SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
Southwest is kind of a slum airline. It’s gotten more expensive over the years for less and less service. I am a Southwest Chase Visa card holder and was forced to choose a seat in the 26th row in the middle seat. However my wife who is a rewards member but doesn’t hold a card or anything else, gets randomly assigned a normally paid seat in row 6! How does that work?
The seat was not comfortable. 1D. My back was sore all night and the next day.
The new seating arrangement is so over priced for what you get.
An entire day of delays. Cost lots of money. Meals and a hotel.
Only downside was the legroom and seat width, which is always a problem unless I spend more for a premium seat.

No delays and arrived to destination 30 min early. Staff was super friendly.
Everything a cheap airline should be at normal airline rates.
I was re-booked onto another flight because my original flight was delayed and I would have missed my connector. I ended up in the “C” group after paying extra to be in the “A “ group on the original flight. At least if you’re going to re-book people, re-book them into the same group.
Overall the experience was good. Check in at the bag drop was challenging as the system was having issues and there was only one attendant helping the passengers. My personal experience was okay as it was straight forward but there were many who were having issues. The flight was good. I did not use the in flight entertainment very much as I had brought my own but it seemed to work well.
A smooth flight; a little cold on the ground and then suddenly heated when in the air; legroom on the 737-800 worse than on the outgoing flight, on 737-900. Much prefer flying Alaska to the northwest than flying American anywhere!
Super impressed by staff courtesy, and assistance, Flight was one of the best I've had despite turbulence... Will definitely be flying Alaskan air as my preferred choice
Even though I booked two tickets at the same time, we were unable to sit together. No one cared. I was disappointed due to the amount of money the flights had been that there was no way to get it changed.
Website could be better with faster access to specific flight information and boarding pass once reservation is made. Not a fan of no seat selection on line. I had to consult gate agent each time to change seats on flights with lots of open seats. This cannot possibly be cost effective for airline. On plus side, Alaska seat legroom seemed larger than American. ns
I booked a round trip. I ordered a lunch going and a lunch for the return but got both lunches going. Could have been my error. Both lunches were good.
It was alright other than the changes in the Alaska Lounge. That and the migraine I had were disappointing. Other then that everything went well.
Seats were the least comfortable that I can remember ever having. Seat location just across from lavatory doors was not a good location to say the least. Wife has a back problem and to have a seat that is no adjustable for posture was torture for the three plus hour flight
Your seats are so close I’m practically sitting in people’s laps and the micro thin mats on the chairs to reduce weight are atrocious in comfort
The delay in leaving and then prolonged wait at arrival gate before we could deplane.
Long story short, it was one of the better flight experiences I've had in some time when compared with other airlines.
Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
Only freetext wifi was available in flight; browsing WiFi required payment. Since the seats had no in flight entertainment, Delta should revisit this policy on this longer flight.
The entertainment screens were not working and there was no air condition the entire flight. Very uncomfortable.
Luggage delayed and 6 days later I still don't have it.
In thirty years of traveling, mostly with Delta, this was the worst day ever.
The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.
Traveling with delta is always a pleasure from the take off to the landing 🛬 🥰
Seats not assigned during check-in and got last non-reclining seats next to rest room :-(

Wonderful flight! The crew was good, check-in was good and orderly and the flight was uneventful and good.
The international portion was good. Food and beverage options were good. The sustainable wooden eatery was less than desirable. Your Star Alliance partner ANA provided real silverware. I'm 6'3" & 198 lbs and felt cramped in the exit row. How can that be? Flight attendant all had a pleasant disposition which is always good.
Boarded from a very small gate at LAX. Staff at gate had us line up, then waited 25 minutes to board without a word of explanation. Plane arrived on time then waited 20 minutes for a plane to vacate our gate. Majority of bags arrived after 15 minutes but it took an hour for a small number of remaining bags to be off-loaded despite my “priority” bag tag.
This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.
The flight was delayed from take off because only one runway was operational in San Francisco.
United have really come back. Airport and boarding process is clear and good, app and information also very good

Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.
This was for the LOS to FRA leg of the flight Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Sitting in row 31, you could smell the bathroom during the entire flight. It was pretty disgusting.
This flight 1810 on 7/30 from EWR to DFW got 4 hours delay. this round trip experience is bad, my AA flight 618 from DFW to EWR on 7/28 was redirected to PIT and totally delayed about 9 hours due to mixed of weather and AA IT outage and then on the way back delayed for 4 hours. Lucky, i changed my flight to UA on the way back. i don't like AA anymore. i will consider other airline options in the future.
IT issues created a mess had you change my flight and your system never changed it
The flight was ok, i understand Houston-Dallas is a short distance. The plane is really small: no TV, no snacks, but other than that, all was good. We had a bid delay but luckily it did not affect my connection
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
Luggage took too long go get off plane in Knoxville. Was almost 45 minutes after the flight landed.
The boarding was as always, the crew tried their best but not enough. The food was a disaster I had dietary restrictions that were half met because the company did not loaded the food for the flight. The entertainment screen was fine but content was not and also they removed the free messaging option from the flight and they charged 30 dollars for that crappy bandwidth. This flight is not worth the cost and the company is going down on quality.
DFW-LHR Toilets not kept clean Too cramped. Aisles so narrow crew were constantly banging into people on the aisle seats. Even then, the carts used are reduced width. Other than that it was a decent flight on both legs
Excellent customer service at check in at Austin flight to DFW and excellent customer service from Karren in terminal B at DFW.
Flight boarded without pilots. Sat on plane for 3 hrs. after over an hour late boarding. Plane never took off. Had to deplane near midnight. Line for rebooking was 3 hours + long. I had to leave.
We were told there would be no food/beverage service due to turbulence. There was very little turbulence on the 2+ hour flight. I was in First Class and thought they could have done a quick service after take off as they had a quite bit of time before we would be reaching the predicted turbulent area. They could have at least passed out a quick bag of pretzels.
