Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Very cold on flight, crew did not regulate the climate control. Too many unnecessary announcements both in English then French. Each announcement seemed like it lasted about 10 minutes which no one listen. So much for trying to watch a movie that pauses every time the crew feels the needs to talk. Sat at gate for 30 minutes pass departure time without any explanation until right before we departed (waiting on passengers from late arriving flights). At lease they could have told us. Anyhow this is not the Air Canada of old. Air Canada Rouge shows no signs that they care about the comfort of their passengers."

He was suffering from food poisoning from the previous flight and was unable to hold it in before the plane took off. They were very gracious with making sure that he had sufficient vomit bags and after the fasten seat belt light turned off, they allowed him to move seats in order to sit closer to the bathrooms. While this was a very difficult journey for him, the crew made it slightly more bearable."

Pros: "Understaffed flight Crew, extremely slow crew , took 1 hour and 45 minutes to distribute drinks. Horrible customer service and horrible smelly cloth seats so cramped your knees hit the little pouch on the sit in front of you. Worse airline ever. Only perk was the cost of the flight $1100 from Orlando to Nice. They had the best price for a last minute flight. But not worth it. My god I have to say this is really the most unorganized airline I've ever flown."

Cons: "Luggage was not at our destination. Our luggage was left in Toronto. We are currently waiting for our luggage to be delivered but have no time frame window smaller than in the next 24 hours"

Cons: "When I checked in at Ottawa they gave me a ticket for the Toronto to Orlando flight but there was no seat #. They said get it when you are at the gate. They knew all along there would be no seat # ever as they had overbooked by 12 passengers but didn't have the decency to tell me or apologize and explain. I was in line-ups for the 3 1/2 hrs I was in Toronto trying to get a seat and not knowing till the very last minute that I had one. The very back row next to the toilet. I will never recommend to fly Air Canada."

Cons: "gate assignment kept changing so i bounced through the airport more than i would have liked to since i was trying to get some work done between flights. in addition, the final gate assignment was tight to say the least; people were literally sitting on the floor next to the moving walkway. this isn't an Air Canada problem it's a Pearson problem and made the experience less than pleasant."

Cons: "NO entertainment. Seats were too small and crowded. We chose our seats months in advance but were given two seats on two different rows and middle seats. We transferred from an overnight flight on Air Canada and the morning flight was very uncomfortable with no complimentary entertainment."

Cons: "There were empty seats yet we could hardly find space in the overhead to place our carry on luggage.With that amount of passengers space should not be so difficult to get."

Cons: "-Free Soda but charged for water -Had confirmed seats but then our party with 2 toddlers got split up -Semi convenient( rather small could hardly fit a 1 year old) changing table but then flight attendants threw a fit when a stinky diaper was changed in there. -Had to have special programs on device to even play anything, thought I had everything on for return flight to watch movies but nope still needed something extra Wifi only works for United App and Website -Waiting in the shorter line to preboard with our 2 toddlers only to be cut off by a Global Travel Program(?) family with 15+ people"

Cons: "Crew was not particularly friendly. One man was brusque when I asked for water to fill my small bottle. Rare since most crew members I've experienced have been very pleasant. Snacks were pretty paltry. Ned to serve some biscotti."

Cons: "It was frustrating dissapointing pointless they CANCELLED the ridiculous flight. After waiting and waiting they just went and cancelled it"

Cons: "The flight was delayed almost 2 hours. Then the guy on the front desk was really rude .. Maybe because I'm Latino? I mean he was super friendly with a white guy and a African American girl .. But with me .. Rudeness and bad service .. I said "hello , how are you?".. He didn't answer .. I told him when I did my checkin my boarding pass had "See agent" in the seating section .. He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour .. I don't know .. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing .. Who knows .. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines."

Pros: "United Airlines has newer planes with much more leg room which makes for a more comfortable flight. The cabin has better pressure also."

Pros: "Both of my flights were delayed and my connecting flight was delayed at least 4 different times, with a last minute gate change. But because of that some people switched flights so my plane was basically empty which is nice not having squeeze next to a stranger for 5 hours. 7.99 for tv or a movie for a few hours is ridiculous though (movies were free on long flights back in the day). No snacks offered, and the stuard forgot my drink, but other staff was prompt when I asked for it later."

Cons: "I had about 6 inches of leg room and when the passenger in front of me put his seat back tha shrunk to about 2 inches. I'm 6 feet tall so I was actually in physical pain when we off boarded. I did have an aisle seat but tha did not help much. Every time someone passed me they bumped my shoulder."
