Was revoked with Jet Blue due to delay from Kenya Air

The Boarding process was great. Particularly since my wife and I require assistance. The flight attendants were amazing. We travel frequently; they honestly were a cut above. 😀

Enjoyed it very much. Especially liked the free WiFi that Delta offers.

Smooth flight. Left on time, and got in 15 minutes early. Onboard video was great

Everything went smoothly, although the usual gripes about airline travel were still present: the boarding process is inefficient, the snack selection is limited, and so on. Since there was extra space on the flight, the gate agent rearranged many people's seats to put people on the aisles and windows, leaving the middle seats empty, as much as possible, which was pretty great.

Boarding was good. The flight was on time ( arrival was 20 minutes early). Inflight service was average ( US airlines have not mastered the skills of customer service yet). The food was mediocre. “ breakfast “ was downright awful and insulting. It was a piece of dough with mon descript filling that was supposed to be cheese omelette).

Miserable. This entire round trip was miserable. I booked evening flights to and from Detroit on consecutive days that should have had me at my destination by 10:30. Instead I arrived after 3am on my flight to Detroit and after midnight on my return. Multiple unforced errors like awaiting bags to get put on the plane for almost an hour in Detroit and a 20 minute delay to pull up to the gate in Atlanta has me rethinking my assumption that delta is the best and most reliable airline

The flight was flying with 30% capacity. The flight my seat from preferred seating to back of the seat. Even though i can understand that this was to balance the flight weight. The flight attendance decided to do the serving near my seat and in the middle , their noices woke me up from sleep , when i realized that the service has ended and when they were going back asked for a coffee, for which they answered they have completed teh service in my location. That really upset me as they woke me up and also rejected the coffee i asked. I ended up landing with a headache, thanks to the crew that screwed up my travel

2+hrs delay without any reason provided and a cramped flight

Westjet never disappoint always terrible small plane ,crowded cheap snack if you can call it snack

Westjet was late and we missed our connecting flight with Cathay. Had to wait 8 hours. Westjet only allows 1 checked in baggage for international flights- it’s always been 2. Canada allows only 1 sandwhich bag size full off small liquids. Everything else will be tossed. Awful trip. Will never fly west jet or go to Toronto to connect flights!

I didn’t have any food but my Prosecco hit the spot. We left on time and the crew was friendly.

I thought the coffee was excellent! The wait for the luggage was acceptable.. It left and arrived on time. My son found that his device worked very well and he really enjoyed his flight! The stewardess moved him up to the emergency exit and he very much appreciated that!

I wasn’t able to book or pay for a seat and they forgot to check me in for my third flight so I spent 24 hours in Toronto waiting for another one.

Everything was good except for flight delay, but it was because of the snow storm in the arrival airport.

The flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. The alternate flight was a day later going from Grenada to Toronto to Vancouver to Calgary to Montreal. 2 days in the air. Not serious, Very bad service

I like the wider seats, Plus lots of legroom, Lacking entertainment, no tv or screen to play with

Liked in-flight wifi Did not like - nothing to complain, really. All good

The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.

The flight was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, we did not know we were flying PAL until we arrived in Canada, so it was a bit disconcerting. In addition, which port we were leaving from was confusing.

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

It was a problem because there was a delay where we sat before taking off from newark, then when landed in Toronto we sat on tarmac and they wouldn't let us out for a long period of time. When we finally were released to the airport in Toronto the attendant scanned our boarding pass that we were here for our connection to Brazil. We ran all the way to the gate and they said at the gate the door is shut so we can not let you on the plane. We explained that we were checked in by the attendant when we arrived at Toronto airport to go to Brazil and they should not have shut the door. We were ignored at the gate

Flight home was delayed multiple times, did not get home until 2am

the check-in lady at ORD was extremely rude and unprofessional. very disappointed as it was supposed to be a celebration for my wife's birthday and it really put a damper on things. if i wanted to be treated like trash, i would have flown Economy! (as opposed to business class)
