Hit tons of turbulence with no warning. I know you can see that ahead of time so just give us a heads up. They couldn’t get the bridge way to the plane so we sat for half an hour in the no ac plane instead of getting us a stair or other gate."

I thought it was just another low-cost airline that makes you pay for everything , what a nice surprise! I immediately gave you a shout-out on my facebook account. Cons: "1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run."

At the Bogota counter, we were told that Jetblue would take care of our luggage and we didn't have to worry about them in For Laurderdale. But this was not the case. I fly with Jetblue often within the US and I must say that I was disappointing with the service. Charging for blankets and pillows for a 4 hour very early international flight is low. No substation food was provided nor available for purchase. We were given a voucher to eat at the Bogota airport but the qualifying restaurant were not vegetarian friendly so we didn't use the voucher. Since we have very little time in Fort Laurdele, this meant that we basically didn't have a real meal for over 12 hours."

I was traveling from Punta Cana DR to Denver but had connects in Panama City & Miami. Because 3 flights is a long day of traveling I chose the emergency isle for my flight from Panama-Miami so i could stretch out with the extra leg room. Because I didn't speak fluent Spanish though, the crew had to move my seat. They upgraded me to 1st class! Amazing airline! Incredible crew! Shame most airlines in the US with their FU attitude don't operate this way."

If you don't watch the board you'll miss your flight. Why not send a crew member to the gate you told passengers to go to , and put a sign by that gate notifying passengers of the change! So stressful!!! 2) In transit passengers catching connecting flights, Copa to Copa, have to go through their security again! What, why?? We cannot eat, drink and relax at the gate because no fluids are allowed AT YOUR GATE. We are not talking ourtside security, you are already in the security areas. Even to go to the bathroom you have to go in and out of security, again! Stupid!! We didn't leave the terminal, and you're making us miserable!"

Pros: "That for once on the 4 interjet flights I took the past 2 weeks this one from Mezico city to Miami wasn't delayed"
Cons: "Passengers should be informed about upcoming changes in airlines fees. When I bought my tickets Kayak didn't inform me that I would have to pay at the counter for my only 9lb suitcase on the flight date. That would give us all the opportunity to choose if Intejet is the airline we want to use or pick another one. This used to be a very good airline lately is also incredibly delayed most of the times :("
Cons: "Lousy onboard entertainment, food and service"
Pros: "Fast boarding, on time."
Cons: "My flight was a redeye, and there was no sleep to be had. The seat are super uncomfortable. The crew made unnecessary noise slamming cupboards shut; and, turned on all the lights when they were handing out food. At least one of the other attendants turned off the seating lights after a minute or 2. Furthermore, they charge you for seats and extra bags. Could have gone with a better airline for comparable price."
Pros: "The design of the seats"
Cons: "The staff did not work they sat in the back of the plane the whole time talking about other employees captains and how dissatisfied they are with the shifts that they work etc. The crew even had passengers move from the back row 30 so they could have a place to sit in the back of the plane ."

Cons: "Charging $45 for carry-on, is way too much, regardless of whether it's a budget airline. Round-trip it's an extra $90. Might as well put that money toward the flight of another airline."

Cons: "Airplane is new but chairs are made of plastic and very thin, they don't recline and you have very small space -- very uncomfortable. I flew from Miami to Vegas (5 hours) The plane flew at low altitude the entire way and went right through all storms just to save fuel/money. People were afraid for their lives because the plane was shaking so bad. I travel 1-2 weeks out of each month by plane for work and I am not afraid, I knew it was fine, but others had no idea and were very afraid. I know it is a cheap airline, but the real problem I had with them was they are not honest. Their website says that if you chose your seat online you have to pay, but if you do at check in it is free and they will try to keep your party together as long as there's seats available. Upon arriving at the counter they wanted to charge me to keep me and my fiancée together, otherwise she was at the front of the plane and I was all the way at the back. The plane had extra seats and we got there early to get assigned seats together but even the manager would not help me even after showing their website. He said the computer will make them charge me and there was no way around it. There's always a way around it. At the end of the day, paying for seats, all bags you check in or carry on, foods/drinks in the plane, I paid just as much as flying with a good airline such as Delta. I will never fly with them again, that is for sure."
Cons: "They just boarded all groups at the same time. It was chaos and caused a mess with where people were putting their bags. Also, I paid extra to board early, so this was even more frustrating. I don't like that everything is for sale. Water, carry ons, come on! You end up being more expensive than flying another airline."

Cons: "The prices are looks cheap, but after you all the extras it comes up even more expensive then any other airlines, but it still a cheap company. The seats are extremely uncomfortable, not adjustable at all! No food, no drinks even for a 5 hours flight. The carry on bag is $45! Stay away!!!"

Cons: "I booked tickets with this airline for the first time because prices were significantly cheaper than with other airlines. However, I didn't realize I would have to pay $45 for carry on luggage, pay extra if I did want a seat in the middle, and even pay for soft drank! After factoring in all those things, it would have been a lot cheaper to use a different airline. Plus, it was by far the most uncomfortable airplane I have ever been on. No leg room, small seats that do not recline and have no cushion. Terrible experience!"

Cons: "What I didn't like, is what I don't like on any airline, and something that will never change...is the crowded cabins...the less comfortable seats that no longer recline, and, the fees for baggage, both checked and carry on's. When posting the seat fees, why not also include what the "average" cost will be, say, for two, with checking one bag, and having two carry-ons? This would make budgeting a couples trip, much easier to figure."

Cons: "The flight was two hours delayed. And the pilot or staff did not have the common courtesy to let us know what was happening. Pilot explained why they were delayed in landing at LGA. And it would be a two hour flight. However we waited another hour on the runway with NO updates!!! Just sitting on a plane, on a flight that was already late, was very frustrating. Frontier staff should really work on better communication. They also had an elderly woman pay $60 for her carry on. They could have waived the fee, she was elderly and she stated she wasn't aware that she had to pay for her carry on. It would have been a nice gesture when the flight was delayed."

Pros: "The lpane was one of the first to be able to leave after snowpocalypse and although the ground crew had to work on the ice to be able to push the plane from the gate we arrived in miami on time and very comfortably!"

Cons: "6 hour delay because of a leaky gasket. They said they would email vouchers of some small amount, which they haven't. Unable to check in online because their website was working so they charged me extra at the airport desk. The people really have no interest in helping you out which is only reflective of the upper management. For a low fare airline, it's actually pretty expensive and very unreliable. I will get my own pilot's license before I ever have to consider flying with these people again. Anyone can handle cheap travel as long as it's cheap. This is cheap travel that ends ups costing way more than American airlines or jetblue. And try putting a price on losing an entire day waiting for them to fix the plane."

That wasn't a problem for me, when I arrive to Miami 4 hour later my luggage wasn't there because was delivered in the original fly. When I went to Frontier desk in Miami looking for a north where I can get my luggage the two frontier employee don't help me in anything. The answer was: I have to dispatch two more fly and when we finish probably 4 hour later I can help you. I told him I was in Vegas siunce 9 pm last day and frontier was the responsible I lost my fly last night. The said sorry but they can do anything. A"

Cons: "My flight was cancelled at the last minute forcing me to look for another flight and ending up buying a very, expensive, last minute ticket on United Airline. I could not accept the flight on December 31, 2015 due to many very important meetings. I hope that this will not happen again."
Cons: "My original flight from MIA to Las Vegas was cancelled 1-1/2 hours before takeoff. There was no reason provided by the CSRs. Their instructions on rebooking the flight were severely insufficient and led to much frustration. My 9 am flight had to rebooked to 5:20 pm. I spent all day at the airport and no reason whatsoever was provided. No meal vouchers were provided either. That was a terrible experience."
Cons: "After checking in the night before, we arrived at the gate only to be told the flight was overbooked. We watched for over 15 minutes, more than 10 people run to catch the flight with seconds to spare-only to be told we werent going to get the seats I booked a month in advance. We'll NEVER (almost) fly Frontier again. Only saving grace-a nice supervisor (Mandy) got us a refund plus some. Thank you Mandy."
Pros: "The good thing about my experience traveling with Frontier was safety, I don't care about hours waiting to depart as long as technicians staff gives the great light to get on board. Last and not forgotten is a non stop flight so to me al the compliance end up within 4 to 5 hours .The flight crew was very kind with the passengers."

Had this experience by been delayed for 4 hours because technical problems and didn't have the nerve to apply a discount or refund on the trip .
