Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
Really old place. Not as clean as it should be, tray tables needed better cleaning. The items, trays and some other items need to b6 engineered. Anything task you or crew may do is incredibly load, seriously engineer for quiet smooth, easy. Just opening and closing the tray table is actually dangerous and can easily injure a finger. I'm sure it happens as it happened to me! First time I used United and likely will be the last!
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A
The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Delayed, toilets did not flush, pilot parked to far away from Gate
United could have one single once of customer service. No human United employee would help me with the invalid mileage plus number, they said I had to speak with the computer.
Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.
The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.
Upgrade planes to have larger overhead bins, especially on this popular route and first class.
It was delayed a lot longer than 10 minutes because we arrived 45 minutes beyond our original arrival time. We sat on the tarmac waiting to take off for a very long time. The seats and entertainment options on American were not good and very limited. The ability to text via WiFi for free was nice, but that seems to be standard on mainline flights. Also, gold status really does not do anything for you anymore.
On-time, direct flight is great. Having one bathroom out of order was unfortunate.

The flight from American side was good, my main issue this was a part of a partner flight with gol, preventing me to use digital boarding passes and doing checking previous of the arrival to the airport.
The flight was delayed a dozen times and finally took off 3 hours late. American gave us 12 dollar vouchers which barely buys you a water at the airport. Options to rebook were easy to access and complete although I didn't go this route.
I am absolutely furious with American. they shut the door in my face when I was trying to board the flight and kicked me off of it. They made no attempt to call my name or contact me or anything. They just said they gave my seat away. The customer service response has been atrocious. I will never fly this airline again as long as I live.
I liked the fact that I was able to choose different food than typical all-in-one or two options. The refreshments kept coming so I really did not sleep & I am adjusting time different much better than the past experiences. I like the variety of movies & shows that I was able to watch.
2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!
Great flight. No issues at all. I still think boarding could be more efficient but otherwise, a good experience.
No complaints. Good WiFi, great crew and excellent speedy baggage claim
