Boarded in, then boarded out. Told aircraft was not inspected then delayed by ~2 hours due to bolts loose in a wing plate despite brand new aircraft
Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation.

Food was somewhat disappointing. Ordered a gluten free meal which somehow turned into a vegetarian meal - that was disappointing.
Flight was late. Missed the connection even though it was the same airline. Offered no alternatives other than a flight for the following day.
Crew was great and took care of my carry-on as all the space near my seat was full, so she brought it back to the front and stowed it for me.
Seats were small, as typically horrible on flights these days. In-flight movies are normally free over a 5 hour flight, but that didnt seem to be the case, not a bad thing as overnight everyone slept, however my screen was unable to shut off so we had to cover it with a blanket to block the light.
The plane was older and seat room was pretty bad. Under the seats was more open though.
Boarded too early and left late. Long delay waiting for bus to terminal in DC
Didn't make the flight because the flight to London was cancelled.
This was the best in flight crew I’ve experienced in economy class. They were efficient, friendly & humorous! Keep up the great work! They made flying in not so comfortable seats bearable.
