Pros: The flight left on time and arrived early.
Cons: The flight was nearly full. They announced this and said that if anyone was uncomfortable being seated next to someone not in their party (due to COVID concerns) they would book them on the next available flight. At that point, you're really kinda stuck hoping the person your seated next to is taking the proper precautions, but you are not "social distanced" during the flight. I don't consider myself a COVID prude, but I will stick with Southwest Airlines during this pandemic. They are keeping their flights at 2/3 capacity in order to maintain distance among passengers on their flights.

Low and behold, security said my barcode was not valid and had to run back and forth to get a new one printed. What made it worse was the check in clerk wanted to argue her point and there was only one flight attendant available and boarding closed 12min prior to departure, I was standing and waiving through the gates window trying to get all the flight attendants attention. I could have made it but missed my flight. Horrible experience!

Pros: More legroom than any airline I remember flying with recently. Super friendly gate agents ( needed to make a seat change last minute) and fun flight crew. Flight left 10 minutes ahead of schedule since all passengers were on board.

Pros: Alaska is one of the best airlines to fly these days, and I've flown most. I have my mileage program on another airlines but I'd switch to them all the time if I could.

Pros: Terrible that I had to carry my carry on down the stairs to plane, lucky it wasn't raining, & then up a flight of stairs to plane with a torn rotator cuff. I felt like I was flying in the 70's. Coming back, a bald headed attendant was very rude. I did not get any refreshments on the way to Portland which they said was a rough ride but ride was smooth. That was ok, that didn't matter if our safety was involved. Also $25 for one bag is a lot to carry hair spray or a few things you can't carry on.

Cons: Flight was delayed due to weather, understandable. We deplaned. This was the first short 1.5 hour leg of an international flight. It seemed clear that we would not make our connecting flights, which messes everything up with covid tests, quarantine, and all the many restrictions that airlines have insisted without thinking about the consequences. I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever.

Cons: Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion.

Cons: Crew was rude, and we had to wait an hour to leave, I understand things happen, but then we were rerouted mid flight so it was inconvenient and again I get it, things happen. But the landing was incredibly rough and the pilot didn’t apologize. That would have made things better, but he said nothing about being sorry we were delayed and nothing about the rough landing.

Cons: I purchased a flight two weeks ago to depart at 11am from lax I checked in at 10:30 where they told me It was too late for me to check in they gave me another flight departing at 4pm (free of charge) weird right? Very disappointed since I always fly and check in 30 minutes before. I didn’t have any luggage with me either I do not think it’s fair and I will not be flying American Airlines/Alaskan airlines ever again.

The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners

Cons: Fight was operated by American. Alaska forced to wait in line and see assistance, then inform that because the flight is operated by American, they won't be able to check me in. Had to walk to a different terminal of LAX wait in 2 more lines and by the time they were able to assist it was too late to check in. Missed the flight, have to rebook a 3 hour later departure, move the meeting and take a flight back 4 hours later that has a layover and adds about 2.5 hours more on the return leg. Not to mention having to pay for the new seat.

Also, there was a delay of a couple of hours leaving Dallas due to a problem with the plane's radio, and the American employees handled it very well, keeping the passengers informed and smoothly transferring everyone to a substitute plane.

Seat Confront was tight but the website made it clear the seating would be on selected seats and since I didnt pay for the upgraded seating you get what you pay for.
Cons: The on-line section process was challenging to purchase tickets, not real user friendly had to keep going out of the site and back in again and then after payment was complete the baggage section was incorrect so it had to be fixed at baggage checkin, the baggage fees are cheaper on-line verses at the terminal but max weight was 40lbs the industry standard is 50lb. Didnt like having all the extra fees. All in all there was still a big saving as to going directly to SW Airlines

Cons: Waited for 6.5 hours for the flight to get cancelled and rescheduled for a week later.

Pros: Flight was on time and I received my checked baggage.
Cons: Seat was uncomfortable due to insufficient foot space. All (about 6) overhead bins in the rear of the aircraft were full because crew stored “essential equipment” in them. Crew was not professional. After takeoff they never came around to see if anyone needed anything and not even a glass of water was offered for the entire flight. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly.

Pros: The person at the United customer service desk was able to book me on the next available flight to Reno (after missing my original flight mentioned above) quickly and efficiently. Boarding was fast.
Cons: I was late to my original flight and the United personal that I talked to at the gate was very rude. I asked if the plane was still boarding and all she said was go to customer service. I know I gave her a questioning look because this did not answer my original question. She repeated her statement again this time pointing. I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late

Pros: Good cabin & flight crew; kept us informed.
Cons: Ran late. Seats are time (I'm average weight & height). Windows couldn't have been lower or we'd have been looking at the gear.

Pros: Assigned seat - delayed because of hot breaks but stayed on tarmac to cool while cooled only about 10 min.
Cons: Airline stewardess should have suggested mom with young child in lap could move to empty row of seats.

Pros: Upgraded to forst xlass minute and super glad I did. My flight company was the perfect stranger to talk like with and the flight attendant was quite lovely and accomodating.
Cons: This is about my 3rd FC experience where the 2nd meal option was not availbale for everyone. other than that drink service was prompt and bountiful!

Cons: Check in was very complicated & inconvienent! They wouldn't accept my gift bank card. Then we had to pay for a card because they didnt accept cash either,& nowhere,to get,cash. My husband had to leave &get money out,which took a,half hour-no easy way to check in.

Cons: Purchased tickets 4 months before this flight for a departure time of 6:05pm. Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight from PHX to RNO the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation.

Pros: Smooth. No problems. Happy we didn't have to get suitcases through customs because you could handle in Canada. Happy gate was near where we got off.

Cons: The flight was canceled with no explanation or an offer to reschedule. The next flight available was tomorrow afternoon which was not acceptable. When I asked customer service about a refund I was told to go to the website, but it was not guaranteed. Highly disappointed.

Cons: The flight was overbooked and asked for several volunteers to take later flights for travel credit. Ended up forcing those unlucky souls in the last boarding group off flight with no offer of credit or accommodation. Waited in customer service line for hours, literally longer than it would have taken to take off and arrive at my scheduled destination. United representatives could not find a flight that guaranteed a seat (not on a long standby list) that was even in the same 12 hour period. I spoke with a United supervisor who showed zero empathy or concern with the situation. In the end I arranged for other travel accommodations to drive to my family reunion destination. No refund was issued or offered. I was informed I would have to call United customer service after the date of my previously scheduled return flight to explain my situation. I will personally never fly United again and would recommend the same to anyone. Although for the record, I did receive a single ten dollar airport food voucher for my inconvenience. Inexcusable.

Cons: My flight was booked canceled then changed and rebooked without me knowing for a month later I was supposed to leave June 5th not July 5th I had to pay a extra $409 this trip cost me $781.00 for no reason I will Never use kayak again.

Pros: The flight was not crowded so I had a little room to spread out and even better, I was given a seat in the extra leg room section, row 3. MUCH appreciated. Aside from this probably one time deal. Yeah, Frontier nickel and dimes you for everything but I already knew and expected nothing less so you can't fault them for that.

Pros: Made it through TSA without BS. No delays. I dont smoke anymore but mccarran has a smoke pit.
Cons: All airlines should add legroom and fatbody room. I used to get a free carry on too, but even that you're nickel and diming. The price I payed up front should have covered both of those issues. That's the truth and everyone knows it.

Cons: They need to be a lot more honest when they tell passengers time delays. Do not keep pushing 20 minutes increments. If it is going to be another hour or more then please tell us that so that we can adjust accordingly.

Cons: In less than 24 hours I cancelled my reservation but they don't refund unless you cancel 7 days in advance, but I bought the ticket less than two days before my travel date and then cancelled the next day in the 24 hour grace period. They said I could get a credit to use in the next 3 months,but I will not be needing a ticket in The next three months. My travels are over. I am really pissed off. I will NEVER FLY FRONTIER again.

The worst part are the plastic bucket seats with very little padding and no head rests. I WAS MISERABLE AND UNCOMFORTABLE. The attendants were always explaining to MANY customers that they would have to pay for. Drinks-oh and you can only use a credit card. Cash isn't good enough

Pros: We did finally leave after 6 delays. The crew were tired as we were we all. The airline sent updates but the flight crew on the ground didn't know what was going on. the updates were inaccurate.

Also, I really did not appreciate how they changed our gate and delayed our flight without making an announcement. And then they just kept stringing us along. One of my fellow passengers discovered that the food voucher they gave was $10 less than what we were supposed to get, after the fact of course.

Cons: -Both flights delayed by hours to and from, with zero explanation from staff, nor any acknowledgment or sympathy for all of us waiting 4 extra hours to board a flight. -Seats don't recline, trays barely large enough to fit my iPhone on it -Hidden fees with everything. 1 carry-on costs $35-$60, picking a seat costs $9-$35, and you can't even get a glass of soda without paying. Cheaper to book elsewhere after all the extra expenses. -I would recommend horse drawn buggie before flying Frontier. The risk of dysentery is a better option.

Pros: Despite the hour we spent waiting on the tarmac for a gate to open, my flight to Denver, out of Cleveland, actually took place. I had a seat and everything!
Cons: I had a direct flight on Wednesday, the 21st of December, from Denver to Cleveland via Frontier. We arrived on time, checked our bags, and were given tickets that did not include seat assignments. Frontier oversold our flight by more than 30 seats! We were told that we might be able to make it home on Christmas if we flew Frontier, or we could make our own arrangements and Frontier would reimburse us up to $400. So, we wound up flying Delta from Denver to Minnneapolis, and then Minneapolis to Detroit, and then renting a car from Detroit to Cleveland. That got us home at about midnight, and cost us more than $600. It was the cheapest option available.

Cons: Bought my ticket and thought it was a great price, then the charges began: $40 for my luggage at one airport, then $60 for the trip back. Optional seat reservation, $24 per seat per leg (or $96 more). Seats are just slightly more comfortable than a city bus, overhead lights didn't work. So for $196 plus $531 roundtrip, it was no bargain. Flying any other airline next time. Completely misleading and gouging airline!

Pros: I enjoyed the seating arrangment on both flights.

Cons: One had to pay for a cup of coffee! And everything else that is normally expected to be free on and airline. Not just me, but everyone I talked to on the plane thought it was really a crappy deal. Never fly it again! What a joke.

Pros: Friendliness of crew. The crew moved me and my party near the front of the plan so that we could get off first in hopes that I would make my connecting flight.
Cons: The plan sat in Denver for over 30 min. It was stressful wondering how I was going to make the connecting flight to Seattle. Seattle was late boarding. I am unsure if I will recommend to fly and fly frontier again because of this experience.

They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you.
