Cons: "The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!"

Cons: "Denver airport is far too large for there to be such a small security check therefore it took forever and I missed the flight. Delta tried to charge me $1000 for another ticket to Albany and I decided to fly with another airline for half the price instead"

Pros: "I purchased a ticket for my 18 year old dog $ 125.00 each way to fly with me to Kalispell and back. She is so old that she can not SEE, HEAR, or BARK any longer. I understood she needed to be under the seat for take off and landing but I was told by the ticket agent and flight attendants on my first flight that she could sit on my lap during the flight. Everything was great on the way there. On the returning flight,.... the flight attendant was so RUDE to me. She saw that after we were airborne and at a steady altitude, I brought my dog "Kacey" up into my lap. She immediately raised her voice and stated the dog needed to remain on the ground. I politely explained her condition BUT she refused to listen to anything. I put my poor old dog back under the seat. After approx 20 min I could hear her patting very loud. I lifted her again and asked a different flight attendant for some water. She was very hot on the floor. Or course, the flight attendant saw my little chihuahua drinking the water and said that after she drinks a little more, she must remain under the seat. By now, my husband is getting annoyed. He tried explaining to the flight attendant the medical needs that my dog has " she's on protein shakes" which were approved their security. and how fragile she is. She can't BARK, SEE, or HEAR. Yes, we will be putting her down soon but we took her to Montana for my daughter to say her GOODBYES!! Sorry to say, but that flight attendant has turned me away from UNITED AIR LINES forever. Cons: "Several delays compounded to make trip a lot longer and far less comfortable than it needed to be."
Cons: "The air did not work on this plane and it was hot and uncomfortable! Usually once you take off the plane cools down. We sat on runway for 15 minutes due to weather(which the airline cannot control). However once we took off the air still did not work and the plane was uncomfortably warm with little air movement."

Cons: "We had to return to Newark due to problem with the plane. So we prepared for a crash landing, but there was little information as to how long it would take to land. So we circled for about 1 hour, waiting to crash land, Little information from the cockpit, and the steward was not prepared for the scenario. Upon normal landing, there was no information as to the next step. Disappointing."

Cons: "Mechanical delay in fargo caused me to miss my connecting flight to Eugene by 5 minutes. Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight gate to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I ran 30 gates and the door just closed and missed my flight. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and went home......"

Cons: "Apparently, if you pay extra for carry on luggage and you have seats in rows two and three, you can’t use the overhead compartment, which then somewhat defeats the extra legroom you paid for when your carry on has to go under the seat ahead of you. And the flight attendant was rather rude in her insistence about where my luggage “couldn’t” go."

Cons: "Medical emergency once on board, delayed the departure from Denver. While no fault of the airlline, as a passenger onboard, waiting in the back of the plane. Some type f overhead announcement being made would have alleviated any undue conversations between passengers, wonderment of departure delay."

Cons: "I received a 2.5 hour delay notification at 4:45AM the day of departure. Upon arrival to the airport, bag drop was a mess of people and I was charged $15 additional to switch from pre-paid checked bag to carry on. Then the flight was delayed another 2.5 hours and there was no update as to cause or anticipated time of departure. I will do all I can to not fly Fontier in the future."
Cons: "I was a passenger on a Frontier flight from DIA to TMA on 5/13/2018. My luggage was checked and a tag indicating the bag was to go all the way to the final destination (there was a stop in St. Paul, Minnesota) was securely placed on the suitcase. However when I arrived at the Trenton airport my bag did not. There were no Frontier airlines agents on duty so I filled out a form given to me by one of the airport staff. When I checked the Frontier website today it said to fill out a Frontier Lost and Found report. Upon doing so I received an email saying finding a lost bag could take weeks and that after a month they consider the bag permanently lost. No offer or process was provided for compensation for lost bag or the items within. This is unacceptable! I had prescription medication in my bag that's not easily refilled."

Cons: "Prices for beverages, food, and/or snacks are extremely HIGH! $3 USD for a 12 oz. can of pop OR WATER (16-20 oz) ? ! ! $7 USD for a 5-6 oz bottle of wine ?! The prices are ridiculous!! You can't get water to cry with or if you were on fire. Upon viewing your menu, there is a "bundle" for three or more items. This IS NOT a bargain. You decrease the price by a dollar is nothing. It appears to be overly enrichment and a rip-off. I know that you're in business to make a profit. But dayumm!! REALLY??! You all are certainly taking advantage of your customers. There may be either a continued decrease of purchases or none at all. I noticed that there weren't many purchases in relation to the number of passengers on board at the time. BTW, the price paid for the single bottle of wine ($7 USD) is what it costs for the 4-pack, if not less. A person can purchase 750 ml or 1/5 gallon for the same amount or less (i.e., $5 USD + tax). This is wrong and obliges passenger to make a grudging purchase out of necessity. Have you ever been thirsty before? Can't have water to take medications without spending large amount of money. You can't even get tap water or courtesy cup of water / ice. What type of mess is this? $50+ bag check fee is horrendous!! Your competitors are much cheaper. Please add more cushion and room to your seats. Had this flight been more than 90 mins., I'd be making a trip to the hospital instead of home."

Cons: "paperless boarding did not work - there are more android users than iPhone, yet, the barcode does not show up on e-boarding pass on droid phones. Also, Spirit forces people to sign up for an account to get e-boarding pass. This was not the case with my AA flight the previous day. Tray tables were on a spring so anytime the person behind my lifted it, it snapped and startled me as I was trying to sleep. Crew did not make curtsy announcement asking parents of children to silence electronic devices so there was lots of kid music, beeping, and general noise that even my earbuds couldn't cancel out."

Cons: "I went to the airport 35 min before the flight left with no luggage. I was told that Airline policy is to cutoff at 45 minutes and so they did not give me a boarding pass. I asked for alternative arrangements. They said that they can give me a ticket for a flight 48 hours later. They also said that they do not partner with other airlines so they cannot help. I purchased a ticket with another airline and left a few hours later. The staff told me that this is an everyday occurrence. Policies are fine but the staff should provide alternate solutions."
