It was efficient and great. DIA took a while to let us leave but other than that it was great.

The flight crew home was so, so friendly and HILARIOUS. I’ll keep flying Alaska like I have for the last 30+ years!

Perpetually delayed, flight out was delayed almost 2 hours, flight home was delayed an hour and a half. On the way back no refreshments as an option, yet they gave it out to 1st class. No apology or notice of the delay going out both ways. Seats are nice feature wise, but the adjustable headrests don't stay up anymore. Feels more like a budget airline

My mother suffers from Lupus and has challenges walking. I specifically called Alaska airlines, stated her condition and made sure my mother’s had wheel char assistance towards gate and into the gate hall so she just had to get into the plane and walk a couple of steps. It was assured by Alaska team that the service was granted in both airports , DEN and SAN . In Denver , the wheelchair assistance never arrived. I had to personally grab another airline wheelchair sit my mom. Then I had to go to Alaska Airlines front desk twice to let them know my mother was waiting at the wheelchair service station. Upon arrival to SD Airport , there was no wheelchair service waiting for her in the hall before deplaning. She had to walk her way out in pain. Absolutely inconsiderate and unacceptable by the airline! Never again flying with Alaska Airlines.

Waiting 2 hours after landing to arrive at a gate was ridiculous.

We missed the flight. I had a passport issue and told the check in desk that I’m trying to resolve it but when I got approved for entry to USA at 3:32, one hour before departure, the employees had left the desk at 3:30. I tried calling and texting the numbers on the sign. No luck. Waited till the agents came back and couldn’t get a flight to our destination or close, so we flew to Las Vegas instead and drove 6 hrs to San Diego where I missed one night’s stay and the car rental that was reserved there. Extra car rental and hotel in Las Vegas was over $300. Lost tine and money. I wanted to extend the trip by two days but the $1600 SAVER fare wouldn’t let me make changes. Hours on the phone to find out there are no exceptions and no credit if cancelled in advance. Very disappointed. My son’s first vacation with me in 17 years. Wasted a lot of money. Next time I will use a local travel agent.

Boarding was late with no communication. Flight was over an hour late with virtually no communication or updates. The app showed we had departed and were scheduled to arrive on time even though we sat on the tarmac for nearly an hour. People who were using the app to track our progress to pick us up were given erroneous information. Flight attendant was snooty when asked why app was showing us as delayed and arriving on time even though we had not left and ultimate’s not leave for over an hour. Just poor and arrogant.

My luggage was lost and doesn’t appear to be arrived any time soon.

Check in was a nightmare. We had about 15 people ahead of us but were in line for 45 minutes for priority passengers. Two people were checking in dogs and it took them forever. They even took the dogs out of the kennels to weigh them separately. Crazy! Then when we reached the front of the check in line we were told they couldn’t check us in because we were too early. Had to wait 19 minutes to check in and then check ourselves in and get back in line to drop our bags. This was first class! If I can avoid it I will never fly Alaska again. I sure didn’t get what I paid for.

It would have Bern better if the flight was on time.

The entertainment they offer could use some games, and maybe they could add some cookies to the snack menu. And the automated messages are a bit repetitive. But it was comfortable temperature wise and the seats were comfortable. The crew is very polite and helpful

Putting people that close to the bathroom, where you have to look into the bathroom as people are exiting and entering was not great and the smell was also not great. I know the airlines are desperate for more chairs, but that seat is a crime.

one staffer was frustrated (it happen); the flight was late and the pilot mentioned they'll make amend but the snacks were the same, other than that the aircraft was clean and everything went smooth, no complaints

ticket agent lady wás very helpful , she arranged wheel chair for my elderly mother

United overall experience is great these days. Airport experience was very organized. Staff on flight were great. App and information as good as it gets.

Flight was good but there are way to many announcements for credit cards etc.

Overall good flight. The pilots were excellent. It was a nice flight, but the seats were a little uncomfortable.

The free snack options are pretty pitiful for a 2.40h flight.

Not worth the premium paid for the first class ticket

Fine. Though no food or entertainment so the survey needs to be updated with those options.

Food options were ok but the actual meal was terrible. On my way back, they simply said that there was no vegetarian option; somehow they struggled to get one meal and did not give me any breakfast at all which in my opinion was terrible. Never had such an experience in the recent years.

Extremely disappointing. My original Denver–Vancouver–Bangkok itinerary was cancelled due to a crewing issue. I was not proactively supported and had to drive back home after already reaching the airport. Communication was poor throughout, and attempts to contact customer service resulted in being on hold for nearly three hours without reaching anyone. Instead of being rebooked on the same direct routing the following day, I was rerouted onto a much longer itinerary via multiple cities and airlines, which resulted in arriving approximately 30 hours later than scheduled. At Denver airport, there was no visible Air Canada representative available to properly assist. Ground staff offered no real support beyond directing passengers to a phone number. There was no clear communication, no ownership, and no meaningful customer care during a major disruption. The final journey involved three flights instead of the original two, significantly increasing travel time and stress. Overall, the handling of the cancellation and lack of customer support was unacceptable. What could have been better? Clear communication during the cancellation Accessible customer service (phone support that actually answers) Proper in-person assistance at the airport Rebooking onto a comparable routing rather than a significantly longer one

It was delayed by almost 90 minutes and that messed up our plans but it was beyond UA’s control that is what we heard

Terrible experience. Flight was delayed then canceled. They had no clue how to rebook us. Had to wait in line to take to a gate agent for 2 hours. Absolutely terrible from start to finish.

We have already filed a formal complaint with Air Canada and are considering filing a complaint with the US Dept. of Transportation. Air Canada was impossible to reach in the two days leading up to our flight despite multiple calls and waits of more than one hour. Their website is designed to prevent reaching anyone and simply puts you into one doom loop after another. In the end, due to Air Canada's lack of communciation and unresponsiveness, we could not take this flight. Depending on how Air Canada responds to our complaint, we may never fly this airline again and advise the rest of the world to do the same.

I was in Business Class row 7 on a 787-9. Both times I didn't get my choice of food. Otherwise, excellent!

There was plenty of room. Didn’t feel like you were squished in your seat. Very comfortable.

It was great to check carryon luggage at no charge when there was no room for ours. A hidden benefit of having low-tier tickets. Also great to stay off plane as long as possible. Airline gave us seats we wanted on this last leg, again at no charge.

I didn’t get to go on my flight. I cracked a rib and tried to contact kayak Air Canada and United Airlines and everyone gave me the runaround. No one reached back out to me and I couldn’t go on my trip. I have used kayak in the past to book flights, but I will never do it again because that experience of trying to get a hold of someone to explain my situation was awful. Everyone gave me the runaround that I did speak to and no one was helpful and kayak was unreachable.

First time flying long haul on AC. No pajamas but the service was top notch and the seat/bed was very comfy. Would recommend and was much nicer than my last flight on Qantas.
