Instead of arriving Helena at 3 pm., it was midnight."

This would speed up the process and keep people from getting stuck behind people who are messing with their bags."

Pros: "This was my sixth or seventh flight in 14 days and was a little stressed watching the crew try to get everybody’s bag into the new container which was really small. The The container was to check the size of all carry-on luggage. They were letting people go but telling them in the future that they have to check their luggage at the gate. Which would mean most people would be paying for extra luggage. Just think that is a bad idea. In addition this flight wasn’t even halfway full so there was plenty of room anyway. I was lucky they didn’t ask me about my backpack when I got there.. Otherwise a beautiful Evening flight was a great into my trip."

Cons: "A woman thought she had my seat. She said "I am 29A" and so I quickly got the steward so we could resolve the complication. It turned out she read 29A on her itinerary only it was for an earlier leg of the trip. Instead of understanding her accidental oversight, the steward said to us both, "you have 29C and you 29A whats the problem?" I understand he was busy, only 2 passengers booked for the same seat would cause a problem on a full flight. He should have understood her accidental self-seat assignment change because she read the seat from the earlier flight. She and I weren't trying to have issues, we just wanted to sort out what we thought was an overlap in seat assignments."

The experience of flying today is mostly like being shoved into a subway train in Japan with no genuine gratitude for my patronage. Not with Delta - they really do go above and beyond and it is not lost on me."

Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can."

I've been on a newer aircraft with the in-seat power and interactive screens so I know how good it can be, so this was a little disappointing."

New seats assigned, but then when 3rd plane was brought in, it had the exact configuration of the first and we were told we should use the original boarding passes. These turned out to be wrong because they reseated after the first plane went down and it’s replacement wasn’t the same configuration. We never saw that plane, or the gate it was assigned to. When we went to rebound, my wife I am were separated. We were moved to the way back (screaming baby sandwich - one in front and one behind us). Then we spent an hour in the worst turbulence I’ve seen in 20 years - I nearly vomited. the last 6 hours of this 15 hour ordeal were fine."

Cons: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

That to me killed my overall experience for that flight considering that it's an 8 hour flight and that I needed to come back on that Monday. Less time do stuff for the weekend."

Cons: "This format of business class seating leaves a lot to be desired. There is literally no place to store anything except maybe your cellphone on the shelf under the TV screen. No room for a backpack on the floor - has to be in the overhead. Not convenient on an 8-hour overnight. Seats are tight - could not lay on my back - had to sleep on my side. No separation between seats - it was a 2, 4, 2 layout and the guy next to me coughed all night. At least I wasn't in one of the middle seats. Expensive flight for that type of setup IMHO. And given it was a 777, the plane was big enough."

Cons: "By the time I got to my seat all overhead bins by my seat were all full so I had to take my carryon towards middle of the plane to place it in an overhead bin. I also had to remember to write down the number of that bin so I could retrieve my carryon at the end of my flight.Toilet was not very clean."

Cons: "I flew with 1 child and 1 infant and there was no help, not at check in, not at boarding nor from the crew on board. I requested a bassinet before the flight over the phone and didn't get it. There was an issue with the infant ticket and the United check in agent was incompetent to fix it, which made us late for boarding. No one helped me at boarding with taking the stroller from me. On board the crew members were annoyed when I ask for some hot water for a baby bottle. And it's sad that children don't get a kid's meal ( which we received flying with many other airlines) and have to eat the uneatable adult meal. That was my first and last time flying with United."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed enough that we knew we would miss our connection. They were not very helpful and we had no good options available. We were basically stuck with only bad options. No one offered compensation or even to wave the surprise fees for seats and for baggage. This was after they lost our luggage on our way out to Washington!! With no compensation or apology. We will never fly Frontier again - it was a huge fiasco."

Not sure I will fly with them again, as waiting for what COULD have been my carry-on at the carousel took so much time... then again, it makes it easier and quicker to board and de-board. But the seat charges were still ridiculous. Wish drinks and like, pretzels could be free just so we don't deplane with harsh breath."

Cons: "Our original departure of 7AM was pushed back to 8, 9, 12, and finally 12:30. 5 long hours... The airline was not transparent about the cause of the delay nor did they announce each new departure time. They attempted to pacify customers with a $10 meal voucher to compensate passengers for lunch. However, it turns out that voucher involves a mail in rebate with a deadline. Once we finally boarded the plane, they still insisted on charging us for simple in-flight beverages which are standard on every other domestic flight I've taken. They also charge $40 for carry on bags and $20 to choose your seat. We just received an apology email and $100 voucher towards future flights, but after the delays and hidden fees, I think I'll pass."

I spend $16 on the seat and $40 on the carry on. Interesting nickel and dime concept for sure. But then I get to the seat and it doesn't recline. OK, that's fine I guess I only paid $16 for the seat. But what's with that thing you call a "pull down tray". You can't get a computer on it, even my tiny MAC. So I put my briefcase on my lap and I guess made my own little table. That's a bit much."

Cons: "Extremely inefficient boarding process. Seats don't recline. Carry on charge was a surprise. Having to pay an extra fee to select my seat was also unexpected. Only water is free. I won't fly frontier again."

No screen for entertainment, tray table was less than half the normal size, uselss, snack choices, had little that one might consider healthy. A lot of junk food, and a huge offering of alcoholic beverages. Could we maybe have healthier food. It could still be pre-packaged somehow. Cost of carry on: $30. Checked suitcase: $25. That did not really make any sense, other than they make more money that way. Also irritating that if you want to have a specific seat, rather than waiting for what you might get at the airport, you have to call them, and pay $13 for a seat reservation. They are nickel and diming you, or rather in dollars. It is a rip off."

People need more room than this - the crew was adequate, but the morale seems pretty tepid. Your baggage charges are ridiculously high - both for checked and for carry on. I think I would rather pay more for a flight and be comfortable and have reasonable baggage rates."

Then if you chose a seat you had to pay extra - if you wanted a reclining seat you had to pay extra - the exit row seats were $50 more -you had to pay for sodas - pretzels - everything! Cons: "I had an 11-hour delay from DCA to DIA. There was little, if any, communication from Frontier personnel to passengers about why, and what was being done about it. There were points in time where there wasn't a representative at the ticket counter or the gate. The customer service reps on the phone couldn't help either. I eventually ended up spending the night in Denver, and over 27 hours late into SFO."

My frontier desk printed boardin pass said my flight was at 5 (normal time) when I had already been notified that it was delayed an hour, which. Turned into an hour and fourty minutes. I paid 15 or 20 for a better seat 5c and had a ridiculous excuse for a tray table, less room than any flight I've ever been on and uncomfortable seats. Neither pilot not flight attendants apologized for inconvenience and then I got an email that offers me a $100 voucher for another flight. Great, now I can use your airline and only pay for my seat and carry on bag! There are more frustrations but I'll give them to you if I ever have any contact. I'm not writing it all down and wasting more of my time on your unorganized airline."

I travel light- usually less than 30#, but I can't get that in my purse. *One hour + delay from Denver to DC with a computer problem on our plane. * Boy, are those planes every crowded! I'm not expecting a LazyBoy, but this was almost a plastic folding chair.--Why not set us up a few more inches and let us put a carry-on under the plastic seat?"
