Cons: The crew wasn’t super friendly but they were nice.
Pros: Absolutely ridiculous ... sat on the runway longer than the flight.
Cons: Reason we sat on the runway longer than the flight is they were understaffed. Unacceptable.
Pros: Seating is better than most other airlines. In seat entertainment option, bring headphones. Accommodating crew. Beverage and snacks provided at no cost.
Pros: Seats, service, and peaceful.
Pros: Social distance and crew was very nice.
Pros: Precautions taken appropriate
Cons: Environmental controls, it was a little warm. Seats seemed more uncomfortable than usual. Air vents, lights, too far from aisle seats.
Pros: The crew was very kind.
Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.
Pros: The plane needed more leg room.
Pros: When my initial flight was delayed significantly, the gate agents went above and beyond to help me get on an earlier flight so I didn't get home too late.
Cons: It was great fir a short flight. And they got me there early.
Cons: My screen wasn’t working. It would have been great if it was.
Pros: Flight attendants
Cons: Left approximately 40 minutes late. Leave on time
Cons: More seat space
Cons: We were already very delayed, the flight crew was not nice
Cons: original, non-stop flight was delayed by 6 hours; was able to get rebooked to another flight but was still 2 hours delayed and my bag arrived another 2 hours after me, ending in a 4 hour delay over all. paid for a non-stop and ended up with a layover.
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: My husband and I could not fit in the seats without our shoulders being on top of each other. My shoulder was in the aisle way. I am 5’8 and my knees were up againstthe seat in front of me. Our flight from CVG to DFW had none of these problems.
Pros: Nice plane and super nice crew.
Pros: The flight crew were really polite and helpful.
Pros: The comfort the professionalism of the staff everywhere I went
Cons: Little pricey on rental and hotel.
Pros: I have never seen a gate attendant call each person by name as she scanned their boarding passes! At Delta I felt welcomed by every employee. Even the pilots greeted the passengers as they exited. All the other airlines just want my money, they want to cram me into smaller and smaller spaces and want me to sit there and shut up so they don't have to interact with me. I will fly Delta every chance I get, even if I have to pay more money.
Pros: More room and comfort than American Airlines.
Cons: The new "class of service" rules are really awful. "Pay for privilege" is terrible customer service.
Pros: I was surprised by the amount of snacks and drinks on such a short flight.
Pros: Arrives earlier than scheduled, no wait time on runway taking off or getting to gate after landing. Rare to not have these delays occur in some form every flight...excellent
Cons: Nothing, the flight was a rare perfect 10/10
Pros: The flight left on time and landed 15 mins early. Staff was nice and attentive.
Cons: The organization for boarding in zones.
Pros: The flight from Dallas was on Wednesday the 8th of August. It was scheduled for a 32 minute layover, which turned into a 30 minute layover. My son, who I booked the ticket for, ran all the way to the connecting flight's gate. They'd already closed the doors, and wouldn't let him on. Consequently he had to be re-booked onto the next flight, which didn't leave until 2200.
Cons: Did I mention that he'd taken a Greyhound bus to Dallas from Memphis on Monday the 6th of August? He got to DFW airport on plenty of time for his flight to Scotland. It should have been DFW to JFK to Glasgow. Delta cancelled his flight. Citing "weather issues." My family researched this, and couldn't find any weather issues in the North East or NY area.
Pros: Nice plane, comfortable accommodations, great crew.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.
Cons: I was first in line for a 1st class upgrade. They didn’t upgrade me but when I got on the plane, the flight attendant randomly asked someone if they wanted to move to 1st class because of an open sest
Pros: It was a very easy boarding process and everybody I can across seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Cons: Seats were a bit uncomfortable and the entertainment was not readily accessible.
Pros: Mobile entertainment was great and the crew was lovely.
Cons: Our flight was delayed, which is a understandable part of travel. But what made it worse was that we didn’t have any visibility on our actually departure time. We were first told our flight would be delayed an hour, then the departure time was moved up 40 minutes without any clear messaging. We caught an email from Delta, but if we hadn’t, we might have missed our flight. The plane was also abnormally loud on board, and the air pressure seemed to fluctuate throughout the flight, making the experience uncomfortable.
Pros: Overall experience was awesome. Always love to fly delta. Nice spacious and clean aircraft. Enjoyed the entertainment system.
Cons: No complaints
Pros: Great airline stewards
Cons: Suggestion- Overhead bin should be assigned to the seat the person is seated in.
Pros: It's a rather short flight. We grabbed 12A and 12B (should've gone for 10A and 10B when the choice was there) as knees started to hurt. Fine SLC lounge one is fine (mac-and-cheese, chicken, Baileys behind the bar, etc.) to make you happy prior to departure.
Cons: No food, snacks are okay though so this is a wash considering it was a short flight. Sky priority bagging ... doesn't matter. We saw several other bags get unloaded along with ours. No Delta lounge at the destination (RNO)
Cons: SofinwS turned off for most of trip
Cons: Bullshit seating...will happily put frequent flyers next to the freaking toilets.
Pros: Good service, more leg room than American Airlines.
Cons: Everything was good.
Pros: A simple and pleasant experience!
Cons: Everyone was professional and polite.
Pros: The almonds and Fresca
Pros: All went smoothly .
Pros: We flew first class for the first time. Now I don't think I'll fly any other way!
Pros: Small plane. Not a lot of room for carry-ons.
Cons: Short-ish flight
Pros: Just over 2hrs only. Crew was very friendly.
Cons: A bit of turbulence due to weather (no fault of the airlines).
Cons: Delta should change their name to always delayed
Pros: Nonstop quick flight
Pros: Weather, I think, caused a delay for my flight to Atlanta from Dallas which results in missing my connection. I was traveling with my 4-year old granddaughter. However, when I arrived having already missed my flight, I found special assistance area and was able to immediately connect with an agent who booked us on the next flight (last flight of the day to Richmond). Saving the day.
Cons: All the planes were full and did not have enough room for carry on causing delays and getting the flight off later. The gate agents and crew did what they could to get the plane loaded faster, but they loaded the front first and those in the back could not get past making loading the plane take even longer.
Cons: Told to drop down a class on arrival at gate.
Pros: The African-American gentleman flight attendant was extremely helpful, funny, engaging, and service exceeded normal expectations! The plane had blue lights & calming music on in the cabin.
Cons: The plane didn't have full catering options.
Pros: We got to our destination.
Cons: Better social distancing standards. People are still getting sick even with the vaccine.
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Half hour delay for maintenance
Pros: The incoming flight was late, but we still made it to Durango on time.
Cons: Very friendly and safe staff
Cons: The plane was ancient. Cabin was freezing, seats were rocks. Using an old short-haul CRJ for a 3.5 hour flight sucked.
Pros: Crew was great.
Pros: Amazing crew
Pros: The crew did their job.
Cons: At least monitors to watch a movie since there is no food in first class...
Cons: Departed 1 hour late.
Pros: The flights seemed to go fast once we were in the air and it was nice the pilot was trying to get us there earlier because we had taken off late.
Cons: I upgraded to 1st class for both flights but the plane seating was very dismal and hadn't been upgraded in either of these planes for a long time. After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule.
Pros: Crew was amazing.
Cons: I had some issues with the Onboard entertainment in terms of connecting with the site. I typically do not have this problem with my airline of choice but choose you because of the proximity of my hotel to my desired departure airport as well as price.
Cons: Delayed for an hour and a half because of a flat tire
Cons: Social distancing
Cons: My one hour layover turned into a 4 hour past 2AM arrival time.
Pros: The crew was nice
Cons: Cooler air! Hot as heck
Pros: Great flight, great crew, comfortable seats, good entertainment. I LOVE the AA 787s
Cons: No social distancing due to all of the seats being booked. My significant other was moved from her seat to another one across from me which was unfortunate.
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Too cramped
Pros: yes, no on sat on my row coming or going
Cons: The flight was 2 hours delayed because there was a mechanical issue on the plane. We sat and waited on the plane for 1 hour while the Maintenance crew tried fixing the problem. After sitting there for one hour, they told us the problem wasn’t fixed and we have to change aircrafts. The other aircraft was all the way in terminal D (we were in terminal A) and the boarding process took a long time. Overall it was an awful flight and experience with American Airlines. I missed my mother’s birthday party because of the 2 hour delay.
Cons: Sat on the runway for over an hour. Lack of communication and lies..
Pros: Flight was not over crowded, allowing for proper social distancing! That is MUCH appreciated. Crew was wonderful.
Cons: The couple in front of me got in a physical altercation as well as the couple seated behind me. Both situations caused much discomfort and could have been defused faster by flight crew
Cons: Served some type of anything
Pros: Very timely and efficient
Cons: Seats are really small
Pros: The crew &entertainment
Cons: No food
Cons: Seat very narrow for an upgrade
Pros: Nice to fly again!
Pros: The crew was rude
Cons: The plane was cold. The entertainment was mediocure. The staff was telling the people to get in their seats quickly as they had missed their scheduled time for take off. Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel.
Pros: The flight crew and the captain were terrific.
Cons: Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion.
Pros: some what and it could be better
Cons: the help you get from the crew and if they wouldn't make so many gate changes
Cons: Never got on the flight!! This was a Christmas gift & they took the money when booked it and told me they needed credit card verification 2hrs before departure! Terms and conditions doesn’t say I needed the credit card when checking-in! They also NEVER notified us that I was needing that information! The person who booked my flight is overseas!!! They are the worst at customer service. Still waiting to hear back from them! It’s the holidays and they are absolutely careless! I must add that when checking-in the agent was rude, unprofessional and even mocked me! ridiculous!
Pros: Crew were ok Captain was informant
Cons: Delay Heat on plane at 98 degrees upon boarding
Cons: Crew was rude, and we had to wait an hour to leave, I understand things happen, but then we were rerouted mid flight so it was inconvenient and again I get it, things happen. But the landing was incredibly rough and the pilot didn’t apologize. That would have made things better, but he said nothing about being sorry we were delayed and nothing about the rough landing.
Pros: Not much
Cons: Passengers brought hot food on board at Dallas. McDonalds and KFC odours were overwhelming for first 30 minutes.
Pros: Flight was fast and comfortable.
Pros: Once I got onto the plane, it was fine. It was a short flight. Everyone was nice and they offered drinks and a small snack.
Cons: I was late to my first flight from Dallas to LR due to my flight from Spain coming in late. I got off the plane and there was also another connecting flight printed for me. I thought "wow that is amazing sevice! I am def going to brag on them." I should have done it myself... after a 30 hour traveling day.. I got to the counter to get on my second scheduled flight home, and it wouldn't let me on because something with my Rickey was not working on the computer. The person did not know how to fix it so I missed the flight. After calling a supervisor, and that said supervisor never showing up, someone else finally happened to walk by and helped the original person fix the problem. Finally after waiting 5 hours total, I was on my flight home. The first flight was amazing but this flight makes me question if I want to ever use American Airlines in the future.
Cons: I've flown a lot, and I really couldn't believe how rude the flight attendants were on this flight. They seemed very inconvenienced by their job. I gave a snack pack back to a FA bc of my allergies and she snatched it out of my hand while walking by me without even looking at me...my husband's jaw dropped, he saw it too. It was unbelievable how rude they were.
Pros: Cabin baggage allowance.
Cons: No food, only purchasable snacks payable only with a card not cash. That incurs charges for those that are not US card holders! And extortionate prices. Wifi based entertainment so you need your own tablet/phone. Great if the wifi works - it didn't. Neither on the outward or return journeys.
Cons: Boarding-we boarded class 9 and had a carry on that was to big so all 3 personnel yelled at me and my husband with my daughter in my arms very loud and disrespectfully " YOU CAN NOT BRING THESE TYPE OF BAGS ON THE PLANE!" Mind you 3 people are saying this while other people were also waiting to board the plane! So I quickly say we do not need 3 people to tell us 1 thing and especially yelling at us like we were kids or criminals because it felt like we must have broke the law the way they treated us! That experience was horrible and ruined my liking for AA
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: Flight into DFW was delayed over an hour and ended up missing connection from DFW to SMF by less than 10 minutes because connecting flight left the gate early! We had 5 people in our group, including 3 children under the age of 10. Instead of taking off on time or just a couple minutes late (and oh by the way, the flight to SMF was scheduled to land early because of favorable winds) the flight left the gate early while we were sprinting from gate C31 to A17, missing the door closing by minutes and stranding our party for a three hour wait for an aircraft that went to SFO instead (75 miles away from Sacramento). As the coup de gras, our luggage didn't make it on the plane to SFO so now it's sitting in Sacramento awaiting delivery. I know there were a lot of upset people with the weather delays yesterday, but a bit of foresight or accommodation by American or a particularly savvy gate agent could have prevented the 5 of us from being among them.
Pros: Again, it seemed to me there was more legroom in first class than on similar Delta flights - meaning it was more comfortable. Also, there was a delay of a couple of hours leaving Dallas due to a problem with the plane's radio, and the American employees handled it very well, keeping the passengers informed and smoothly transferring everyone to a substitute plane.
Pros: It served the function of crossing the ocean. The crew was kind.
Cons: The airplane was outdated. It did not have personal entertainment suites at each seat. I haven't flown across the ocean without being able to choose my own movie in 3 years. Also, because of the outdated entertainment suite, the headphone jack is located in the armrest to the side instead of in the seat back in front of you. This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean.
Pros: Crew was horrible and frontier sucked as always
Pros: crew was nice but minimal
Cons: frontier charges for a carry on, small pack pack included. No entertainment or wifi offered. Plane was very very warm on cabin and they didn’t offer any beverages.
Pros: Fast boarding
Cons: Not such a long delay, but I understand due to the conditions
Pros: Cheap flight
Cons: Frontier intentionally makes you uncomfortable so that you purchase more “extras” that are standard on other airlines. During this flight there was also a lot of confusion and poor communication for boarding for myself and other passengers. Masks were not enforced on the flight and the passenger next to me didn’t wear his at all and was also smoking his vape pen during the flight.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Gate agent wasn’t available until boarding
Pros: Made it through TSA without BS. No delays. I dont smoke anymore but mccarran has a smoke pit.
Cons: All airlines should add legroom and fatbody room. I used to get a free carry on too, but even that you're nickel and diming. The price I payed up front should have covered both of those issues. That's the truth and everyone knows it.
Cons: At least let the people with no baggage go 1st
Pros: I was on time with my luggage
Cons: Seats are cramped and uncomfortable to the point of physical pain.
Cons: Only cheap if you’re flying light with no carry on or checked bags. Only comfortable if it’s a short flight cause just the first 3 rows recline.
Cons: Expensive on flight food and beverage
Pros: Overall I liked the price. Never had any problems with Feontier before so that is why I booked it.
Cons: Leaving Denver it was confusing when boarding because the boarding agent was talking on the loud speaker and was saying that it was going to be a fast turnaround and some other stuff but more like rambling something about we were going to be late to Dallas. We wound up being right on time when we landed in Dallas. Wasn't really sure the purpose of the confusion.
Pros: Boarding was fast and efficient. We left on time and arrived early.
Cons: You have to pay for carry-on and/or checked luggage and the space in seats in very cramped, particularly for legs.
Pros: Nice price for airfare. Flight left on time and arrived on time.
Cons: Paying for baggage ahead of time is tricky, perhaps purposely so. Read very carefully on the website when paying for bags. Carry-on bags cost extra if they are a certain size. Checked bags appear on website with carry-on bag selector beneath the checked bag graphic. That caused us to pay for the wrong one accidentally, with no way to cancel after paying.
Pros: The crew was greay
Cons: The price for luggage
Pros: If people read the articles when they book it states baggage pricing, several times and then again when you check in. This is a no-frills flight you chose what you need. The crew was very nice. The flight arrived early. I will fly Frontier again for the economy.
Pros: on time
Cons: very small tight seating size
Pros: Friendly crew, easy boarding, everything on time
Cons: Price of seats not included in ticket cost, but since ticket so cheap not really that big of a deal.
Cons: The check-in process at DIA was very disorganized. And 2 hours just to check-in is way too long.
Pros: Best value.. affordable and most convenient
Pros: Flight was ok.
Cons: Long Delay at DFW.
Pros: The crew
Cons: I checked in since home, but i didn't have the boarding pass .i was planning to print it at the airport but I almost missed my flight, because I couldn't print my boarding pass at any of Kiosk at airport , likely was still one lady at the counter who was able to print it for me but I was very frustrated with this situation.
Cons: I will never use Frontier... absolutely horrible. Nobody at the desk so I missed my flight. Worst experience ever.
Pros: Low fare
Cons: Narrow cheap seats/arm rest
Cons: Flight was delayed for 4.5 hours for maintenance issues, we had to cancel all of the plans I made for the day. I was at the airport for nearly 7 hours and then had to wait on the replacement plane to refuel for over an hour after boarding. Awful.
Pros: I didn't like anything. Nothing was handled well.
Cons: Flight was delayed six hours. They didn't communicate the initial delay until 10 minutes after we were supposed to board. The gate attendants were not knowledgable. We were supposed to board 4 hours later and didn't make it on the plane till 5 hours later. Then they forgot to get gas so we were stuck on the plane for another 45 minutes. Flight attendants didn't offer food or drink and kept saying everything was for an additional fee. Nothing was provided. I will never fly with frontier again and am seriously concerned about my return flight.
Pros: Great round trip price. Left on time from Dallas No problems with size of my personal item. It was the 'right' size, but no one questioned me which was nice.
Cons: Long slow line at check-in in Denver Airport, an hour late leaving!
Cons: We were delayed 3 and a half hours because of a water leak. Shouldn't that have been checked the plane the night before since we were the first flight out? Since we were delayed, they decided to give us breakfast vouchers (very nice) but they gave it to some people then not to others. When they finally decided to give them to the rest of us, we had 30 minutes before we had to board again! We could have been doing that with the 3 whole hours we had! I won't be flying frontier again, that's for sure!
Pros: The cost seemed to be good up front, but...
Cons: This airline is full of hidden fees. If you are traveling with someone and want seats next to each other, you have to pay an extra fee. Also, the airline only allows you to have a personal bag (a purse, laptop bag) for free, but they charge you for a carry-on. I had to pay $40 EACH WAY, so it ended up costing me $80 to travel with a carry-on. The return flight was delayed multiple times with no explanation as to why. Frontier was the only airline with delays, so it wasn't the weather. The seats on the plane do not recline, are not padded, and are overall not comfortable. I was overall disappointed with my experience with Frontier. It seemed like a good deal at first, but after paying all of the extra hidden fees and the delays, I would not recommend this airline.
Pros: Best pricing? Not true! Had to pay for seats, airline extorted $60 for carry on. Will not use kayak again
Pros: I was lied to at the service counter. Flight 131 was scheduled for 7:10 pm and I was at the counter and told by the only agent there that "they closed the door to the aircraft". That occurred at 6:40 pm with 3 people in front of me in line traveling together, and what's disturbing is that they were allowed to board. The next flight was 12 hours later at 6 am and I had absolutely no choice but to proceed and yield to the Frontier mandate. Just don't lie to me. If you understand the logistics at terminal E at DFW, I was very close to security and the gate. Flight departed at 7:22. Don't lie to your customers. All of the aforementioned information is verifiable.
Cons: Being lied to...
Cons: To cold on airplane and no complimentary soda
Pros: Is there anything to be like when you have to pay for everything from carrying on bag to seating? It's a joke ..worse than Spirit
Cons: Paid (twice!) for a carry on that wasn't a carry-on (backpack personal). I wish it described it better on the website.
Pros: again, crew was great and we were on time.
Cons: crying child back area of the plane. No one approached the caregiver of this child about the crying. crying the majority of the flight. Again, neck ache, not as bad, since, I propped my folded up dress behind my neck.
Pros: The affordable price
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: The most narrow and hardest airline seats I ever sat in. I was consistently elbowed by the women next to me. Very uncomfortable seats. Also the website was very misleading telling me the flight was $143. When I went on the site to check in the day before the flight it said I had a balance of $80. I was very confused. Also your site was not that easy to navigate around to do the check in. I fly often with other airlines and never had this much trouble finding on your site where to go on it to reserve my seats. I am sorry but I will never recommend Frontier nor will I fly with them again. It's bad enough flying these days with all of the additional charges, People bring all their carry one on board, security and delayed flights. I want the best and easiest check in and a better seat which would of been really nice yesterday for our flight since we sat on the Tarmac for over two hours with a rain delay. That means I was on your airline for almost 5 hours. Because of it my back and neck are hurting still today.
Cons: The plane didn't have any air and the boarding attendants couldn't make their mind up. They gave out different information and they were rude.
Pros: Fast flight and friendly people
Cons: No tv on the head rest. I like watching the flight and path
Pros: I'm still alive
Cons: In purchasing the ticket from your website, the price does not reflect comparative like and kind price comparison. If a carrier charges for a carry-on, this should be displayed as part of their price and a buyer should not have to go through a drop down menu to find out. Further, when I arrived at the airport, there was no explanation of this charge other than the kiosk, where I was not required to purchase. After dropping off my bag with the front desk agent at the airport, I went through security with my personal item and carry on. When I get to the gate, I find out not only do they enforce this charge, but they actually raise 50% from the front desk to the gate and the agents had no absolutely no desire or power to give me the $40 price. When directed to their website to purchase, the site was unresponsive and I was unable to purchase at the $40 rate. I was forced, literally forced given the fact I wasn't going to be able to fly home otherwise, to pay the $60. This matter is going to the state attorney generals office in Texas and the Better Business Bureau. If that does not resolve, I will be working on a class action lawsuit so all victims of this price gouging can receive compensation.
Pros: Great new plane. Comfortable seats
Pros: The crew was very pleasant. The flight was the cheapest I found. The pilots on the round trip were very capable.
Cons: The reason why it's so cheap is that they charge for everything. For some reason the site combined my first and middle name. I noticed when checking in and was prompted to change it. I was then showing a $400 balance even though I had already paid for my ticket months ago. I called customer service and they luckily updated it for me. The person then proceeded to tell me if I check a bag, bring a carry one, or want to choose a seat, there will be a charge. $60 just to bring a checked bag (27 lbs by the way) round trip. I opted not to spend even more money on the carry on and seat. I've seen other airlines charge for seats, but they're typically upgrades and you can choose another available seat for free. Not Frontier. If you don't want to pay the site tells you it will choose a seat for you. I don't know what the point of checking in 24 hours in advance is juat to be put in the last group no matter what. Speaking of seats, these were plastic, tiny, and uncomfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable, the plane felt like it was going to fall apart with even a hint of turbulence. Overall not great and I may have to go elsewhere for plane trips in the future. But that's up to Frontier.
Pros: The flight was kinda cheap, but I'll never fly frontier again.
Cons: I could not make it on my return flight in time, but you still charged me for my checked bag! Which you DID NOT transport. I won't fly frontier again. Everything they could possibly cut costs on, they did! They even made the little tray on the seat backs about 1/2 the size. I couldn't put my laptop or my book on it lol. Might as well not put a drink on it either, because it would just fall off -- there was not a cup indention for the cup to sit in. Very dissatisfied. Won't fly with yall again. Sorry.
Pros: The crew was fantastic. They were funny, polite, and very professional. The boarding process was very smooth and quick.
Cons: The seats are awful as they no longer recline and have very little padding making the trip seem exponentially longer than it actually is. Carry on prices are absurdly expensive ($45) at the airport for one little duffle bag that was barely too big to fit under the seat. Food and entertainment are no longer provided on short routes so you better bring something to do!
Pros: The crew was great. No issues getting on board and we arrived on time. No issues with the flight.
Cons: Flight delayed 5 hours had to pay for a ride to final destination. Because plane was late arriving in Denver the $ 50 travel voucher 3 month expiration was lame should gave 50 refund off ticket I understand things happen but voucher is a joke
Pros: I liked the crew. And the flight was on scedule. Also, the flight had very little of turbulence.
Cons: I don't like the fact the seats are so close and hard. And very uncomfortable.
