We called Kayak for a change due to the TSA situation in Atlanta. What we got was a canceled return flight (in error) and we had to find the mistake. Not happy with Kayak who blamed it on AA.

Boarding delayed 20 minutes for no reason, no wifi, in flight entertainment, or snacks / waters?
This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!
Improvements in communication and empathy are absolutely necessary for American Airlines staff (top down). It’s like they are numb to the needs of their customers.
I like the speed of boarding and deplaning and the fact that everything was on time. The crew (attendants) were probably quite new and did not begin the in cabin service until 30 min before landing even though there was little to no air turbulence for the last 1.5 hours of the flight. It made for a mad scramble at the end to get trash collected and carts stowed before touch down.
The flights was delayed by hours and it was the firmest landing I have experienced in my life. My back is still sore.
I did like the employee's, they are very friendly and all smiled most of the time, Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.
Not sure about entertainment as I didn't use any, so maybe there should be an NA option on this survey. Otherwise everything was just as it should be. Of course I wish planes were more comfortable and had seats that would tilt back further.
American Airlines “Randy” questioned why I needed preboarding and denied my request for same. Then Randy attempted to berate me when I boarded with my group. I was seated in an exit roll with a young man with a disability that exhibited difficulty controlling and settling himself. But Tandy questioned my disability. The flight was horrible. It was overpacked.
That airplane is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever flown! Flight 267 LON-PDX Aug 10, 26 The middle armrests didn’t go up all the way. The aisle arm rest didn’t raise at all. The leg room area was compromised by a large metal box on both exterior seats. The headrests didn’t flatten. We got an email apologizing for no WiFi, but on the plane we’re told there would be WiFi. I never got it to connect. Pre-boarding support was great. Boarding was smooth. Crew was great. Food was DELICIOUS. A different plane would have resulted in a much better score.
Lovely attentive staff and even though take off was a tiny bit late, the pilot landed us early in PHX. Smooth easy journey and good touchdown.
This flight was OK, and about as good as a long-haul economy flight gets. The Good: * I was seated in a row with my family; * There was (just) enough space in the overhead bins for our luggage; * The cabin never got too hot; * The meal and beverage service was decent, and included all-metal cutlery; * The entertainment was good; * The cabin attendants were friendly and helpful. * Immigration control at JFK was a breeze -- all we had to do was get our photos taken, and we were through! Presumably this was because Madrid shared all our information with JFK in advance, but we were out of the airport within about 10 or 15 mins of getting off the plane, which is by far the fastest I have ever got out of JFK! The Bad: * We flew economy, so of course the seats were tiny and it was very cramped; * The seats were also hard -- I had a sore butt by the end, despite using the provided cushion; * The cabin got a bit too cold at one point (although I MUCH prefer this to cabins that are too hot), and Iberia also provided a blanket.
Online check-in not available from Istanbul to Las Vegas. The check-in process at the airport was extremely and inefficient period. Took us over an hour to check in. Besides that, everything else about British Airways was good
My screen didn't work for the first 9.5 hours of the flight. The crew could not resolve. I don't watch much media so I had been really excited to relax and watch a BBC special but couldn't. Then I tried to use the online streaming on my devices - that never worked but I do have about 7 charges on my credit card that I now have to dispute with BA. Pretty annoying. Also, they ran out of meals and they served meals that had a serve by date of 1/26. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful when they could help.
Horrible as a connecting passenger. The airport experience is horrendous in Madrid. Once on the flight everything was fine. Stop selling connecting flights through Madrid with less than 2 hrs transit time!!
Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. I hate sitting in the middle. BA food needs to be better. It was just ok. Thanks though to screw and everyone one for safe flight
ok. It's a short flight and it was delayed, hence the ok rating.
Would like to see clean bathrooms, especially the bathroom by the end of the crew flight the cleanest not the bestest thank you
They ran out of earphones so my 3rd daughter couldn’t use the on board entertainment the entire flight. They also ran out of food choices (chicken or cheese) by the time they got to the last few rows, so my oldest daughter, wasn’t given a choice. Luckily she isn’t a vegetarian because they only had chicken left.
