Don't waste your money or points on first class. Delta first class is a joke. The seats were rickety, the food was awful, and nothing worked, wifi, my light, the power plug - and it was dirty - the fold out table was gross. For 2-3 hours, tough it out in Economy.
Loyal Delta traveler, but last nights flight was a train wreck. Seated in 1B after multiple delays. Then we couldn’t takeoff because of an issue with the passenger that was ‘not in compliance’ and had to deplane along with the threat if they did not deplane, all the passengers would be required to do so. Finally they were escorted off, but the experience threw off the crew. Disruptive for everyone. Service was a mess, televisions didn’t work, bathroom door kept swinging open during the entire flight whenever empty …
My flight was cancelled twice and the third time I tried to rebook it online I cancelled the flight because it looked like I would get a refund to my credit card. Instead I now have a credit. I was also on hold for three hours waiting for a representative and then disconnected. I will never fly delta again.
Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours
5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.
I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.
Horrible. This was not first class. This was a connecting flight whi h was late. My original flight never came. I hated the fact that delta gave me a connecting flight from New York to Orlando Florida. No meals and the television screens were not working. There wasn't even any power to charge your phones. This is NOT FIRST CLASS DELTA!!! Do better next time!
Flight was delayed an no one make an announcement about it., they only have Coca Cola and nothing else., the food that was served was cold… very bad experience and service

Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.
Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
Excellent staff helping my 96 year old senior promptly with her oxygen needs
Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.

Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.

Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.
The flight was delayed which was disappointing. There was no pre takeoff refreshment in first, as we had to wait around an hour in our seats before take off that was disappointing too. The inflight entertainment/wifi did not work, and the crew were slow to offer drinks in flight
Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.

Pilots showed up late because they decided to stop and get something to eat instead of going straight to our gate, Forcing an 1 1/2 hour delay, and missed flight. Shame on the pilots.
There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.
Our flight was canceled and we were stranded in another state for 3 days and were not allowed to get our bags.
There was an hour delay and not much communication as to why there was a delay. Otherwise the flight was fine.
Due to the long delays and rescheduling boarding was horrible. However, the gate staff and the flight attendants went above and beyond to remedy our frustrations. They were able to handle every potential harsh situation with Grace, compassion and coolness of head. Kudos to the MIA Gate A12 and night crew of flight 1572 YYZ to MIA.
The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
Connecting from Germany with not enough time to go thru TSA and security so many times. Kayak or whomever doesn’t leave you enough time between flights. I made it with 5 min before my zone was called. Too stressful
Delayed take off but I think they waited for passengers.
Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lufthansa during my round-trip flight, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. **Global Entry Issue**: I added my Global Entry number during check-in, but it did not appear on my boarding pass. This same issue occurred on both my outbound flight to Munich and my return flight to Boston. Despite calling customer service twice for assistance, they were unwilling to help over the phone, which was incredibly frustrating and stressful. 2. **Delays**: Both flights experienced delays, further complicating my travel plans. Punctuality seems to be a significant area of concern for Lufthansa. 3. **Food Quality**: The meals provided were unhealthy, felt cheap, and lacked flavor. Given the airline’s reputation, I expected much better, especially on long-haul flights where meal quality can greatly enhance the travel experience. 4. **Beverage Service**: The beverage cups were disappointingly small and often not filled to capacity, leaving me feeling unsatisfied, particularly on lengthy flights where staying hydrated is essential. I chose Lufthansa based on positive reviews from good friends, but my experience has left me very dissatisfied. I will not be recommending this airline to anyone in the future. Overall, my direct flight experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope they address these issues to improve the experience for future passengers.
Connection time and departure time were both changed to cause undue stree on older people who cant run through an airport
The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!
We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.
The plane was clean and the staff courteous and professional. The seat bottom was uncomfortable but only after many hours. It had a pressure point that left me a small bruise on my right leg (very surprising). The pasta was terrible (hard on the edges sticking out and soggy on the bottom edges) but I guess that's how it comes out in a microwave (?). The entertainment was glitching and shutting off every 20 minutes or so but, in the end, we made it home safely with very little turbulence and that's what really matters.
Loved flying with this airline. Professional, courteous staff who did everything possible to make the long flight comfortable!
The plane was clean. The crew were lovely. Food was good - but seat 1D is a poor location. - the crews cupboard is right near your feet and they visited them frequently swishing the curtain from the galley onto my feet everytime also creating a swish of cold air each time & then slamming the door.
This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them

Business class is fantastic! Lie flat seats, great meals, privacy, and lots of nice amenities!
Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.
The crew was great, the food was great, the seats were torture. I just could not get comfortable. Too narrow, too close to the seat in front. I felt guilty about reclining my seat and resisted but the people in front of me did not feel the same way. I thought both coming and going that the discomfort would conceivably be enough to prevent me from going abroad in the future. Will it? I'm not sure - but it will definitely be a factor in my choice of travel.
Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.
I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.
Food and entertainment non existent as we were only in the air 25 mins so totally understandable
Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.
