Pros: "The pilot was very friendly and understanding over the intercom."
Cons: "As usual with PHL, lots of delays and issues. Had to switch planes after delayed boarding for a SECOND maintenance issue. After arriving at AVP, I noticed that both my valeted carry-on and my checked-in suitcase were drenched. My bags were clearly mishandled, and all of my clothing and devices are now wet. Beyond disappointed."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Many things Food Services Entertainment"

Pros: "All good"
Pros: "The seats were comfortable, the entertainment selections in the screen on the seat back were great, loved that there was more than one outlet for plugging in devices to charge, the sunset/sunrise lighting effect was really near"
Cons: "I honestly cannot come up with something that I did not lie"
Cons: "The boarding passes I printed out at home could not be scanned at the airport. This also happened last time I flew. There are words printed thru the optical."
Cons: "Airbus seems to have completely minimalized all legroom for persons over 6 feet."
Pros: "Friendly, efficient"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The Flight was inconveniently delayed and all they offered us were some cheap snacks and soda. I was completely annoyed by the whole situation."
Pros: "The mobile updates were helpful and timely."
Cons: "The overhead space was smaller on this plane and as I learned on my trip to DTW my weekender carry-on would not fit with my shoes in it. Because of this, I pulled my shoes out and put them in a collapsible bag that fit under the seat in front of me along with my small personal bag as I had done on my previous flight. However, the gate agent would not allow me to board the plane and would not listen to my explainations at all as I tried to keep the boarding process moving along. She kept repeating "you have 3 bags" and made me steep out of line and check my carry-on (which I would then have to pick up at baggage claim). When I asked why I couldn't get out on the jetway like she had done for other passengers she said, " I only did that for airline employees" (quick happened to be a flight attendant from Spirit). My overall experience on both flights to and from Detroit was that the gate agents and flight attendants were the most unhelpful and rude airline employees I have delt with and I will stick to my preferred carrier, Delta, for my future flights back and forth to Detroit. They certainly make me feel like a valued customer when I fly them, which I did not feel with American."
Pros: "Boarding"
Cons: "Wait for Baggage and 20+ mins getting to gate after we landed"
Pros: "Sears are comfortable and the entertainment is great as well."
Cons: "Not much to dislike."
Pros: "Comfort"
Cons: "Nothing at all"
Pros: ". ."
Pros: "Flight was quick- onboard entertainment (streaming videos to your device) was cool...but the back of the plane is pretty bumpy and there was a lot of turbulance."
Pros: "Everything was on time"
Cons: "Not enough room between seats"
Pros: "The least service I have seen among all the airlines I have traveled so far"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "They lost my luggage and that was horrible but they delivered it to my hotel which was nice."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable, the plane was clean, and all flights left and landed as scheduled. Actually, they landed and unloaded is early! Would recommend if you don't mind paying extra $25 to check a bag."
Cons: "That no checked bags are included in the flight costs. They didn't hide this or surprise me, but just a dislike."
Pros: "The plane was clean, a/c worked well. Stewardesses offered food and drinks several times. Pilot repeatedly came over the intercom with updates on the flight."
Cons: "There was an annoying rattling noize coming from above my seat near the roof and wall."
Pros: "Loved that he was upfront with all of us that it would be a bumpy flight after about 20 minutes, which he was correct and very accurate."
Cons: "I thought his delivery sounded a little more "worrisome" than it needed to be. I thought that he could have expressed the same sentiment, while sounding more confident in his ability and more soothing for folks like me who despise turbulence:)"
Pros: "It was successful."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "n/a"
Cons: "n/a"
Pros: "The flight overall. Also, it landed early."
Cons: "In Charlotte, they had to deplane on the tarmac and my daughter had a crutch, so she had to sit on the steps to go down them."
Pros: "Timelines"
Cons: "Turbulence, not there fault"
Cons: "Chaotic boarding Multiple delays Unfriendly ground staff"
Cons: "They changed my flight schedule. God my refund, but missed my business trip"
Cons: "Flight was canceled with no option to leave until the next day"
Cons: "Flight was changed without notice did NOT go to Charlotte instead flew Detroit to Dallas! To Tampa- a little out of the way. After we were checked in and ready to board I then got a call to notify me the flight was changed. Boarding was awful made me check small carry on when there was several open over-head compartments and several others were walking in with two + carry ons. How do you explain that? I will NEVER fly American Airlines again. The airplane from Dallas to Tampa was ancient, a little scary to even think it was still in the air. The air conditioning was minimal I could hear other passengers complaining it was extremely uncomfortable."
Cons: "Little planes need an interior restoration to make them look better."
Pros: "The flight crew was friendly and smiling."
Cons: "The seat in economy was incredibly uncomfortable. Seat had a slight forward incline which made a finding a relaxing position impossible."
Pros: "The flight attendants were nice enough and the snacks/beverages were average/as expected."
Cons: "This flight was delayed for more than 2.5 hours and the communication was poor. The gate agents weren’t helpful. The airport didn’t have enough outlets. Or chairs. My flight out to this location was also delayed by over three hours. At least they tried to make us feel better by telling us what was going on. The staff at the airport were rude and unhelpful and United airlines is unreliable."
Pros: "Yes"
Pros: "Seat good, boarding good"
Cons: "It was terribly cold, was not even offered snacks, the one steward was chomping on his gum very unprofessional on checking in"
Pros: "Crew were friendly. The entertainment system they have was excellent. Plus gave out free ear buds, cheap ones I’m sure but still free."
Cons: "The leg room on this flight was very tight. I’m a short person and it was still very tight and uncomfortable."
Cons: "It took 45 minutes for the luggage to arrive at the carousel, and they sent it to the wrong carousel. Not sure if it was at the other one the whole time, or just took that long."
Pros: "The hotel price did not include taxes breakfast"
Pros: "Nice flight. Easy check-in and boarding, friendly staff"
Cons: "Delayed for no reason"
Cons: "We flew dtw to Frankfort we"
Cons: "We were delayed in Detroit due to deicing the plane. We landed in Houston late. They let us and a few other couples off the plane first so we could make our connection. We sprinted off the plane and arrived to the gate two minutes after they closed the door; plane was still there and they would not let us on. United knew we were coming and they closed the door anyway. The next flight out to Liberia, Costa Rica wasn’t for two more days. They ended up rebooking us on a flight to Panama which had a connection to San Jose, Costa Rica. Much farther of a drive from that airport. Very disappointed in how United handled this situation, we were told if it was a bigger group they would have held the plane for us. I will never fly United again but I know it has nothing to do with Kayak. Kayak has always been great and is my go to for booking plane tickets."
Pros: "I was connecting from another flight. The plane left on time, and arrived earlier than planned. I've had much worse experiences on domestic flights, and I was expecting delays."
Cons: "I was assigned a seat in the last row on the plane. during the flight two stewardesses sat in the area behind me. they were VERY LOUD during all the flight. So loud that I couldn't read the book I brought along. This was the leg from DTW to DEN."
Cons: "I had to cancel my trip due to family illness. And I guess that is not acceptable to United Airlines for a refund or reschedule without a fee that I could actually buy a new ticket for the cost of their fee. So I am losing out $578.00 Not happy."
Pros: "The flight was fine. Nothing that should have been positive stands out as missing."
Cons: "The first class flight attendant (male) was the worst. No interest in being on the plane, didn't bother to speak clearlybon the announcements. United should pull this person off of flight duty and deal with this person. The second is a terrible parent who let their kid cry the whole flight and afterwards in the jet way. This wasn't an infant had to be 4-5 years old and there was no parenting at all. The kid was old enough to be talked to. If you're kids can't handle flying, you don't get to fly."
Pros: "Flight was quicker than expected. The flight attendants were very nice!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 30 minutes due to air control in Newark."
Pros: "It was a smooth, comfortable flight."
Cons: "The aircraft was late and caused a lot of stress and missed layovers. One of the crew members had a bad attitude when I offered to let my bags continue on the flight without me (I originally opted to deplane and stay in Detroit). I was only trying to be helpful and got my head bit off... I get It. It was a stressful situation, but the crew doesn’t need to add insult to injury. They’re getting paid hourly whether flights are on time or not. It’s the passengers who have a right to be anxious."
Pros: "I think was a zero-drama, one-hour flight from DTW to IAD. Can't ask for anything better than that (seriously)."
Pros: "Comfy seats and a smooth ride."
Cons: "Waited to taxi for almost an hour."
Pros: "Better than driving to Chicago. But if you want to get there, best be early!"
Cons: "DTW is a busy airport on a Saturday morning. Even with TSA Pre-check it took an hour to get through security ... but keep us safe!"
Cons: "Cancel my flight I had to buy my own hotel room"
Pros: "Crew was very nice."
Cons: "That you had to pay for your entertainment--after all the fees and extra charges you pay when you buy the ticket, you would think the entertainment/TV would be free, or at least just the flight map."
Cons: "We were supposed to leave but had to wait on the runway. And I was a little cold , and the air was stale. Other than that it was great."
Cons: "Confusing carryon regulations. Said “no carryons” so I repacked & when arrived at gate EVERYONE had full sized carryons...!"
Pros: "Great trip only 1 stop no layover"
Cons: "Comfort of seats loading and unloading plane"
Pros: "Good"
Cons: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight delayed only received a text about a rescheduled initial flight not my connecting flight waited in line for 2 hours only to find out I did have a connecting flight"
Pros: "The touch down was smooth."
Cons: "Revise your website to state accurately of the luggage allowance. I watched the people in distress because their carry on was a little too bulky."
Pros: "On time, comfortable but crowded"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Almost didn't get a seat."
Pros: "That small propeller plane was an exciting experience!"
Pros: "That I was able to get out of the ide seat"
Cons: "Because my flight was delayed I got re-routed so I no longer was. In preimier section and had to leave even later, and I was placed in a middle seat."
Pros: "It's annoying that you pay for seat upgrades and they stick ya in group5 boarding. It's just reminds people that they want to charge you for every little thing they can these days!"
Cons: "Good flight"
Pros: "Everything was smooth from boarding to deplaning. On-time departures and arrivals."
Cons: "Wish seats reclined and electrical outlets present for charging."
Pros: "Efficient, professional and speedy service"
Cons: "It was so late it left me in the lurch and ruined my week"
Pros: "The flight was on time"
Cons: "The drink service was late and the seats were small"
Cons: "Fight was delayed and I wasn't notified. I Didn't receive a seat assignment till I got to the gate."
Cons: "We were delayed with no real updates why"
Pros: "On time departure and arrival"
Cons: "Twin prop was a bit bumpy would have preferred jet service. I will make sure to inquire the next time"
Pros: "The staff were excellent ! Great attitudes, great personalities, very informative staff and pilot!!"
Cons: "Both flights were delayed!"
Pros: "Relaxing"
Cons: "Seats are a bit cramped"
Pros: "Nothing special, just a short flight."
Cons: "Old plain with very uncomfortable seats, even for a cheap 30min flight they could do something to keep the seats from hurting.Terrible flight boarding process at Newark! They had everyone get on buses and we're shuttled over to their airplane. To make matters worse they boarded like 3 flights at a time at the same gate. Clearly they have had issues with people getting on the wrong plane with this process, because they asked us about 4 times if everyone here was going to this destination."
Pros: "Ontime"
Cons: "At least one check-in baggage should be free for the price."
Cons: "No cash food and beverage"
Pros: "On point"
Cons: "Everything on point"
Pros: "The boarding process went quickly and seats weren't too bad. Flight was pretty painless overall"
Cons: "Overhead bins were full so I had to put my carry on under the seat in front of me meaning less leg room. There was no entertainment."
