Cons: DTW to FLL, plane was delayed coming from BOS to DTW 5 hours for BOS weather. The plane arrived & they announced they would turn it around ASAP. They started the boarding process & then stopped it stating that a crew member had timed out. Delayed hour to FIND one. Shortly after delayed overnight.

Cons: Does basic economy not get beverage service? My husband who was in basic economy and two rows in front of me got a beverage. The crew skipped from my row, # 22 all the way to the back. There was no rough air that would’ve made them cut off or announcement made that service was being discontinued.

Cons: It was almost 6 hours late. Performed brilliantly like a classic United delay updated in 30 minute increments? Could have taken the next two flights and left earlier. Could have driven and got there earlier. Luckily we were able to get three really crappy seats on a later connection to Frankfurt

Cons: The check in process was a nightmare at Amsterdam airport. Partly due to the not being able to check bag straight through, multiple visits to counters, long lines for dropping off bag, and in ability to check in on line or on app from either Lufthansa or United. Each site said visit the other site.

Pros: Excellent crew excellent a young small brunette was not very friendly or accommodating. Otherwise the whole crew would have gotten 5 starts. Everything else was wonderful!

Cons: All our chosen seats were disregarded the entire way from Munich back to Raleigh because the airline was switched to United. My family was separated on all flights, even though we chose seats over a month in advance.

Pros: first flight was cancelled: second flight was 4 hours late so I did not get on it because I would miss connections and any later flight would put into Kiev at 1 AM... thus 3 nights with no sleep. I then cancelled.

Cons: first cancellation was understandable but everything after that was a fiasco including waiting 11 hours in Customer Service line to rebook cancelled flight.

The crew shows up and begins their pre-flight preparations, but we then could not get off the shuttle because of broken air system

There not enough room in the box for me to explain my experience but the ticket agent lied to me, said he couldn't take my bag until I got a paper receipt and boarding pass from a kiosk despite having had pre-paid for my bag and digital boarding pass. 25 mins wasted
