All went well, right on time, easy boarding. We ordered the evergreens grain bowl and were surprised and pleased how adequate it was for vegan lunch! Landing was smooth and gate exit was easy

Second flight in a row that I've been on where the auto bag counter stopped working and they had to manually count cargo before takeoff. Also second flight where my whole fruit and cheese plate looked pretty stale/old. The grapes were very strange tasting to the point where I didn't eat them. Apple slices were just sad/gross looking so also avoided those.

Great airline attendants. However I could not get the entertainment to work on the app

No issues at all other than the seats. Of all the airlines I've flown on in my life (this was my first with Alaska Airlines), these were significantly the most uncomfortable seats I've had - more so than Spirit Airlines. I'm a relatively young guy and mostly fit but oof, i was aching in muscles I didn't even know I had. Not sure if the seats are standard for the plane (if it even works like that) or if the choice to use cardboard as cushion and 90 degree angle back rests was a decision, but it wouldn't honestly make me think twice about flying with them again. Other than that - perfect flight. It was quick, crew was nice, ride was smooth so all things considered I appreciate the last minute availability offered after a sudden relocation on my part.

Seats hurt and can't recline far enough no screens in the back of the seats food or snacks not good

The friendliest flight attendants at flight 2276 from Portland to YVR August 3

Flight attendant was rude when I advised her that the bathroom had no paper towels or tissue paper.

Not a fan of a 5 hour delay. I received a text from Alaska Airlines advising I would get a $100 travel voucher via email. Several days later I still haven’t received it.

We missed the flight. I had a passport issue and told the check in desk that I’m trying to resolve it but when I got approved for entry to USA at 3:32, one hour before departure, the employees had left the desk at 3:30. I tried calling and texting the numbers on the sign. No luck. Waited till the agents came back and couldn’t get a flight to our destination or close, so we flew to Las Vegas instead and drove 6 hrs to San Diego where I missed one night’s stay and the car rental that was reserved there. Extra car rental and hotel in Las Vegas was over $300. Lost tine and money. I wanted to extend the trip by two days but the $1600 SAVER fare wouldn’t let me make changes. Hours on the phone to find out there are no exceptions and no credit if cancelled in advance. Very disappointed. My son’s first vacation with me in 17 years. Wasted a lot of money. Next time I will use a local travel agent.

Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.

I booked an aisle seat and was given a middle. At 6'4" 230lbs, it is not ideal to fly in the middle row for myself and passengers.

Concern Regarding Significant Gate Delay and Jet Bridge Issue Dear Customer Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had on my recent flight AA 2414 on Sunday January 18, 2026. What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay. Thank you for taking the time to review my experience. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Dion Dillard

The seat cushions were very worn so they were extremely uncomfortable.

Delayed, no updates, had a rewards number but was not working

AA should improve their in air internet & entertainment options. Seems unreasonable to charge $20/hr and should have some form of free connections. The entertainment options are also pretty limited, movies are outdated and the series only show 3-5 episodes.

The professionals have excellent customer service, the seats don´t have enough space.

Flight delay and multiple gate changes including a change near boarding time to another terminal, which in DFW is a pain. Pre-boarding delay and also a further delay on the ground after boarding. About an hour and a half total delay.

Seats were much more cramped then on the 737. Narrower and rows closer together. Flight was absolutely packed and the plugs under the seats didn't work. Was forced to check my bag even though previous flight had no issue with it.

Good food & refreshment. The seats and entrainment screens are modern compared to others. The staff though pleasant serve and attend to passengers based on nationality. Some get served first others last regardless of their seating positions.
