Boarding, takeoff, flight arrived on time.

The planes were old, made strange noises, no Wi-Fi, TV, or any amenities. Seemed way more cramped than other airlines. The first flight, the plane made a very strange noise at the wing till we had been in the air for a long time. The connecting flight, the flight attendant told us that the plane had weight or balance issues, and we were all seated the way we needed to be for the plane to fly properly, so we could not change seats (a portion of the middle of the plane had empty seats). It was extremely uncomfortable, as the seats didn't recline at all, and I'm extremely short, but was cramped up against the seat in front of me. Only one arm rest that was about an inch & a half wide per seat. Also, I think they offered soda, but no snacks. They charge for all baggage, the carry on bag costs $45, while the checked bag is $40 ($80 for 2 checked bags one way), & they have specific "linear" dimensions for the size of the CHECKED bags, or they will charge something like $100 extra. Even though the actual flight was cheap, the price of baggage & feeling so cramped, & scared that the plane wasn't working properly, I wouldn't fly this airline again.

Nickel and dime you for everything. Not even water was offered on the flight. The seats were the worst on any airline I have flown.

You have to really know their rules or you fare dramatically increases. Personally I really hate getting nickeled and dimed to death which is what they do! Use the overhead, 35$, or get a cup of coffee or a soda $3.95. Try to change a flight - $150/ passenger. Want to sit by you partner $12 a person for seat assignment, and on it goes! Pilots and crew were good and we arrived safe. I only use them if I have too.

Great crew, landed 20 minutes early!

Seats are too close together and not enough legroom for tall people!

Competent service

Paid for a checked bag, paid for carry-on (no clear policy about how to get a refund), paid for the SEAT. The airline should not do this regardless of whether or not it's legal.

Frontier bag drop lines were insanely long; boarding process took forever for reasons that were never explained to us, and then in Austin we waited for our bags for 45 minutes. We asked the information kiosk about it and they told us "Frontier always runs late."

Seating areas and space between seats is smallest I've ever seen. Trays on back of seats are crazy small

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.

The fares displayed include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found by the provider in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days. Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
