it impossible to work on my laptop, eat or drink.. The gentleman in the middle seat was watching something on his phone without headphones.
Disorganized boarding. Mandatory to gate check bags. Curt flight staff. No space for cabin bag, even when I was in first class.
Like all of the flights I took to get down to Dallas. They were delayed
They are still charging me after taking 466 and 833 for round trip from AR to to Bradley airport from 19 to 21. Then poor experience. Am hurt and I will say it on social media. Please stay away from this airline. I see in my bank account they are still taking 644. Am trying to stop it. I used to fly United airlines and I suggest that if you don't want extra charges and good service you go back there. American airlines delayed my flight again and I was late for my meeting, no recompensation but charging me over and over.
When I'm on a 5hr 22 minute flight I expect food to be purchased. Especially when American makes a very tight connection time where u have to run to make the long flight. Chips and nuts are unacceptable and being told you should be in first class to get a meal is also unacceptable. I didn't change the flight times American Airlines did.
Good communication at the gate and very nice crew in the flight
Flight attendants on American Airlines are rude very harsh with their time of voice. Nearly identical experience as spirit airlines. However, from Spirit Airlines, you expect this level of mediocre service. You do not expect this from the big three..
Unfortunately we had turbulence because of the weather and when we were about to land in Miami, the pilot brought the aircraft quickly up because another plane was in its way. The pilot was remarkable however we weren’t told until we started our second descent. Our flight was GOOD. The flight from Miami to Hartford was packed, so many people. It was late at night and we were tired and just wanted to be home. Obviously, the aviation staff preformed well.
