Food was awful and made my friend sick."

Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."

I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone."

One man at security was even rude to me, telling me not to just stand there. ( I had been told to stand there whilst they went and tried to remedy for the umpteenth time). When I showed him my disabled badge and said I would personally prefer NOT to be left standing for hours, he said 'so?'. It was a nightmare. It took hours and still wasn't sorted and in the end the immigration officers had to be called to the boarding area to allow us on the flight with non functioning boarding cards. It wasn't even our fault. REally upset about it."

Pros: "The entertainment was great, I just watched movies the entire flight and had a great time."
Cons: "Needed more water but I guess they were busy with some sick passengers."

Pros: "Comfortable night, pleasant crew. The food was pretty good, and the flight attendants were attentive. I didn't have to ask for refills on drinks, etc. They also seem to get along well with each other, which makes for more relaxing trip."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight was cancelled. Very poor organisation. Lack of communication. Our rights were not explained to us and no information material was made available. No reason was given for the cancellation. The flight was rescheduled to the morning at 7am and then again rescheduled at noon. Still to be seen..."

Cons: "The drop down food trays were dirty and we had to ask an assistant to clean them. The light refreshments were served late - we were landing just as they were handing out the drinks."

Cons: "not a lot of leg room. Took a while to board."

Cons: "It was extremely hot on the plane. for the first 30 minutes there was no ac available and there was little to no help from the staff. I asked for water to cool myself down and ov waited about ten minutes to get it after hitting my help button multiple times. The flight attendants may have been overwhelmed with the requests as there were many just like me who struggled so they came off very rude. The plane was also not updated at all - not personal entertainment and once again, no ac/air for people to control."

Cons: "Boarding was a free for all, no discipline at all, people pushing and shoving awful."

Cons: "I could not reach anyone customer service regarding my return flight. We I called BA they told me I needed to contact Kayak. When I contacted Kayak they told me to contact BA. As I result I missed my flight. I would like customer service to reach me asap."
