The flight attendant and first class were very friendly, efficient, and wanted to make sure that service was great. Highly recommend this airline.

Comfortable seats, good drinks with lots of water refills, staff was kind and understanding of my disabled mother!

The crew seem untrained and uncertain no one ever checked up on us in our first class cabin. I had to ask for water four times and the lady kept saying she was busy when they weren't really doing anything. Had to walk to the back of the plane to get water for myself. Crew seem new and unexperience. You can tell this by the fumbling they kept making trying to fight. (I miss Hawaiian air.)

The WiFi worked for entertainment but a nearly 4 hour flight should have personal tvs

The ladies at the ticket counter (at least I think they were ladies) gave me bad information about the closing of the gates at thirty minutes before schedule takeoff and, therefore, I had only ten minutes to get through Checkpoint Charlie and to the gate in order to make the flight. I got there a minute or two after that thirty-minute window but was able to board easily. I noticed that many boarded much later than I did. So that closing the gates thirty minutes before takeoff was not true. The service was superb on the plane. The flight attendants were as nice as can be. The flight was very comfortable.

1st flight I missed because security crew wasn't there yet to process us because of ice in Portland. Yesterday’s flight was cancelled by Alaska 2 days before due to inspections and then Alaska booked me on another flight 2 days later with no other options available to me.

First time flying Alaska. We were able to fly standby on an earlier connecting flight from Seattle to Spokane, which was nice so that we can get to our hotel an hour earlier. Gate agent was very accommodating. Will fly again.

All of the employees of Alaskan air are very friendly and personable. It was a great flight!

It was clean and well maintained plane. Service was great. I could not connect to internet.

The crew was very kind and made going to Hawaii relaxing and fun to look forward to! Thank you Southwest for a pleasant flight!

Southwest's seats are the least comfortable I have ever sat in.

I liked the crew member who gave flight instructions on "in case of a problem:. The seats are so small that only a young teenager could sit in middle seat.

I recently flew Southwest from San Jose to Honolulu. I was very impressed with the flight crew, especially the flight attendant in charge of the front of the plane. She came through the aisle at least five times for drinks and water, and two times for snacks. I have not seen such service since I flew first class. Also, for the first time, they gave us the correct baggage claim number, and the luggage came out quickly. I can't wait for Southwest to have assigned seating! I absolutely hate the Cattle Call boarding procedure and the mad dash to get seats and overhead bins. However, the boarding was efficient.

Much better than the.last. flight on SW on Thanksgiving day

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. There was a rude stewardess.

Southwest is a discount airline. I get it. You take the (usually) good pricing with the bad (cramped). But Southwest is becoming more and more like the cut-rate airlines *cough* Spirit *cough*. It used to actually be a fun experience. e.g. paying for WiFi is bad enough - having to pay for it on each leg of a flight is ridiculous. Yes, I've seen your numbers that it only "impacts a small percentage", but you and I both know that is misleading at best. While I used to try to fly SW exclusively when flying domestically, now I'll look elsewhere very frequently and price being equal (or close) I'm going to the other carriers.

Boarding was well explained and smooth. The flight was short, so there was no time for snacks. They did offer water or juice, though.

The flight was very short, 45 mins, therefore no snacks/drinks were provided; there should be a NA option for food and entertainment survey questions. Also, there were no charging ports onboard for cell phones. My experience was overall positive.

Price was right. Add power to the seats, television, larger plane to accommodate a long flight to improve mental health and overall comfort for a 5 hour flight.

Should never have had to go to Detroit from Orlando back to Tennessee!

Free & relatively fast Wi-Fi. Would've liked a wider drink selection.

Smooth flight. Left on time, and got in 15 minutes early. Onboard video was great

Everything went smoothly, although the usual gripes about airline travel were still present: the boarding process is inefficient, the snack selection is limited, and so on. Since there was extra space on the flight, the gate agent rearranged many people's seats to put people on the aisles and windows, leaving the middle seats empty, as much as possible, which was pretty great.

Miserable. This entire round trip was miserable. I booked evening flights to and from Detroit on consecutive days that should have had me at my destination by 10:30. Instead I arrived after 3am on my flight to Detroit and after midnight on my return. Multiple unforced errors like awaiting bags to get put on the plane for almost an hour in Detroit and a 20 minute delay to pull up to the gate in Atlanta has me rethinking my assumption that delta is the best and most reliable airline

2+hrs delay without any reason provided and a cramped flight

Flight was delayed and no reasons provided. After the passengers were boarded, the crew made announcement that the captain has jot arrived and he would take another 15 mins. All passengers patiently sat until the captain came and started. Terrible experience!

Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors

Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.

DTW line is too long. The flights from DTW to BWI are always delayed for unknown reasons.

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

This flight is a quick way to get to Chicago, but a bit expensive.

Overall a good experience, but no wifi available for free or for purchase and we got wet from condensation or other water source during descent.

I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Dimpti. She was stellar, also a mature Asian flight attendant, lots of flowers in her hair, just as amazing! But literally the crew was AWESOME . Only downside is there weren’t any charging outlets. Maybe I needed to ask a flight attendant , but it would’ve been nice to have one easily accessible.

Older aircraft, no meal, only food was for purchase. Not impressed United.

Stuck on tarmac for two hours plus a 5.5 hour flight. Rude flight attendant. And no meals, not even for purchase!

I learned that seating towards the end of plane that a line forms for the restroom and people use your chair as a hand railing, bumping your seat consistently. I was seated in the aisle. I think that next time if I am towards the back row I would want to sit in the middle or window seat.

Boarding seemed to be organized bedlam. For what ever reason, preboarding took longer than 20 minutes. Made the plane 20 minutes late taking off. Luckily we arrived on time. Flight crew seemed very friendly. Only slight turbulence.

The personnel were professional and friendly. The Boeing 737 Max 9 is too claustrophobic and was very warm at both airport gates, and still warm in the air.

Staff friendly and app worked really well. Modest delays were frustrating

The passenger in front of of me reclined their seat back all the way the entire flight. Their headrest was in my face the entire flight! I barely had room for the little plastic cup of water to fit on my tray table; can you make the seats and space between the rows any smaller??? You can’t even get up to use the restroom! Worst flight I’ve had in a very long time!

Flight pulled out on time but sat on runway for 30 mins. It was extremely cold in the aircraft despite wearing a winter coat. Surprisingly they had a vegetarian meal but could have some better snack choices for a 8 hour flight.

I was on a small regional flight from Detroit to Philadelphia. When we landed the outside cruise needed to turn something off with the engine, which took quite a long time. Then, when they allowed us to get off the plane it was outside. They took their time, unloading all the luggage and waited till they unloaded all the luggage before they brought it over to us. It was 9 o’clock at night freezing cold out, and there was no proactive hustle to try to get people their luggage. It was really one of the worst experiences I think I’ve ever had with American until a manager came over. I don’t think they were going to even consider pulling the luggage over to the people that had been waiting outside for at least 10 minutes in the freezing cold.

For a 5 1/2 hour flite i considered the "business class" to be subpar. The seats were just ok, no amenities, really nothing more than a long domestic flight. Frankly disappointed.

It was a good trip. Flight Attendants were friendly and responsive.

The trip was very smooth and they provided great customer service

It was on time, which is always a good thing. There wasn’t any food hence my okay rating.

It was a crazy day with a lot of delays and gate changes. Not a huge fan of the Charlotte hub at all.

We have been delayed and postponed 2days and nights…and still do not have our flight until tomorrow..

American Airlines is awful!! Will never fly with them again. Connection flight left early leaving 22 people in Charlotte with no way to get to Key West for 24 hours. Would not provide hotel or any other accommodations. Bags were delayed two days.
