Cons: "I travelled from usa to canada on 7 nov and after 2 hours waiting in airport they informed us that due to some issue Delta can not deliver our bagagges also one of Delta airport's staff behaved very badly (his name was Manny) , helpless and rude.I missed an important dinner meeting because of not having any suitable dress. I have many friends and family who lives in canada and usa but by facing this bad behaviour and problems never ever recomnd your airline to any of them."

Their only solution given to me was to fly to Denver the next day for a layover and fly out to my final destination the next day after that. I was encouraged to find another airline too."

I'm bored because we landed in Austin 30 minutes ago and I'M STILL INSIDE THE PLANE!!"

This is my second Frontier experience and both times I was not able to pay for my bags online with my credit card, therefore I was forced to pay higher prices than necessary. Can't believe you charged me $45 for a carry-on - preposterous!!! Also - I was not able to check in at the kiosk when I got to the airport.... I tried to different kiosks and neither would take my credit card so I had to wait in the long line to talk to ticketing agent . Poor experience all around - will not recommend or use front tier in the future."
