I have many friends and family who lives in canada and usa but by facing this bad behaviour and problems never ever recomnd your airline to any of them."

Unable to deplane down them with both purse and small carryon. Someone always has to help me carry my carryon plus theirs as there is no provision for help from the airline. American seems to be only airline to do this, I will have to reconsider flying with you in the future."

Because of this, I pulled my shoes out and put them in a collapsible bag that fit under the seat in front of me along with my small personal bag as I had done on my previous flight. However, the gate agent would not allow me to board the plane and would not listen to my explainations at all as I tried to keep the boarding process moving along. She kept repeating "you have 3 bags" and made me steep out of line and check my carry-on (which I would then have to pick up at baggage claim). When I asked why I couldn't get out on the jetway like she had done for other passengers she said, " I only did that for airline employees" (quick happened to be a flight attendant from Spirit). My overall experience on both flights to and from Detroit was that the gate agents and flight attendants were the most unhelpful and rude airline employees I have delt with and I will stick to my preferred carrier, Delta, for my future flights back and forth to Detroit. They certainly make me feel like a valued customer when I fly them, which I did not feel with American."

Cons: "United Express flies out of Terminal A at Newark (EWR) and routinely they do not have Precheck lanes open. Despite flying on the Saturday after Thanksgiving they only had one mixed security line open. When I asked TSA they said they simply weren't staffed to have a Precheck line open. Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags."

Miss work , miss appointments , etc . Pharmacy about to shortdown because of this poor notifications . Could have gotten an American Airlines direct flight to Dallas in the morning and minimize the situation"

Of course it was all "weather" related, so no help from the airlines. I'm not a satisfied customer. I would have flown Delta if it was possible."

The other passenger said he had a family obligation and the rep handed him the last ticket before I could get a word out. Cons: "I arrived at my final destination and walked to baggage claim. I was just standing there waiting when a young girl walked by me in a uniform and said rudely and almost annoyed, "do you have a question". I replied that I was waiting on my bag. She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. I paid $25 to check my bag and yet it was lost. What did I pay for?! If I can help it, I will NEVER fly United again and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know about my experience with this airline."

From DTW to PHX still didn't get a confirmation email 24 hrs in advance again with any policys or check in. Arrived "on time" but wouldn't let us and other paying customers through to our gate...wanted to make me pay additionally for our return flight the NEXT day when we both had to miss work. Was very disappointed with customer service and the way thinga were handled from the beginning. Frontier has really declined as of recent. Supposed to be going on a trip in October and initially was going to use frontier but not sure I will be any longer. Wouldn't recommend to anyone after that."

Cons: "Starting with boarding- what happened to loading the back of the plane first? That was much more efficient! That way the people in the back don't have to wait for row 8 to get settled before the rest of the plane can proceed with boarding. Once you get to your seat, it's so uncomfortable! They're molded in such a way your head always leans forward, they don't recline, there's very little leg room or side room. Arm rests are half the size of the usual, and tray tables are also half the size! If you're on the plane for an hour flight, it's do-able, but any longer than that, you'll be miserable. For the record, I'm tall and thin, and I felt squished sideways."

Pros: "Flight attendants were kind and informative, there was still some leg room even though they obviously squeeze seats in. After the delay, they were quick to reschedule any missed connecting flights."
Cons: "We waited a half hour after boarding time to board, and then waited on the plane for an hour before beginning takeoff. Nothing available to eat or drink besides water or for purchase (I realize this is budget, but this always turns me off). Seats don't recline."

Cons: "My suitcase was broken into things are missing and frontier operator didn't seem to care said I wasn't missing enough to warrant a claim"

Cons: "When I booked the flight I was not given any information about paying for baggage ahead of time. Much to my surprise when we checked in we found out that carry on baggage was not free, and that we would have to pay to check bags. The plane itself felt especially cramped, crowded and flimsy."

Pros: "The airline was prompt and actually ahead of schedule fly both departure and arrival on both trips. The plane was clean comfortable and all around fantastic for being a little older. The pilot was amazing, very conscious of movements and incredible landing skills."
