I booked a full fair, business class ticket for international flight, and I can tell you, Jet Blue had no business in this itinerary!!!! I completely understand the value of Jet Blue as a cost conscious airline, but on the flights I was on, they only had ONE CLASS OF TICKET! They may tell you differently, but after being on international flights for over 10 hours, I was stuck in a middle seat! And it took me a lot of talking to even get them to admit i deserved anything other than the last row in the plane."

Just today when returning my suitcase did not arrive they sent it to another destination. I think the company gives very bad service."

Cons: "We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."

No charging outlets in the terminal or on the plane. Plane had no food to offer for purchase. Expected better from Delta."

Cons: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear."

Pros: "I am 6'6" 300 pounds ... So I regularly book first class for trips over 2 hours in length ... Delta remains my #1 choice for both value and overall experience in first class. The difference between Delta and all other domestic carriers is just overwhelming. United and American/US Air could learn a lot from Delta. I could have flown this trip direct on United, but chose to fly through Atlanta on Delta for less money and a better experience from the baggage check to the gate to the in-flight experience."

While I understand there are some delays sometimes, this was the ONLY flight to Greensboro out of DCA, and the times kept changing throughout the day, even though the gate agents knew that the issue was that the crew was delayed. There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

This wouldn't be so bad if they were able to handle it in an orderly way, but the airport showed complete incompetence in organizing anything and there were people everywhere trying to find the right door which kept changing on them, and the times kept changing...it was a mess. Then, when we finally got on the plane and were about to take off, the air traffic control tower called and said that their flight path was incorrect and to not take off...but didn't give them a new flight path for nearly two hours as we sat on the runway. Nationalize the airports in DC, fire the whole lot and start fresh, I'd say."

Pros: "One of us had the last seat on the plane even though they were reserved almost a month ago. However we had signed up for basic economy so that was not a shock. What was a shock was that water was dripping from the top side track onto his lap and he had to use the provided brochures to redirect the dripping water. The steward said it was condensation and that was it. Also, since it was next to bathroom, the smell wasn't great and the small child screaming while waiting to get into the bathroom wasn't pleasant."

Cons: "We were forced to deplane in DC and instructed to go to the United customer service counter to arrange our missed connections in Frankfurt. After standing in line at the United counter for 2 hours, we were told to go to our gate to re-board our plane. we wasted all that time standing and all but 2 agents had left the counter to take a break. it was EXTREMELY STRESSFUL not knowing what would happen to our missed connections. when we reboarded WE still did not have connecting flights.Also, on the United flight to Frankfurt, I had a premium economy seat and it was HORRIFIC. the extra leg room did NOT make the seat more comfortable and I SUFFERED greatly because I am recovering from an injury. Upon arrival in Frankfurt, after a great deal of begging, I got a hotel room for the night and upgrad to economy premium for the flight from Frankfurt to Addis. that Lufthana flight was better because my seat reclined somewhat but still I had a great deal of pain throughout the flight and I would have preferred to have been upgraded to business so that I could lay flat to ease my physical pain. Overall, the experience was extremely STRESSFUL and painful and the only way, I feel that Lufthana can repair this situation is to give me a free upgrade to business on my flight home.to Miami"

The flight attendant said she'd try to reset the monitor and then never came back the rest of the flight. I also was not compensated for agreeing to take another flight than the one I booked, paid for and successfully checked in for. I also got into Austin later than I wanted with this new flight I was forced to take. Overall this experience was a terrible one unfortunately."

Cons: "My 3rd old was very hungry and I reached out to cabin staff for any kind of food for purchase, they turned me down saying I need to wait for another hour till the dinner time. Did not provide any help there. My baggage did not reach with me and they promised to deliver it with in next 6 hours and it turned out that they took more than 18 hours to deliver my baggage to my home. My entire day got wasted waiting for this baggage to reach me. Poor communication made me wait and watch the door every hour. I tried to reach and get some information on when that baggage would reach me but no body knows."

Cons: "First off, it's ridiculous that after buying a ticket aboard Frontier online, nothing was mentioned before hand about purchasing a seat!!!! - really, what was the ticket supposed to cover. Then, large charges for a small carry-on and also a checked bag that I did online. Then worse, aboard the plane, I discovered that all cokes, etc. and peanuts, etc. had to be purchased. You talk about cheap and greedy. The flight back from Denver was even worse as it was running almost an hour and a half behind, then they switched gates, and after finally boarding at the other gate, we sat at the boarding gate for over an hour, with very little contact or explanation from the crew, not even offering passengers a drink of water."

Cons: "The gates were changed almost at the last minute and we didn't hear any announcements. A few passengers we're almost late for boarding. I found out because some lady came by and asked if this was the flight to some where else. That's how I found out the gates were changed. I told the rep to make sure that they make the announcement so everyone knows of the changes. I could of got on the wrong plane and missed my flight."

Pros: "Boarding process was fast. Flight left on time. Crew were polite and helpful. Bathroom was clean and odorless."
Cons: "Seat didn't recline! So uncomfortable. Non-alcoholic drinks should be free. Crew should let passengers onow about "happy hour" drinks and deals available...I would have purchased one."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed enough that we knew we would miss our connection. They were not very helpful and we had no good options available. We were basically stuck with only bad options. No one offered compensation or even to wave the surprise fees for seats and for baggage. This was after they lost our luggage on our way out to Washington!! With no compensation or apology. We will never fly Frontier again - it was a huge fiasco."

Cons: "Despite the missed connection the woman at the ticket counter insisted that I would be charged for a carry on bag. I flew American instead and will be seeking a refund."

Pros: "Everything was efficient, smooth flight, and we landed--that's a good flight, right? We even landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule, which was great since I had to wait at the baggage carousel."
Cons: "It was my first time flying with Frontier and I didn't know about the bag charges and seat charges--that's on me though. Not sure I will fly with them again, as waiting for what COULD have been my carry-on at the carousel took so much time... then again, it makes it easier and quicker to board and de-board. But the seat charges were still ridiculous. Wish drinks and like, pretzels could be free just so we don't deplane with harsh breath."

No screen for entertainment, tray table was less than half the normal size, uselss, snack choices, had little that one might consider healthy. A lot of junk food, and a huge offering of alcoholic beverages. Could we maybe have healthier food. It could still be pre-packaged somehow. Cost of carry on: $30. Checked suitcase: $25. That did not really make any sense, other than they make more money that way. Also irritating that if you want to have a specific seat, rather than waiting for what you might get at the airport, you have to call them, and pay $13 for a seat reservation. They are nickel and diming you, or rather in dollars. It is a rip off."

Beginning with a small carry on suitcase that I have used for years with all airlines I had to pay $45 to carry on or $40 and the ticket counter. I only had a small purse in addition to the carry on suitcase. This made my flight to and from $80-$90 more expensive. Then if you chose a seat you had to pay extra - if you wanted a reclining seat you had to pay extra - the exit row seats were $50 more -you had to pay for sodas - pretzels - everything! I will NOT fly Frontier again - it is cheaper to fly a major airline without all the add on costs. Dianne Robinson"

Cons: "I had an 11-hour delay from DCA to DIA. There was little, if any, communication from Frontier personnel to passengers about why, and what was being done about it. There were points in time where there wasn't a representative at the ticket counter or the gate. The customer service reps on the phone couldn't help either. I eventually ended up spending the night in Denver, and over 27 hours late into SFO."

This wasn't a big deal, but there was clearly something wrong with the company technology where she was not able to see on her end that I had paid."

Seats cheaper, tray tables cheap, and so forth. The tray tables are so small they can't hold anything (which was disappointing because I had work to do). It's crazy that you all are charging for drinks other than water. Not a big deal, I get that the models are changing. I just likely will not fly Frontier again unless I must. You all should take more pride in providing a comfortable and warm environment for passengers."

Cons: "Our flight was cancelled and we were not given vouchers for another flight, told we would NOT be reimbursed for our flight, told they could get us on another flight on Tuesday morning and told they wouldn't put us up in a hotel for the night. I am a doctor and waiting till Tuesday for a return flight home is NOT optional or acceptable given that there wasn't any bad weather. NO other flights were cancelled during that time. I had to rent a car, drive to Phoenix and book 4 tickets on UNITED in order to get my team and myself back home to see patients Monday morning. We finally made it home at 5:45 pm yesterday after 36 hours of being awake trying to get home without any help from FRONTIER. I will NEVER fly Frontier again and I will never recommend that airline to anyone I know. It was an awful experience and am extremely upset about the additional money to purchase 4 extra airline tickets."

The most shocking discovery was I couldn't check in online without paying an extra $13 per leg ($26 total) just to sit in a seat. Then when I checked in at the counter they informed me I could check in free in person, but in that case I would have to fly standby. Who does that to people!? Anyways, it got worse. They wanted to charge me for a carryon, for a juice, no treats not even peanuts without having to pay, truly a disgraceful service ensued. This will be my last flight with Frontier most likely unless I am desperate and some plague has hit my city and they are the last functioning airline out."

I fortunately I noticed when shecking in and prepaid for a checked bag. Which strangly is the less expensive option. I have flown Frontier several times and this is a newer policy. I always remind myself after a Frontier flight that I will not fly with them again but their low fares keep luring me back. But no more . This is a deal breaker for me. I can pay a little more for my flight and get a free carry on and a drink! I also did not appreciate having to BUY a seat assignment."
