I had the row to myself. Smooth flight. On time. Actually we got there early.
My arm rest would not stay up. Flight attendant almost seemed rude. Might have been just her tone. She seemed annoyed. I could be wrong.
The United pilot we flew that day. did great job. we arrive safe to the distination despite of the climate condition. im happy for the service.so far im satified..
the delayed flight this time almost cause us to lost our next flight in chicago. thats what i dont like. wish this wont happen next time..

The crew was helpful and friendly, my flight was inexpensive
The seats were incredibly uncomfortable! Also, many people did not understand how to turn off the televisions, so it was pretty distracting to have so many monitors going when we all trying to sleep.
That it got me to Paris safe
No outlets to charge your phone, and the tv played the same movie over and over. The meals were also cheap. Didn't like any of them. Should have flown southwest or delta.
I had an episode of anxiety over very minor turbulence which I sometimes get and both ladies who happened to be on duty were very reassuring and sympathetic to me. I had my 6 year old daughter also on the plane who is not anxious at all, so I was able to speak to one of the staff in French so as not to transfer my anxiety to my daughter who doesn't understand French. This was great. Over half way through the flight they gave me some earphones and suggested I watch a movie. This helped so much.

Nothing to complain
Flight back was OK but flight to Orlando was not. Travelling with s 94 yr old man in a wheelchair. Everything at Pearson is not conduscent to travel with a handicapped person. Poor layout, poor assistance, non caring people, long distances,, and final straw was air canada started boarding without calling for handicapped first. We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. I give Toronto and air Canada the worst possible rating of any airport or airline I've ever dealt with. John O"Hearn

Sold me headphones that were very poor quality. Couldn’t use them. No snacks provided on a very long flight-all was for sale. Drink was a bit more than half a cup
