They tried to screw me over with my reservation from the beginning. No notifications of any changes to my flight or anything. Missed my initial flight going home. Paid another airline to catch my transfer flight and was denied the ability to board. Had to pay for a brand new ticket which I am currently going to dispute with my creditor. They are not American friendly at all. Felt targeted the entire time.

On 11/29, the flight from Beijing to San Francisco was delayed because the incoming plane was late. All passengers were greeted at SFO with instructions for compensation. The instructions read "To claim the currency compensation, passengers must have a debit card issued in mainland China and marked with Union Pay!" If you are not a Chinese resident, you are out of luck!!! Americans be warned: Fly Air China and be treated a second class passengers!

price online when i booked the ticket was different. Air Canada charged me extra for seating as well which was showing free at the time of booking Some thing is not right. Extta charges of $16 does not sounds good specially when its not disclosed.
Airport security was great and the airport pane was clean with a great crew!

We liked the extra leg room of the economy plus seats but the seats were too narrow.
The bathroom were not cleaned during the flight by the end of the flight there was no toilet paper and the bath rooms were very unclean.
The staff was extremely polite, very accommodating, and willing to serve. The entire experience was overall very good and very contrary to what reviews said online. I would fly with them again in a heartbeat, far exceeded American standard airlines like Delta and American.

Because of some system updating we were unable to check in online and had to wait until we got to the airport to select seats. By then, there were no decent seats available. My bladder nearly burst because the guy next to me slept the whole time. They say it will take 3 weeks to update the system. This is a terrible level of customer care.
