My very first, first class flight! Loved the comfortable seats, foot rest and beverages. Did not have food due to short flight. Crew was very friendly!
Birding was slow. extremely slow; please do experiments on efficient plane boarding experiences; especially regarding passengers that pass their seat number…
This flight was all good. It was packed, but it took off on time and there were no problems. It would have been nice if they'd checked our bags for free, as they sometimes do.
I like not much people. Could tell the kids to be quiet.
Free WiFi was awesome. I hate the five hour delayed take off.. arrrgh!
Flight was on time departure & arrival. Staff was efficient & attentive. Food was better than normal. Wish they had some sort of entertainment screens loke Delta. I would fly Alaska again though.
Fight attendant excellent Food very good, not great Seats were stiff and uncomfortable Flight was overall very nice. Last three flights were burdened with miserably uncomfortable seats. Hard stiff no padding.
The internet was down, which made my work plans impossible while inflight.
Boarding much smoother than previous United flights! The flight attendant helped monitor putting bags in overhead bins. On united no help resulted in bins in first class being filled before I boarded for first class. I had to search further down into economy. Then got stuck unable to return to my seat. People were putting backpacks that needed to go under seats in bins. It was a mess. This flight was a refreshing improvement. United also had so many categories of preboarding that first class could not board early. The pilot talked to us directly instead of using the intercom before flight.
The planes were in very nice condition. Comfortable enough leg room. I had a very quick connection on my return home I made it just fine and so did my luggage!!
My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.
Original flight was on time, then late, then changed gates...4 times. Once our newest plane came in, it was fine.
The seats need better cushioning for a nearly 5-hour flight, it was a bit uncomfortable. I'm glad American has free wi-fi but there were was a bout 30 minutes in the middle of the flight when there was no connection which was frustrating.
My original flight got delayed day of so I had to rebook it from one layover to two layovers. The flight also left earlier which was a slight inconvenience but manageable. Then my first connection flight got delayed 3 separate times for a total of 2 hours delayed, causing me to miss my second connection flight back to Santa Barbara. Now, because of this missed flight, I am missing my college classes that I pay for.

On time flight, good communication about boarding, lines didn't form unnecessarily for boarding before their group was announced (kept aisles clear), friendly flight attendants and service
Good flight, seated and had a water within 5 minutes. Crew was hospitable.
I didn't go from Reno to Phoenix I ended up going from Reno to Dallas to Tucson because my flight rebooked because my Amtrak was late I tried notifying you guys I also don't know what you ask me about my flight because you guys didn't book my flight
The flight attendant was friendly and efficient. The temperature was kept nice and cool. The plane was nice, but filthy. There were visible spills on my tray table. The gate agent was somewhat rude with her announcements and in speaking with other customers.
Great experience. Good dinner and service. FA's were very nice and attentive.
