Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Cons: I never even took the flight - the layover was moved ahead by two hours THE DAY OF THE FLIGHT causing me to cancel my flight, since the layover was then leaving before my first flight even took off! At that time, alternate flights were >$250 one way and I HAD to be at my destination the next day for a wedding. Southern Airways caused me hours of time spent planning and additional money to find alternate transportation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND -- I am never flying with this airline again!
Cons: I paid to be in group one. Got there a little late. 1 minute. They locked me out and rudely told me to go to the back of the long line Seat in 3rd roe and no recline ! Old plane no screen. Good bye frontier and frontier credit card . What a looser airline
Pros: Crew and gate staff very helpful (see below).
Cons: I needed wheelchair assist at both ends. In each case I was waiting over 30 min. At the departure end there was a danger of missing the flight so one of the gate staff wheeled me, Amina was amazing. Another long wait at SFO. I spent almost as much time waiting for wheelchairs as I did on the flight!
Pros: Oh the crew was very pretty. They spent more time on themselves their hair their make up and on their phones than they did the entire first class. Check our flights and miles. We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight
Pros: Everyone was super friendly
Cons: I was the only person on the flight. That was kinda weird. But it was a smooth, easy flight and I would definitely use them again.
Pros: The crew were awesome and friendly, both in the air and on the ground.
Cons: Delta communicated no reasoning for delaying our flight three hours. They also did not update estimated departure times even when it was clear we would be delayed multiple times because the plane was not at the gate, the crew were not in place, and the pilot safety checks had not occurred.
Pros: The crew was friendly.
Cons: Sun Country lost my bag and could not provide any status at the airport when we arrived. The boarding process was inconvenient; including a shuttle to the tarmac. Plane was dirty upon entering. Entertainment (airfi) didn't work.
Pros: I just loved Southern. It was so easy. I avoided the hassle of the main airport, the parking problems and the waiting in line. Everyone was so friendly. I will definitely fly Southern again!
Pros: I arrived to my destination safely.
Cons: The flight was delayed 4 times. The crew had an attitude with everyone on the flight and didn’t even try to be nice. I understand that it is an affordable airline but I will just go back to paying more for quality (from the chairs to the flight attendant service). It was overall an uncomfortable trip.
Pros: I was so upset, tired of being lied to and running through airports to make a connecting flight, I can't think of anything I liked.
Cons: Since I bought my tickets through Kayak, when my flight was canceled the night before I was to leave, it took Hours to get the ticket problem straightened out with me on an earlier flight. I was called back by Kayak minutes after I finally got off the phone to be told That flight was now canceled. Another hour on the phone to get to a 3rd flight arranged. I arrived early and saw everyone sitting around, went to the counter to be told this flight was now delayed. Also was told that the EARLIER Flight I had been changed to, Went off on Time! So I was Lied to. Waited hours as they moved the departure time 4 times! Went through an agonizing security search. Took an hour in a freezing plane to get to Pittsburgh. Missed my flight OF Course and had to pay money for a ticket change and go stand by, barely getting on a connecting flight. I call it the Travel Day From Hell!!!
Pros: The price of the ticket was very reasonable.
Cons: I traveled with a colleague from Dulles to Morgantown. Three issues arose: 1. We could not find the ticket counter at Dulles, and no one we asked knew where it was. This could easily be resolved by adding info about how to find the counter to the airline website. 2. My colleague's return flight was canceled and she was never notified. 3. When I went to check in for my return flight, I was told that I was not on the boarding list. It took 30 minutes to get me added to the list even though I had my confirmation. When I asked for an explanation the man at the ticket counter shared: "They're crazy [the customer service]. This happens all the time." Complete incompetence.
