My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!

The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

This portion of the flight was through Indigo. A local carrier. So all economy seating. No real service some refreshments for purchase standard economy stuff.

You should not have to pay for WiFi in business class

Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality

This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any

I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional

They only had vegetarian food left on the flight which I wasn’t happy about. I didn’t get any food to eat at all.

Best flight attendants ever! Very customer and service oriented, courteous, professional and helpful.

Flights were delayed but very last minute, also seats felt very squished on the second flight. Crew was very friendly and airplane was clean.

I darted through the Frankfurt airport to make my connecting flight. I asked if it was a possibility to upgrade and the agent did. This was the kindest gesture and it made up for the previous delayed flight and distress/anxiety of anticipating that Zi was going to miss my Frankfurt-Chicago connection. I cannot express my gratitude for the upgrade.. I am 5feet 10 inches do the leg space was amazing.

Good legroom. Attentive crew. Wine quality poor, you can do better

It was freezing. I asked crew member for a blanket and was told it might be in front of plane but I never got one. I turned off all the vents but still froze.

Great experience. Flight was on time and reached destination on time

I meant this flight was not good, the one from Tirana to Frankfurt was better!

Easy checkin. Things went off without a hitch. The the movie selection for the flight wasn’t great, though.

food, movie entertainment upgraded current, interconnecting flights being on time, we have a 24-hour overlay

Exit row seat that cost extra to book had a bad monitor marked as out of order, so clearly something they should have fixed.

They removed our booking without telling us. Cost us thousands to book last minute

The decided to just remove our booking without telling us. It ended up costing us thousands

We never made it onto this flight due to BA's lackluster organisation.

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

The air hostess were good, cheerful, but I didn't like the boarding. My son and I initially bought our flight tickets, making sure it included 1 luggage and a carry on. Tickets were purchased for British airlines, but we were merged with American Airlines. At checking in our languages, we were told, we don't have luggage prepaid so we had to pay extra $125 each and almost £60 on our way back. I think that's unfair.

Economy seats are so small and compacted so close together that comfort is negatively affected, especially on long flights. However that is due to aircraft design, not anything the airline can do about it.

3/4 bags delayed and 1/4 damaged at the other end. Flight was freezing

The crew were good. The flight was on time. The entertainment choice was ok. But the food was bad, tasted and texture were awful.

After boarding we were waiting in the plane for more than one hour to take off without AC with very high temperature inside

The flight was an hour late leaving Heathrow. The food was mediocre. When we got to Austin, my husband’s luggage was missing. He filled out information at baggage claim. We are waiting to hear something. His name is Henry Jacob Braunig.
