The nicest cabin crew!
I like Finnair, the crew, the service.
I was not able to check in online within the 24 hrs prior to the flight as the Iberia system kept flashing and "error"message. Therefore, I was not able to pick a seat, which I would have paid to upgrade if necessary, but instead I was assigned a middle seat as a last option, at the counter, and paid for an exit row which, except for the leg room, was just as uncomfortable!
They have no charging points for the phone
Crew, entertainment and food service was excellent
Seats too crowded for 8 hour flight. As soon as the person in front leans back you have no room it is unbelievably uncomfortable to have a seat back in your face for that long!

luggage got delayed by 2 days. No dresses to even wear. Plus lufthanse didn't know where my bags were.

Departure time go to plane was worst because there were not jetway. So people were with carry on to downstairs to reach the plane was very difficult and more difficult for with the baby passengers , elder lady, ....
