Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Cons: "The temperature in the plane was too hot and made for a very uncomfortable flight. The individual air conditioner spewed out hot air. My kids and I took off as much clothing as possible and still remained hot. We were putting ice on our wrist to try to cool down! I sat with my hand against the window to capture some cool air. We were in Row 37. I am not sure if we were in a hot seat or if the other passengers experienced the same."

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair."

Families with babies, couples, even ours (though the kids are old enough for me not to be truly worried as some were). Somehow reservations seems to have messed up an entire flight. We gave up trying to fix it for fear they would make it worse. Then the woman at the gate tried to get folks to volunteer to give up their seats on an overbooked flight. But she was screaming at us. Unbelievably unpleasant to be yelled at over and over again and told we could lose our seats. The poor weather likely caused flights to be rerouted into PHL so our flight out to SFO ended up 1/3 empty. FABULOUS. But the gate experience was horrible and the legroom, had it been a full flight, was miserable. I'm in search of an airline with a humane approach."

It was very hard for me to fall asleep because of how cold I was. Comfort is one of the main things I expect in a 4 plus hour flight."

Cons: "Pleane departed two hours and thirty minutes after original schedule because of operational and equipment problems. Plane wasn't even in Philadelphia unti 6:00 pm. The guy at boarding (unlike the boarding in SFO) called way too many groupss individually, First Class, Diamond, Premium, Gold, Priority. This led to many people being refused boarding and told to wait. In SF they simply call first class and then all the rest or the Aadvantage members together before the land boarding. Much faster and more efficeint. Even though the flight was full there less than 12 people in the Diamond, Premium, whatever classes. And the guy taking the boarding passes was a jerk. He actuallly seemed to take pleasure in telling people they couldn't board. Might not ever fly AA again. At least never from Philadelfphia."

I asked for a blanket and was advised they didn't have any. I was so cold the entire flight that I still have a cold due to the flight. I froze the entire flight. I stuffed my arms in my shirt and let my hair down for warmth. Also, I learned my lesson. Pack my own blankie for comfort. I checked my carry on in Aruba due to overhead capacities. My bag had my sweatshirt and the blankie Delta bankie I acquired when I flew from SFO to ATL."

Cons: "We were delayed by a mechanical then we waited another hour after that until they finally decided to take some people off because we were weight restricted. Then we waited another hour while they changed their minds and brought us back to the gate to get the people back. Then when we got into SFO at 1 am we had to wait because they had another plane parked at out gate."

Pros: "Service was outstanding, stewardess was funny, plane was very clean. I will switch from Southwest! Good job!"

Cons: "It was very delayed which I understand happens but then we arrived in San Francisco and were delayed on the runway because of the gate. I think at this point moving us to an open gate would have been nice - we had been delayed for so long - my 8 year old daughter was really having a hard time. Instead we had to sit and wait for 20 more minutes once we were on the ground. This seems avoidable to me."

Cons: "Customer service was very poor. I had an aisle seat and one flight attendant kept hitting the back of my head and hitting my arm. At one point she rammed the beverage cart into my arm leaving a large bruise. Not once did she apologize or say excuse me. My arm was not into the aisle, part of it was just resting on the arm rest. Crew at the gate were unfriendly and surly. Walking off before answering questions when flights delayed leaving DSM for mechanical issues. My flight on the 4th was diverted due to weather and when did arrive in DFW, I checked at gate to see when I could fly out and was lied to and because of being lied to had to run through DFW uselessly. I will not be flying American again!"

Couldn't figure out wifi entertainment options from inflight magazine ( over 60) and staff too busy to assist ( though didn't ask - just could see they had their hands full with beverage service). Would recommend video instructions after preflight safety video for tech unsavvy travelers. Also reminder on reservation to bring your own headsets and electronic devices."

Pros: "I LOVED the staff on this flight. Especially the man, I didn't catch his name but he was the friendliest flight attendant I have ever met. He had a warm smile the whole flight and helped me get an ice pack for my back when I was in pain. Every time he got something for someone he was smiling and happy which made me and my husband smile and happy. He should be recognized because he made our experience very enjoyable. I have never been on a flight where the service was constant, all of the flight attendants walked up and down the aisles throughout the flight making sure everyone was doing good. Typically, they go down the aisle with the service carts once and thats it, but they made sure everyone was taken care of for the whole flight. Thank you for the great flying experience after a long and tiring trip!! We were dreading the flight but the staff was great."
Cons: "Waiting in the Charlotte Airport for the flight to board was a bit irritating because the two girls that were supposed to call the sections for the flight were on their phones and not very present with what was going on. We boarded late and i am not sure if this is because the flight itself was late or they were just slow with the process.. The only thing I would complain about the flight itself is that we had to wait on our plane for about an hour after we landed. This, I know- has nothing to do with AA and the service/staff. I think this is something that SFO is responsible for, and I felt bad that people were taking it out on the crew."

Cons: "The plane was a small plane and we had to disembark on the tarmac. There were two attendants with wheelchairs but they didn't have my name so I walked on. The flight attendant called to me and said to wait. One of the attendants came up with a wheelchair and said he would take me. Unfortunately, a steep ramp had to be used to get into the airport building. He asked another worker to help him and all the way up the ramp I had to listen to comments about "good thing they had eaten their Wheaties" and "they were getting a good workout." I know that I am not a small person, but these ongoing comments were rude and insulting. When we got into the gate the attendant told me that he didn't have my name on his list and had to call for permission to take me through the airport. I waited and he came back and said he couldn't take me, but if I could wait someone else could come for me. I had waited enough already and suffered their rude comments, so I said no thanks and walked slowly through the airport. This experience has left me with a bad feeling for the airline and its personnel. I believe their staff could use sensitivity training at the very least!"

Cons: "Our flights were all cancelled or delayed and they gave us nothing to apologize. We lost 2 whole days of vacation and the cost of our rooms. All of the customer service people were rude. One lady in particular was so rude I had to walk away from the desk. The movie on the plane skipped and was unwatchable. I hate this airline and would pay more to fly another one."

Cons: "The flight had no flight crew, so I had to fly out the following day, missing important client meetings and losing money. I paid extra to fly out on Sunday so I would be able to make my obligations, but didn't arrive until Tuesday night. No refund or voucher was offered, although I asked. It would be nice if they at least paid the difference between the flight I paid for and the cheaper flight I received."

Pros: "I love that you can fly direct to Pasco now. For years, one had to fly to Seattle and catch a puddle jumper. You're only in the air for about an hour and a half and Pasco has been slowly upgrading their airport. I love how easy it is to visit my family in the Tri-city area now."

Cons: "Won't let you check in in advance so they can give you a terrible seat for a 12 hour flight. They won't even let you check in from the point of departure if it's with one of their partners. They also will do everything in their power to not give award miles to pattern airline clubs. It doesn't matter if you give them your United number and even register your United number with the flight for United. They will apply it to the Lufthansa Club and pretend it was just in the state and never actually give you the miles no matter how many times you try. This is not from one experience with Lufthansa / Austrian. I've had this experience many times with every flight I take with these terrible Airlines. I would never fly lifthansa unless it's at least $200 cheaper than any of their competitors."

Really, because a sandwich is too expensive? - Entertainment needs to be purchased extra. Use your existing Directv subscription? Of course not. - Power socket underneath the seat - good idea. One that actually works? Oh wait."

Pros: "They let us know ahead of time so we could arrive later to the airport, and did not have to wait in the airport."
Cons: "- They were very strict about carry-on luggage size, and insisted even after the flight being 3 hours late. My carry-on fit into their overhead compartment just fine. - No food was offered during the 6 hours flight. - Chairs in coach are uncomfortable for long flights (same as some other airlines I've flown with). Feet or head rest could be nice additions that don't require much additional space per passenger."

Then I compared the tickets, both the time, but from Frontier Airlines was cheaper then I stayed with frontier and cancel the other reservation from Spirit Airlines the next day I see frontier airlines also cancelled that reservation and I had to rebook another ticket for 496$, the price went up, then I had to pay 187$ extra, IT WAS A FRAUD JOB FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES, I can prove everything above with the receipts and the dates on it, the worse experience I had"

Pros: "Arrived 40 minutes early so can't be too sad about that especially since a gate was available immediately. Jet bridge in SF was heated but in Denver where it was colder and he had to wait it was not. The check in lady clearly did not care about her job at all I'm Denver. Frontier is a budget airline which for this trip worked for me as I was able to pack everything in a "personal item" and don't mind sitting in the back of the plane, I got lucky and got asigned a window seat. No drinks offeed without a charge which I don't agree with but again you get what you pay for. And it's way better than Spirit."

Never was another flight to,Cleveland bumped so we could return home. And the stories of horror other passengers had last night...all about Frontier, one man previously had totally missed a cruise! This is not how to maintain nor run an airlines. I will not be giving Frintier another chance."

Cons: "No entertainment! But I expected that so that is okay. Unclear why the question. People next to me bought a snack but the one they wanted was out. They were disappointed. I did not like the fact that luggage is so expensive to check. I could not believe I had to pay for a seat once I had bought my ticket. I thought that was part of the price of the ticket. I can't fly standing up."

Cons: "Worst seats in any plane I have EVER been on (and I travel ALL the time). Those steel seats with 0 cushion have resulted in me having the worst back pain and being on bed rest for the past 3 days on severe pain medication with no signs of improvement. I will never fly Frontier again."

Pros: "I booked Frontier for the low price. But after going to a farther away airport and paying for bags and seats and drinks and sitting in an uncomfortable seat, I am not so sure it was a great deal. I am happy that I did pay less than other airlines even with the cost of checking a bag (less cost than carrying one one) and for the seat. Because it is more costly to carry on a bag, hardly anyone did leaving lots of room in the overhead compartments and speeding up boarding and deplaning considerably. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced and lower cost than in the airport. Only snacks like chips and beef jerky are available so if you want food, bring your own. Flight attendants were friendly. My bag arrived on the same flight that I did and it was in good condition. We were reasonably close to on time."
Cons: "Seats are short front to back and don't recline. There was barely enough room between seats to force by backpack down to the floor and almost no room on the floor to hold it leaving me with no where to put my feet except on top of it. My legs are long and about 1/2 of my leg was not supported by the seat. This was manageable for a short flight but I would certainly not book a long flight with these seats. We spent considerable time on the tarmac waiting at both ends. I am not clear on the delay at the beginning of each flight. The delay at the end was related to Frontier only having 1 gate at each airport so we had to wait until it was free. Yes, we landed 20 minutes ahead of time, but we got into the gate 20 minutes late - meaning sitting on the tarmac for 40 minutes. Bags were slow to come up. Probably because everyone checked them so there were many."

Cons: "This airline comes up with every idea possible to charge the costomer. I give the airline a star for being sneaky and sly and having rules and policies to rip off passengers. Because it is brilliant that they con you without breaking any laws."

Cons: "Delayed again. This time by 2.5+ hours. They nickel and dime you for everything. - charges to check a bag, for carry-on baggage, to get a seat assignment, for a soft drink....I will not fly Frontier again if I can help it."

Pros: "Frontier claims to be the cheapest, but they add additional fees to bring a carry on item (it ends up being cheaper to check your bag) and to select your seat when checking in."

Cons: "First of all, they charged me to check into my flight. My $131 ticket turned into $183 and I hadn't even checked in for the way back. Not only did I have to pay for a seat at check in, but I had to pay $40 to brin a carry on!!!! So what the heck did my ticket pay for?!?! Once I choked down the extra $53, I went to the gate and the flight was cancelled. The gate attendant offered a refund or to put me on a flight the next day. He wouldn't look at other airlines for me. The only nice thing they did was make the refund process easy on the phone, since I had to leave the terminal to find another ticket counter to help me. I will not be flying frontier. Ever."

They even charge for soda. Ripoff. Will never fly this airline again. Buyer Beware. There is no way to know about the hidden fees before buying your ticket unless you want to spend an hour or more combing through the multiple pages of fine print."

Communication was so bad that we could not leave the airport or even the gate because it seemed like we could be leaving at any moment. It got delayed, and delayed and delayed until all the other flights to SFO had left and there was no other option but to pray we got home. Frontier handled the whole situation extremely poorly. I was exhausted and beside myself with frustration. I will never fly Frontier again."

No friendliness other then when we landed thanking us for flying Frontier. Gate Agents said in response to me running to the gate 30 mins prior to the original scheduled departure (because the monitors were saying final boarding) when the flight was delayed an hour...."well at least this way everyone will be here for when we do leave/ Really? That makes it a good idea to have passengers running to the a gate just to wait another hour. I was in row 4...seats in front of me reclined and our row did not...fortunately I was not affected by the person beside me in the middle seat was...poor design to have people in row 4 have already tight space reduced significantly due to person in front reclining the seat."

Cons: "While booking I was unaware frontier airlines charged for carry on luggage and didn't participate in TSA pre check. In addition to paying $45 more for the ticket than advertised and having to use normal security, the plane was so cramped the guy behind me hit me in the head. Finally there was a persistent foul smell in the plane. It was a rough 4hrs 30 min. I would recommend spending more and flying southwest or United."

Cons: "They didn't let us board despite us checking in before doors closed. They sent us away to find another flight vs helping us find one. Poor customer service. Then they made us feel guilty looking for us at the security check for holding up the plane, when they sent us away in the first place!! Miscommunication among their crew. We had already bought another fare since try refused to let us board. We got there 30 minutes before departure and they didn't let us board! Even if they saw we had 3 kids with us!! Will never fly with them again anyway, they charge you for everything!"

Pros: "I guess the crew was polite. They seemed like hard working people who were there to do their job."
Cons: "The tray table was too small for a standard-sized laptop (around 4-5 inches long), there's no complimentary food/beverage whatsoever, you pay extra for bags, extra to choose a seat (which resulted in me sitting in the middle seat in the very last row). It's just a cheaper, lazier experience than even spirit airlines, and that's saying something."
