Cons: "Kayak sold me a “lite” ticket on Swiss, but never mentioned that it didn’t include baggage. Even though Swiss is Star Alliance they didng count my Star Alliance Gold status for free bags and didn’t offer an upgrade. Zurich was incredibly hot and the airport didn’t have air conditoning anywhere. The boarding was worse than Ryan Air. The plane was okd and super uncomfortable. staff was rude and not at all helpful. Swiss is definitely a budget air line!!!!"

Both our flight out of LHR to GVA and our return were smooth as can be. Nice job, Swiss!"

Cons: "While waiting for boarding I overheard a young woman, who was traveling with several companions, screaming to her mother on the phone that she and her friends had all gotten bedbugs and were in agony! She was making plans to leave all of her bags in the driveway when she got home. I discretely let boarding staff know and was told there is nothing they can do about it. They also cannot change my flight, or my seat, in the event that I am seated next to the person with the issue. They did give me a bag in which to place my carry on before storing it overhead. But once on the plane, I realized that my checked bag would be thrown in with everyone else's. In addition, I had forgotten to preorder gluten free food. The airline had nothing gluten free to offer me on a prolonged international flight and did not even offer to produce any gluten free snack (peanuts? cheese?) to tide me over. My luggage is still sitting in my car awaiting a process. However, in the unfortunate event that it has come into contact with bedbugs it may be too late :("

Cons: "Having to pay for a second checked bag. And the refreshment (I think it was supposed to be ice cream) was awful. Also, I think it was the young pilots virgin flight. The jerky take off and bouncy initial flight was capped off with an approach to the runway for landing that was very scary, much too fast and wobbly. Thankfully the plane was pulled back up into the air, just before touch down, circled for ten minutes, and retried the landing. This time perfectly smooth and successful."

Cons: "In Zurich if you travel to US or Canada, they have just before the gates some security check that ONLY verifies the passport. It seemed weird to me. Why are they not excluding transferring passengers from this nightmare. Because it is a nightmare. Long and disorganized lines where travelers, that have diverse leaving times, are trying to enter 4 check points that work slow and nobody manages all that mess. On the plane, absolute unnecessarily (they had extra unoccupied seats) they took one of our carry-on-s with the check in luggage. The seats are extremely tight and offer a very small place for the economy class. Nothing special about the food."

Cons: "Lufthansa flight from Florence to Frankfurt was 45 mins late, so a large group of passengers had 30 mins to transfer from plane to bus to terminal to security to gate on other side of airport. They offered no assistance other than to say run, which we did the whole way. When we reached the gate less than 5 minutes after scheduled takeoff they said flight was closed and next flight was 18 hours later. Not one passenger successfully made the transfer. It took over 2 hours to get hotel and food vouchers, and we were forced to stay in airport Holiday Inn with now sweaty clothes and no luggage. Everyone was furious, and the entire incident could have been easily avoided in many ways, including by delaying the flight 5 mins or by providing passenger transportation at any point in the 30 minute transfer from the Lufthansa A arrival gate and the Lufthansa Z departure gate."

An hour of my time was wasted, which almost resulted in my missing the one-hour before take-off check-in deadline. The only reason I didn’t miss the deadline was because the flight was late taking off."

Cons: "4/4 flights with involuntary stop-overs were delayed, causing 4 panics and 2 missed flights. Given their proclivity for busing passengers to distant planes in Herman efforts, a 50-minute allowance for changing planes, when added to the frequent Kate departures, is just not sufficient. They should acknowledge it and sell only flights that allow for 80-90 minutes in the airports that are so woefully managed (eg, Frankfurt and Munich). It’s back to BA for me!"

Got in late on the connecting flight and literally had to run through the terminal to get to the gate, Then after all of the stress we got on the plane from another bus. That's the bad thing about connecting through German hubs on Liftansa: they make very tight connections and you don't know if they will wait at the second flight to not. I have missed by minutes in the past in similar situations. And no other flight to Dublin from Munich until hours later"

Always asking if everything was alright and how she could make the flight better for me. She took a genuine interest in me and my travels. We engaged in great conversation and she was extremely pleasant. Thank you Lori!"
Cons: "The in flight entertainment on the back seat did not work. Also, I paid over $16 for Internet to work during the flight and it constantly kept dropping signal and connection. The router went in and out all flight. It should have been reimbursed but was never taken care of."

More foods which can be easily stored and served-Roma noodles I've had on Asian flights are great alternatives to "meals". I know it's hard to please everyone but eating on flights is more to help time pass and not arrive starving. Go with great self contained "snacks". Forget the "meals"."

Cons: "At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included."

Pros: "Economy comfort was very nice, food decent, plenty of toilets to avoid overcrowding, and good entertainment selection."

Cons: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Cons: "They have one line of executive class after the kitchen and toilet, is very noisy."

Pros: "Entertainment was good, and crew was very nice and accommodating. Flight was very comfortable and smooth."

Pros: "Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost."
Cons: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Cons: "Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

Pros: "Loved the service...everything was excellent"
Cons: "The bus class seat was a bit narrow at the feet"

Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable. The individual screens are simply outdated like you basically will damage your eyes looking at them. No chargers for phones."

Cons: "Didn't allow my carry on. Said too big. Same bag was on earlier connecting flight on much smaller plane. Also on flight on Southwest week prior. But larger intercontinental flight wouldn't allow it."

Pros: "Airline staff good and professional"
Cons: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."

Pros: "great choice of entertainment content, friendly crew"

Cons: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!"

Pros: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Cons: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

Pros: "Short, comfortable flight. Nothing special. Got us where we needed to be without incident."
Cons: "Nothing. This is filler text to meet the min. characters."

Pros: "Excellent service, excellent food."
