Cons: "As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Cons: "The flight between Boston and Miami was so Disrespectful and noises from the Latinos kids without any good supervisions of the family of handling. Even Latinos blasting the videogames and movies on high volumes."

Cons: "American Airlines has terrible customer service. We were unable to board our flight at the Philadelphia airport because when we arrived (almost 2 hours before our flight) the ticket counter was already closed for the evening. No one from American Airlines could help us. We were left stranded at the ticket counter until it reopened at 3:15 am. We are very disappointed and disgusted with the poor service we received from American Airlines. After hearing multiple horror stories from others, it is safe to say we will never fly that airline again."

Cons: "The self check in kiosk in PHL The man working on 6/5/17 priority- First class was a total jerk. He sent me to a different desk, despite my having upgraded to 1st Class, and all his kiosk computer check in stations were EMPTY."

Pros: "I fell asleep and missed dinner. When I woke up one of the stuff came up to me and asked me if I would like to eat something and went especially for me and got me the the dinner portion. Although we had a delay I was informed promptly and the staff apologized for my inconvenience. The airline took responsibility and did not blame the delay on other factors. Thanks for being honest"

Cons: "A United supervisor at the Leon terminal informed me that my 'smart' luggage was not allowed. I have traveled with it all over the world for the past 2 years, including to Leon in a United flight 2 days prior. I have also disabled the battery with a clearly marked OFF switch inside and never actually use it. However the memo I was shown was unambiguous and logic was not an option. So I asked for a screwdriver to remove the battery, The supervisor said no and proceed to treat me as a criminal. After one of the staff lent me tools and I removed the battery the supervisor asked for my name but off we went to board our flight. Before boarding however, my wife and I were called in for a 'random' security inspection. The experience was very unpleasant. It was discrimination and retaliation by someone abusing their authority. Very dissapointed on the United staff and their customer service."

Cons: "The tickets we purchased should have taken us from Indianapolis to San Diego with a 2 hour-ish layover in San Francisco. Instead, we got changed to Indianapolis to San Diego with a 15 minute layover in Chicago. Our plane landed in Chicago 20 minutes early, but then we sat out on the runway for 45 minutes waiting for a gate despite being able to see 3 or 4 open gates from our window. We didn't get to deplane until after our connecting flight was already boarding and both my fiance and I had to use the restroom really bad. Needless to say we had to literally run to catch our connecting flight."

My mom is a senior citizen and the last thing she needed to be doing was schlepping all of her things to and from the airport in fridged temps. She’s battling a major cough and is now so exhausted!! This is totally unacceptable...not to have a captian?!???! Please respond as to how I will be reimbursed or what I can do to feel satisfied."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours.... missed my next flight, too dc, then rerouted to Philadelphia,and transferred to another airline, got to Dayton at 5 pm. I haven't had a vacation in four years, this was not the way I wanted to start. This was a trip from hell."

Cons: "Over 4 hours of delays including on plane then everyone was kicked off. We waited more and they cancelled the whole flight and everyone had to scramble to get on anything available. I lost 28 hours of my vacation. They put us in a scary hotel in Chicago. I received a $200 voucher for further flights that doesn't even cover the cost of my unrefundable expenses such as car, hotel and tickets that were lost on my vacation."

Cons: "Upgraded to business class for flight home. I had aisle seat last row. Cart left in aisle to keep cabin class from constantly using the bathroom by the cockpit. But they kept coming just pushing the cart aside and rubbing their butts on my arms and shoulders to squeeze by. I understand why they did it. Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

Cons: "i paid to upgrade to economy plus, and was seated in the busiest door traffic area near the bathroom next to an obese man whose body literally melted over into my seat. it was the red eye and i slept only 5 minutes! also the flight attendant kept storming by back and forth for the entire flight, which made it absolutely impossible to fall asleep."

We also were sitting for a long time and it was very uncomfortable while waiting to take off. We didn't get any beverages after sitting for a long time and finally did once we were in the air which was 2 hours later."

Cons: "From Gregory at the check in being rude and anything but welcoming, to seats in first class needing replaced, this was anything BUT a first class trip. This was my second time giving United a chance as I normally fly Delta. I don't think I'll make that mistake again. I understand a late night flight doesn't have a meal service, but snacks of chips and bananas is not my idea of how you should serve Firat Class passengers. I would have a hard time recommending anyone choose United as their airline. Time for an upgrade of not just the seats, but overall customer service."

Cons: "the 4 hour delay changed all of our arrival plans. text messages were not always updated and neither were the airport boards as the gates kept changing. The check in line was just ridiculous. The staff members kept walking away or what seemed like .. talking to friends- I've never seen a line move so slow and I'm from new York."

Pros: "They put me and my son in the very last row of the airplane. I realize this is probably the only way I could afford to fly so I will put up with it, but it isn't very comfortable for 73 year old woman."

Cons: "We were not told about the 20 min delay over the speaker from Newark to Flint Flight attendant basically ignored us for drinks and picking up garbage Newark to Flint"

Pros: "I did not like the plane ride. There were way to many things to comment on. Most importantly everyone of my.flights was delayed."

Cons: "6'2" broad shoulders and uncomfortable. Sitting by the window meant my leg had to be 5 inches over due to the curvature of the plane. Both of my knees were on the back of the seat and I was at an angle. The lady next to me looked like she did't like me being turned toward her. Many extra seats including the emergency exit row (that has more room) was available when we took off but I was told we couldn't sit there without paying extra. Cheap 1 hour flight. Won't tolerate it for anything else."
