Everything was good except wifi and a leaking drink chiller. The floor was all wet and my bag was soaked. Did not notice until debarking. Have not heard back from Delta. Even though this was leg one of an international flight in first class, they denied access to their Sky Club - very disappointing!
The staff was fine. The plane was extremely tight, and I paid for the wifi and it did not work at all. I was actually going to ask for a refund.

Flight was delayed. No information on why it was delayed. After we boarded the flight, , the crew made announcement that the captain hs not arrived and he will take 15 mins more to arrive. Passengers were just sitting patiently for the captain to arrive and start, Terrible experience.
This was my first time flying Delta ever and I had a great experience!
Very convenient considering that is a non-stop flight, but the Aeromexico still has old model planes, so the entertainment was very poor and the space for carry-on luggage was very limited.

We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.
Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
Wonderful. Quick boarding. Early departure and we arrived 30 minutes early at our destination. Unfortunately, when you arrive early, there is still a departing aircraft at our gate. We had to park for 30 minutes until the gate was clear. So our early arrival was not really early at the gate. Otherwise it was a quick and smooth flight. Appreciated the efficiency.
Everything was great except for the boarding process. Everyone is lining up all at the same time and it’s hard to tell between the groups as they are way too large.
Women boarding passengers at the gate was absolutely rude and disrespectful of passengers. The flight attendant was absolutely delightful! Smiling and connected with the passengers. So happy. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable but I guess that’s just the way it is Communication regarding flight was excellent
Overall we had a good experience during our flight from San Francisco to Houston.
Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi
We were delayed for about an hour from taking off due to traffic control procedures at the destination airport. But once in the air, the flight went well. The crew members were great and provided cabin service despite moderate turbulence during much of the flight.
it was a very short flight so my expectations were low.
For my arriving destination, we were delayed multiple times to the point that we arrived 6 hours after we were originally scheduled. On my flight home, they overbooked and involuntarily removed passengers (including me) from the plane. It was not a good experience.

I very rarely fly American and my experience today reenforces that is the correct decision. While the staff were all very courteous, our flight was first thing in the morning so there was no reason to be delayed, yet appropriate maintenance checks weren’t completed prior to our flight so we were delayed multiple times. Not a great showing, American Airlines.
It's very confusing because Kayak has it as American Airlines, but it was Hawaiian Airlines, but operated by Alaska Airlines. I had to go to the airport for my boarding pass because American said I didn't have any trips.

Lack of gluten free options in food service. I have Celiac disease and it appears you no longer offer special meals for people with dietary restrictions. I am a frequent flyer traveling into and out of Omaha airport. I have noticed over the course of several months that although our flight typically arrives ahead of schedule (awesome job AA!) - we typically sit on the runway for several minutes waiting for the ground crew to get in place. Not sure if it is a ground crew issue or a gate availability issue (due to construction at this airport). Seems to be more of a ground crew being on time issue.

Boarding is always an ordeal. Less dogs on flights. I am highly allergic to dogs and cats. Why are there so many animals these days?
I cannot effectively rate the food and drink as I had not. Otherwise, the trip was fine. The seats were nice, the crew was fine. They could smile once in a while. They all look like they were mad.
4 hour delay, 2 hours in the airport and then 2 hours on the tarmac. With a flight full of kids it would have been better to leave us in the airport for the delay, it was crying kids chaos on the flight. Miserable. And no apology or airline credit for the significant delay.

They charged late fees for selecting seats (no $0 options). They also changed my gate within the last half hour and are refusing to reimburse my costs to drive across the country with two small children in a rental car.
I was waiting in line for the restroom onboard, the flight attendant told me to step back two rows and stay on the carpet. She was rude and I expected a tik tok experience with me getting thrown off the plane. She was rude and frankly there was no where else to stand.
I needed a cheaper option than Southwest who are almost as bad as Spirit...did the check in the morning of the flight and assigned the last row, middle seat. Paid 20.00 at the airport for an exit row window in 19 and all 8 rows behind me which sold occupied on their seat map were empty....so they force to you to pay for a better seat....I was alone in row 19 and shortly after take off two huge fat people came and grabbed the other seats, I rang the call button for the attendant and said I paid 20.00 for this seat and they just moved in here...I either want to be reseated, or have them take their original seats or a refund of what I paid, the attendant made them move back to their original seats. Worst, worst worst airline in the air....never again, never again, never again.

gate agents with the different rules at the different airports. made me pay for my bag as a carry on instead of a personal item, yet it fit under the seat on the way from Indy to Ft Laud
charging $3 for really bad and cold coffee on airplane flight is ridiculous.
We flew Spirit because it was cheaper but the seats were so uncomfortable. I don;t need to be fed snacks on a plane but when it's a 3-4 hour trip then at least a drink is nice. The flight attendants had nothing to do the whole flight except for gossip loudly to each other right behind our seats, and they talked so much my husband couldn't even rest! I was fine with no tv or entertainment but the seats were so uncomfortable with no recline, no padding, and I am short but even for me to leg room was tough for a 3-4 hour trip. We probably would fly spirit again if we had to, but it's definitely not our favorite!

Our flight was canceled. I will never use Kayak nor Frontier for travel again. The entire experience was a headache.
Frontier.. nickel and dime add-ons. Flight late, on time, late again, last minute gate change, arrival gate required a shuttle to the terminal. They sure keep you guessing.. if you like a little chaos and airport anxiety, this is the airline for you!
This is my second time flying with Frontier. My current experience was very favorable. The staff from the gate to the plane was friendly, warm and professional. The food options lacked in my opinion. This area needs some attention in my opinion.
There was no food and no entertainment, so I'm not sure why these are even in the survey, as my understanding is frontier does not ever offer food without a few, not even a snack, and there are no screens so unless the flight safety talk is our entertainment why ask how we liked it?. One of the flight attendants say in the back of the plane as people filed in to their seats, yelling orders about where to put baggage and telling people to hurry up. It was the least professional experience I've ever had on a flight.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent Frontier Airlines flight. I was charged $99 at the gate because my bag was said to be too large, yet once onboard there was no available overhead bin space, and I was required to place the bag under the seat in front of me anyway. This made the charge feel unnecessary and unfair. Additionally, before the flight even took off, I was asked to move from the seat I paid for into a middle seat so another passenger and her cat could have my seat to themselves. I was not offered compensation or an explanation for being moved from a paid seat. Between the unexpected bag fee and being forced to give up my seat, this experience fell well below acceptable customer service standards. I would appreciate a review of this situation and appropriate compensation.
It was costly and difficult to check in. $85 to take a small suitcase with me, carry on or checked and $75 on the return trip, Plus $25 if I didn't check my self in check in $25, because I couldn't do it on the kiosk. Small very uncomfortable seats, waited on the runway for near an hour each way. It was my worst flight to date.
It was ok. It was expensive to check 2 bags ($75.00 per bag), and then it took a long time to wait for shuttle to take us from one terminal to the terminal where the plane was taking off at LAX. And all of this for a flight where we had to pay for any food or drink that was not water.
