Very good customer services before, & during flight. I will choose it again in the future.

Bangkok airport needs a redesign to make it more accommodating for passengers with long layovers between flights. It needs a better selection of restaurants, stores and rest rooms near the departure gates. It also needs a shuttle or other transport system to help passengers transit the long distances between gates in different concourses.

Pros: "Great Premium Economy experience with comfortable seats and extremely-hospitable cabin crew!"
Cons: "Archaic In-Flight Wi-Fi Plans should be brought to modern-age plans."
Cons: "Rather long wait at business check-in, friendliness there ok, on board service slow with the champagne, old aircraft with old configuration of seats, nothing really bad, but it's not like this that you win an airline of the year award!"
Pros: "The crew was great although I needed to ask them for my meal cause they passed by me. They thought I had my meal already which I didn’t. I don’t think they did it on purpose so it was just misunderstanding. My flight was on SQ 38 from Singapore to LAX on October 30 2019 Other than that. All is amazing. I will still highly recommend Singapore Airlines to other people."
Cons: "I think I have nothing in mind about improvements because I can see they have been training very well. I would like to say keep up the good work"
Pros: "everything, the crew was efficient"
Cons: "more African entertainment to be added on the Johannesburg route"
Pros: "The crew service is good. Not great, but still above average from other flagship carriers."
Cons: "The seat (B787-10) is so cramp!!!"
Pros: "The crew was very helpful and courteous."
Cons: "The flight was delayed and I decreased my time in Singapore"
Pros: "Everything. New plane amazing food on a two hour flight Great new entertainment system on the seat back."
Cons: "A little more leg room."
Pros: "Despite being a very late flight at 11 pm, the crew was courteous but not over the top, when all the passengers wanted to catch some sleep"
Cons: "Lufthansa's short haul slim line seats become uncomfortable after 1.5 hours"
Pros: "The prompt service of the staff and comfort of the plane."
Cons: "Warm snacks instead of cold pastry."
Cons: "Seats recline too much making difficult to get in or out because of the seat in front of you"
Pros: "The Crew was very Good and yes the seats were comfortable."
Cons: "I think they did the great Job"
Pros: "Everything was great"
Cons: "More choice of movies, and more choice of translations languages for movies. Because longs hauliers need a lot of entertainment. Thank you very much for asking for our comfort"
Pros: "We landed safely. Ultimately, that’s all that matters."
Cons: "Thai seems to be the only major airline without a transit desk in DPS, so connecting passengers have to waste hours going through immigration and customs, checking in again, then going through security and immigration all over again. Flight was fine except for this waste of 2 hours standing in lines"
Pros: "The crew was super nice and informative."
Cons: "The food was just ok, but not really expecting a 5 star cuisine."
Cons: "A specially hospitality and food which served in plane was excellent"
Cons: "Krabi airport is terrible. Cramped waiting area. Boarding gates too narrow for capacity. Aircon not coping. Worst flight information I have ever encountered."
Pros: "All well arranged. Friendly and helpful crew. Food apprppriate for the trip. Logistics ok. Balue for money."
Pros: "Flight was full, but generous seat pitch and efficient crew made the difference!"

TVs didn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work, flight crew came by one and that was it

It was delayed and no.entertainment unit. Lion group air is giant company with poor record of service.

Boarding was generally quick, staff were friendly and did assist people when needed. The plane wasn't cleaned well with remnants of the last passengers. Tray tables were falling down and back of seats falling apart. The AC was turned up too high and we were all freezing, i was actually shaking uncontrollably until the heating was put back on. No entertainment at all which is hard when travelling with children. Minimal food choices and cash only option. I know its a budget airline but some minor improvements could make a good difference.

Pros: "Resorted to Malindo/Batik just to get home after Mt Agung eruptions - so points for at least flying. Very good seat pitch in economy, let down by an uncomfortable back with no head rest."
Cons: "The food was utterly appalling, providing a new level of disappointment. I'm convinced my tray table would have been easier to chew than the three dehydrated lumps of so-called chicken thrown on top of land overcooked rice, together with something that was allegedly once an egg - which I couldn't even stomach."
Pros: "Modern plane, good price, friendly staff"
Cons: "Plane landed very hard and felt like pilot was struggling for control (or still learning). Luggage took long time to come out and after abot 10 min of luggage just stopped and we found out that rest of our luggage was coming out of another carousel. Nobody told us, we had to find out ourselves when we couldn't find our luggage. Communication is important"

Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.

Pros: "Relatively inexpensive and on time."
Cons: "Absolutely no customer support. No one to call or contact. In theory, they have a contact through Facebook but no one picks up. If you book through a major third party agency, you cannot log onto their system to make changes like add baggage. At the airport, they told me the only way to ask them is to come to the airport. How environmentally unfriendly and generally inconvenient. Especially in these days where such online services should be easy."
Cons: "The flight was delayed, AFTER WE BOARDED, for 2 hours. No attempt was made to provide food or s reasonable explanation."
Pros: "It was short"
Cons: "If they could get the air conditioning working, it was extremely hot until we were in the air, then it went off again on our descent"
Cons: "We were running late for the flight due to long lines at immigration which was not Air Asia’s fault, but when we finally made it to the check-in counters we were misdirected several times and given conflicting information. On top of that after we finally checked in we had to go another counter to pay the baggage fee and we’re misdirected there too. After wasting 25 minutes we made the flight, but only because it was 30 minutes late."
Pros: "Flight attendants are well dressed and friendly"
Cons: "My friend and I bought Luang Prabang to Siem Reap tickets with a change in Bangkok. We had both printed our boarding passes and had only carryon bags. They wouldn’t check us in thru to Siem Reap when we were in Luang Prabang, so when we tried to go through transit in Bangkok, the Air Asia agents sent us back to enter Thailand. We had to go through passport control, go up to arrivals and wait in the huge, chaotic lines ( why does AA always have chaotic limes?) and check in again. We then had to go back through immigration and security inspections. Even the immigration and exit officials were questioning why we didn’t go in transit! Took us two hours and lots of extra walking. I only fly Air Asia when I have to, and always think they will have gotten better, but they never do."
Pros: "Nice crew. Clean airplane."
Cons: "Very small seat in upgrade area. DO NOT BUY SIM CARD ON AIRPLANE. Buy it when you exit. They rip you off on flight and it’s not connected."
Cons: "I always use Kayak to book an international flight Chiang Mai to Denpasar, with my luggage checked through. But this time I went to International in Chiang Mai to check in and found that you had bungled the booking. You booked me Chaing Mai to Bangkok on a DOMESTIC flight, and expected me to get onto the next leg, International, Bangkok to Denpasar, in 2 hours. You left me only 2 hours to disembark in Bangkok, get luggage at the Domestic carousel, go through customs, take luggage to the Check In counter in the International, get boarding pass, go through customs and security. Then race to the boarding gate for my INTERNATIONAL flight to Denpasar. What a trauma. The International Air Asia check in was mobbed!! I only made it in time because staff at the check in found me by chance and put me to the front of the line. I won't use Kayak again, after using you for 15 years. You have a nerve selling such a ticket."
Cons: "I got my second section e-ticket, but Thai ground staff didn’t allow me to transfer, so I have to exchange money and pay the visa fee, and then arrival Thailand, and hard to find a place to departure, also, the flight got delayed...."
Pros: "I got really lucky and got an entire row to myself so I had a great flight. The flight basically left on time and they didn’t lose my luggage so I’d say it was a successful flight."
Cons: "You don’t get free food or drink, which can be frustrating if you don’t know that before you board. They also changed the gate right before the flight was suppose to board which was stressful, but that could’ve been the airport’s fault."

The seats are not great and there is no entertainment. However, it is a discount line, the people are great, check in was easy, the food options were decent and inexpensive, the flight was on time, and we arrived safely. No complaints for the cost. Would fly again!

I never mad a reservation so I didn’t fly. This was fraud. Take me off your email!! 😡

2 hours to check-in, flight delayed 90 min, no timely information. Horrible experience

Air Asia is a favourite of mine. Well run, good planes, great staff and great value.

Pros: "Boarding time and departure time very good. Easy and fast check in"
Pros: "AirAsia is a crooked airline. We had to pay Singapore$120 to check in two pieces of cabin luggage at the airport because we HONESTLY declared they were over 7kg each. On board the aircraft most passengers had cabin luggage which most definitely exceeded 7kg. NEVER again AirAsia."
Cons: "Stop overcharging for every f...g thing if not booked ahead. Add it all up a regular airline is cheaper. Dont abuse your network and schedule. You will never get be back to fly you."
Cons: "I didn’t think there was an airline worse than the budget U.S. domestic carriers until I found AirAsia. Not worth even the low cost. I had a horrible check-in experience at both airports I flew from with them, charged for every little thing, no in-flight entertainment, and the flight crew was yelling at the passengers. Never again!"
Pros: "It arrived on time"
Cons: "Very snel legroom, no included food, no free water, no inflight entertainment"
Pros: "Meals are delicious although not all items were available without prebooking."
Cons: "It was very cold during the flight. No blankets available - only for sale."
Cons: "Checked in 2.5 hrs early and my reward was they left my bag in Denpasar while I went on to Kuala Lumpur!"
