From November 5 to December 2, National restrictions in England is in effect. Travelling away from home, including internationally, is restricted from England except in limited circumstances such as for work or for education.
From November 20, Scotland restricted cross-border travels within the UK, only essential travels—which includes health reasons, work and for study—will be allowed to enter and leave Scotland. People living within Level 3 or Level 4 lockdown areas in Scotland are also not permitted to leave their area, and banned from traveling overseas, though people in Level 0-2 are not.

I brought this to the attention of Kayak/Aeromexico and the flight appeared to changed for our entire party of six. When we arrived to depart from Akron-Canton there were MAJOR issues with Delta acknowledging the change on their end. We waited at check-in for an hour and half before this was resolved. This also happened when we left Cancun and almost missed our flight. Our daughter also had to put on stand-by in Atlanta due to this fiasco. We spent another two hours working with Delta customer service trying to get her a seat on our flight back to Akron-Canton. Had we not been to Cancun airport extra early AND had our flight delayed in Atlanta we would have missed both flights. This was without a doubt the worse experience we have ever had!! It should have been caught and resolved before I ever had to get involved. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service offered for the tickets we purchased. This was extremely stressful for my wife and kids and tarnished our vacation. This was totally and completely avoidable!!! You can and should do better to service your customers!!"

A pleasant flight overall with my first impression being an airline with current popular music playing in the background and flight attendants cheerful. Since I was traveling alone, I opted to not purchase my seat prior to my flight date, instead I chose my aisle seat within 24 hours for free. I checked in my one bag and found out I had pre-checked so my security check went so smooth at the new terminal 2 at LAX. Looking forward to my flight back on June 15."

Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

Cons: "Took first available train , arr. Freising at 9:50. Arrived at Terminal 2 by bus ca. 10:25. I am handicapped and a slow walker, so I got to departure floor ca. `10:40. Waited in line at self-serve check-in; found out that it does not have ability to process numbers (for US address). Attendant was not helpful and nasty. She told me me to go to the regular check-in line, where I waited another 45 minutes. None of the 3 "help" personnel standing around when approached managed to tell me that there was a special counter for handicapped persons. The one at the express self-check-in refused to give me her lasst name or any form of ID (first name Sophia). After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a wheelchair, I was deposited in a waiting area, where a second wheelchair arrived after another long wait. Told me I might not make the plan (I did). Overall a very unpleasant and nasty experience. With the exception of the very nice lady (Mrs. Ilser?? ) who checked in my luggage, none of the other 3 persons at the express and regular check-in spoke decent German or English, and none was helpful (Go there, wait!!!) Barely made the plane in MUC, Heathrow turned out much better than the touted German efficiency. Please forward to Lufthansa customer relations. Dr. W. Hartwig"

Cons: "After everyone was boarded in the plane, the pilot announced that a fuel pump was broken and that they would try to fix it. 2 and half hours later, the pilot announced they couldn't fix it and that a new one would have to come from London to San Francisco to replace it (as if the only place to get decent plane parts was London)!!!! The plane was rescheduled to fly the next day at 18.00. It didn't actually leave until after midnight, causing us to miss our connecting flights not just once, but again the next day. Communication by British Airways about what was going on and when we could expect to fly was awful throughout, and their customer service was worse than abysmal. I will avoid flying BA in the future."

Seattle gate supervisor insisted I check my carry on bag, after I had carefully measured it and my backpack to make sure I could carry both on. She assured me one of my bags would get taken in London before our connecting flight., and then I might never see it again. She wouldn't hear of measuring the backpack. Which was apparently the problem. When I got to London, my backpack was in fact tagged as being acceptable size! Fortunately, the rest of British Airways staff have their act together and one person didn't ruin an otherwise great experience."

So we were forced to either not eat anything, or use the vouchers at 1 restaurant that was on the brink of shutting, that could not provide any food, but provided some drinks and packets of chips only."

Cons: "Where to start... Entertainment- My TV was broken until half way through the flight and even the then the controller never worked limiting my options. Then there were only about 6 movies to choose from and when you chose one you would either have to wait 11-29 minutes for the next showing or join an already in progress showing. Cleanliess - there were used tissue in my seat back pocket that I found when I went to grab a magazine. I had a window seat and when I lifted it there were greasy head or hand (or both) prints visibly all over the window. I got sick the day after arriving and I don't doubt these things contributed. Comfort - seat was fine except underneath where my feet should go there was some kind of metal box affixed to the floor. Luckily my neighbor let me share their space. The overhead reading light wouldn't shut off so we had to tape a box lid over it to be able to let ourselves and those around us sleep. Food- Im gluten free and requested a special meal. It was cold, tasted horrible, and the same lemon cookie (the only edible thing) they gave me for dessert they also gave me for breakfast. The in crew attendants were nice and tried to help as much as possible. I may have gotten a good deal on the flight and been in economy but it is still a lot of money to me.fTo book with one airline and get another is disappointing, even more disapointing was the experience. I'm very glad to have gotten to london safely but am hoping for a much better journey home and will think twice before booking international on kayak/British Airways again. Definitely will never fly American overseas EVER again. I'm sorry to write something like this but it genuinely was awful and I've been sick most my trip."

Cons: "The flight left late, so we missed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Dublin. The AA gate agent at Charlotte Airport told me that she had put on a later flight from Heathrow to Dublin, but when we went to check into that later flight, there was no record. The AA gate agent had told us a story that she didn't follow through with. So, we had t wait 4 hours in Heathrow before getting on an even later connecting flight. AA has REALLY poor customer service!"

Cons: "If BA absolutely had to reassign my reserved seat, I wish they had at least respected my aisle preference. With severe arthritis I must be able to get up and move around in flight."

Pros: "Online check-in is very convenient. There was a wide-variety of on-board entertainment to choose from. We were offered more meals than I expected (dinner and breakfast), which was a nice surprise, but the quality of the food was exactly how I expect airline food to be. The crew was courteous and pleasant though rather busy. I can't say I travel by air a whole lot, but BA has been one of the few airlines I can recommend with little hesitation."
Cons: "The food was edible but only memorable for how slightly-less-than-average it was. Most microwavable meals I've had taste better than the dinner that was served. Breakfast was only slightly better in that it was mostly pre-packaged food items (e.g., granola bar, raisins) that I could stash to eat later, which I did."

Tried to change the ticket after my father passed away, but was told I needed to issue a request through an awful website that wanted me to provide credit card details - despite being unsecure and unencrypted. Just awful."
Pros: "The seats were really nice, even in economy class. There was enough leg space and it was really soft so even on my 10, 5h flight my but and back didn't hurt. The entertainment was also really good: the newest movies, songs, books and games."
Cons: "I didn't like the food. For dinner I could choose from chicken with rice and cheese ravioli. While I normally really like ravioli I didn't like this one. I didn't taste any cheese at all. The bread and crackers served with it I liked, but not the fruit pudding. Next time I will have the chicken again ;) For breakfast I could choose from a breakfast omelet or an English breakfast. I don't like eggs and I don't like sausages for breakfast so I chose the English breakfast anyway and only ate the cupcake and yoghurt, which were okay."

Cons: "Fog over London delayed our flight from Rome. Instead of dealing with this proactively, BA made us sit in the plane on the tarmac for three hours. When we finally arrived in Rome, instead of automatically rebooking us, they directed everyone to a queue. That queue, managed on a first in, first out basis, took FOUR HOURS, during which we missed more flights that would have gotten us home. If, instead, the queue had been managed by departing flights, more people would have gotten to their destinations in a timely fashion. We eventually we booked on a flight to NY and got a rental car. We were offered no compensation for this ordeal."

Cons: "Due to weather conditions our second flight to Seville was cancelled. This flight was booked through British Airways but not at the same time so unfortunately the Seattle crew did not alert us of the cancellation although our passenger info was all the same, the BA system should have a way to do this. We then waited in line for 3 hours at Gatwick to get rerouted and get hotel accommodations and received terrible and insufficient care. The staff seem most concerned with taking breaks than then caring for the enormous line of tired travelers. We lost an entire day of vacation due to the BA system not recognizing our flights as one itinerary and the very slow service at the airport; there were options for that day but by the time we spoke with anyone it was too late."

Crew tried to reset it multiple times, but it didn't help. So flight was longer due to delay and I was looking at the BLACK SCREEN entire time. 3) I attempted to read my book. Since it was a night flight and overhead lights were off to prevent disturbance, I needed to use reading light. Well, the reading light was not working. I called a flight attendant to assist me. She tried to help me, but confirmed that it was out of order. 4) There was not information regarding terminal for my connecting flight. Captain kindly referred us to look up this information on our individual screens. Mine was not working, neither was the screen of the passengers next to me. Not helpful at all."

I usually skip or leave half of the in-flight food served, but this rates as one of the best meals, I've had in an airplane outside of business class. The in-flight entertainment/information service was decent, but perhaps because the plane was still in new condition."
Cons: "On this entire business trip, I booked with other companies, but ended up 5 flights operated by American Airlines. One cancellation, 4 delayed, 3 late arrivals. The last one was the most annoying. I will be avoiding AA in the future. The domestic crews are generally brusque and miserable. The international flight crews were more accommodating and pleasant, but most of them also seemed annoyed at passenger presence. Also, having to pay for a preferred seat on a half-empty airplane is simply unfair. By 24hrs before the flight, AA must have known there were plenty of empty seats."

Seat is uncomfortable for tall passengers such as myself at 6'5". Important to bring neck support. I had brought one but it was not stiff enough to offer good support. It also would have been a nice touch for writing implements of one sort or another to have been passed out to complete the board card that needed to be filled when entering U.K."

My carry-on bag was taken in London, as there was not enough room on the fight to Munich, but then when I finally got to Cairo, one day after I was supposed to arrive, both bags were lost and I stayed one week without anything. I missed an entire day of my vacation because of the cancellation and confusion in Rome. I am a Gold Star Alliance member and this was the WORST flight in I have ever taken in my LIFE!"

Then the seats we had selected initially weren't given to us at checkin so we had to upgrade our seats to sit together. And then, in our more expensive seats - we froze. We were underneath the AC and the crew said they had no extra blankets."

Pros: "During sleeping somebody took the pillow and the blanket from the adjacent seat. Unfortunately with my amenity kit and the Bose headphone case. The kit was found later by the personnel, the case not. Not reccomemded to sleep during flight at this airline."

Cons: "UA flights always get delayed and this time I failed to catch my connecting flight to London. I was rescheduled to the flight in the morning of the second day. And when we were heading for London half way, the pilot said some sensors stopped working and we had to come back to Dulles. To be honest, I will never take UA flights anymore, it is just TERRIBLE!"
Cons: "The flight had no flight crew, so I had to fly out the following day, missing important client meetings and losing money. I paid extra to fly out on Sunday so I would be able to make my obligations, but didn't arrive until Tuesday night. No refund or voucher was offered, although I asked. It would be nice if they at least paid the difference between the flight I paid for and the cheaper flight I received."
Cons: "Touch screen broken on TV. I couldn't watch the films I wanted to watch."

Pros: "It was a old plane , entertainment was horrible . There was no choice of movies and other channels . For a flight this long they should have thought about this"

Cons: "There was a delay of 2 hours and 15 minutes that cause me to lose my bus and forced me to wait in the airport for 6 hours. Very bad experience"
Pros: "Easy boarding (almost last to board) Decent enough meals. Hit and miss. Excellent breakfast, terrible sandwich, nice main meal. Crew were pretty helpful and pleasant. Comfortable. Got lucky, with 1 full spare seat. Seats seemed roomier anyway, standard economy, possibly due thinner seats (no screens)"
Cons: "Streaming on free wifi of free movies wasn't working on my PC. Tried all their tips and options. This is a big drawback with letting customers use their own devices. Can get complicated. Surprised that Adobe Flash + DRM software is required. They're supposed to be downloadable from the inflight system, but that wasn't working. Crew don't have expertise to deal with this (wasn't expecting them to). Movie selection looked decent enough."
Cons: "I am only 5 ft tall & petite but felt like a sardine with my knees hitting the seat in front. The overhead bins were so small that they couldn't fit carry ons efficiently so everyone was scrambling for space, delaying the boarding process & heightening frustration & stress. Boarding process was also inefficient causing delays."
