Cons: Flight sat on tarmac for 25 minutes after departure time all without any "ground air". Luckily we were packed in so tight you knew everyone else was sweating too

Cons: I had an important business trip on Sunday 12/18. I bought a ticket for a Spirit flight. I didn't print my ticket at home - thought I'd just go to Spirit's ticket counter, and they'd take care of it. BUT The agent said I'd missed the cut-off. She wouldn't honor or print my ticket - even though i probably could have made it through Security and made my flight. I WAS 5 minutes later to the airport than I wanted to be, due to a delay on public transit. That was all it took. I asked the agent if she would please print the ticket and let me try to make the flight. If i missed it, I said i'd eat the cost of the ticket. No. Because the agent would not budge,wouldn't even print the ticket so I could take my own chances at my own risk, I missed an important business trip.

Cons: They lost the full planes worth of baggage at the arrival in Denver, we waited over an hour and a half for the luggage, while other flights arrived, got their bags and left. Attendant kept coming over the intercom saying they were looking for the bags from our flight. Once on the plane and the doors shut, passengers were not allowed to move to an empty row, because they said we did not pay for other seats in coach, so had to sit cramped in seats while multiple rows were empty or had only one passenger for the 3 seats.

Cons: On top of the nickle and dime, the seats are hard as a rock. Will not fly with Frontier again.

Cons: Frontier employees wouldn't let me on plane. I arrived to check in under 45 to take off, so they printed my boarding pass for the next flight. I was able to get thru security, and to gate while they were still boarding! They wouldn't allow me on the flight I booked!

Cons: Seats don't recline, all groups were called to board at the same time creating a long line.
Pros: Had to cancel due to the mass murder shooting in LAS and Frontier would not give me a full refund. Only a flight credit which I probably won’t be able to use
Pros: Captain kept us updated on everything going on, he made up time and got us to Austin pretty much on time. Staff was friendly. Huge plus was Houston’s terminal updates for United with iPads to order food - made it quick and easy to eat and run!
Cons: Gate was changed and Houston is a huge airport so lots of walking, flight was delayed, no snacks and only room temp water offered, no entertainment provided

Cons: Too late to download app once on plane so stuck for hours without entertainment on a long flight. They wanted to charge for most everything. First class was not as good as economy on other airlines. I have no idea why anyone would select United on purpose. I know I will not pick them again...

Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

Cons: Worst transatlantic flight in 40 years. Filthy old seats and mine had a wet ironed stain. The seat in front of me was broken and reclined into my lap. That made the screen for entertainment unusable. The reading lights didn’t work. The toilets were a mess and never serviced.

Cons: Everything was good until the last flight from Denver to Las Vegas. They let us into the bridge but did not let is into the plane for a while because they just finished cleaning it and was waiting for maintenance to fix a broken chair, which made us stand and wait on the bridge. They should've just waited to let us in until the plane was ready instead of stocking us into the bridge.Additionally, as I was leaving the plane the one of the crew member was arguing with a customer, which could've been handle better.
Pros: This is one of the best flights I've been on. It went very quick, we arrived at our destination early, the flight crew was on point, Santana was the most fun attendant ever! She needs a raise!

Cons: Miserable seating. I paid for extra leg room but in my seat 1D THERE WAS LESS LEG ROOM THAN ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE PLANE. FRONTIER LIED ABOUT THE ADVANTAGE OF PAYING EXTRA FOR AN "UPGRADE". i WAS IN PAIN FOR THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. tELL THEIR CEO TO TRY SITTING WHERE I WAS. UNLESS HE IS A LITTLE PERSON HE WILL GET IT AFTER A COUPLE HOURS.
Pros: The crew was great, boarding was very smooth, I got upgraded to an exit row which was fantastic. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I'm sure I'll fly Spirit again.

Cons: For the same price I could have two first class tickets on any other flight. I told the front desk my suitcase had glass and needs to be handle with care. She dropped it in front of me and tossed it on the belt. Tickets were $89.07 with tax. Round trip cost of just the baggage $502.55.

Pros: Crew on flight was very nice. Plane has a lot of space for legs and comfortable seats. We got vouchers and a toothbrush with tooth paste (AT LEAST THAT) for our forced overnight stay.
Cons: Horrible experience. Plane had an engine issue and ended up being delayed for so many HOURS that we had to sleep in Houston. The organization was a big mess - so poor that we reached the hotel only at 130am while we had to wake up at 4ish am to be at the airport again by 5am.

Pros: Awful. The ground crew and the plan crew were not in-sinc. The jet way was a least 10 inches below the plane door. The stewards crowd was surley. The plane was late leaving for unknown reasons. The whole passenger group was held up waiting on the two person clean up crew to empty the trash. No one seemed to care about the passengers.

Cons: They wouldn't let me take on carry on baggage that was my purse, so I had to pay $45 for purse carry on. Arrived 45 min before my flight due to traffic and they wouldn't let me in, had to wait 10 hours for next flight. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Will NEVER fly frontier again, worst flight (there AND back) I've ever had.
Pros: Obviously it's frontier, so you have to be prepared to pay for every extra. The crew was pleasant, best part of the trip;)

Cons: The plane was again delayed. 4 flights with United, ALL 4 flights delayed. Plane is not quite comfortable. Boarding was messy. Could use lane for group 1 once they are boarded for all the other groups or have 2 ppl boarding for faster smoother turn around.

Cons: Everything. Worst service, constant delaying for flight, long wait when boarding. I haven’t seen such a bad airlines before. The seats were horrible, the pull out tables are so small. The customer service over the phone didn’t help what so ever. Took them over 10 minutes in for myself to just ask them to look up my ticket and actually do something about the issue, online booking messed up my name on my ticket and almost cost me $2000 to change it.
Cons: flight was delayed 2hrs because "the plan was messy". in my opinion it does not take 2hrs to clean a plane so I felt as if that was an excuse for something else that was bad on their part. Even if someone puked on the flight before that, that can deffently be cleaned in a quarter of that time unless the airline is to cheap to have the cleaning supplies on hand.

Cons: MOST of the whole "Spirit" experience... VERY rude staff!! NOT at all helpful. VERY disappointed...will DEFINITELY NOT fly with this airline again. I fly about every 8-10 weeks and will just stick with the airline I KNOW treats the people that pay their bills with kindness and helpfulness!
