Three days earlier when flying to MIA, my United app had a great, large movie selection, so I picked one movie to watch and thought I would save the movie I really wanted to watch for my return flight. However, my return/very delayed flight had two movie options. It's the united app, why did one day have 50 movies and the second flight have two?? Shouldnt it be the same across the board? My best friends wedding and Night at the Museum 3 are not good options of entertainment."

This time they were on time both ways, even though there was a snow storm on the way back. I like getting to pick my seat and my bags showed up so I was happy."

And the worst of all is they wanted me to sign up for their miles club and credit card...not gonna happen"

They delayed the flight 7 hours before they agreed to give us our money back. It took them another 2 hours to get our bags off the original plane so that we could book another airline. Some customers had been bumped on Frontier 3 days in a row. Many with small children. Frontier never did anything to help with hotel or food for those nights. Will never fly Frontier again."

Our luggage cost us over $200.00, our seats over $300.00 even a coffee was $2.99. The seats are ridiculous. We paid for the expensive seats thinking that meant we'd have extra leg room, and you know a reclining seat...haha!! No, we were wrong! We had LESS leg room because we were in the first row , we had to hold our purse/backpack in our laps because the overhead was full (Even though we were in row A! The flight attendants allow people to put their baggage anywhere, not necessarily over there seat, so we were screwed). Our seats were like sitting on sharp metal objects. We were 35 minutes late leaving the airport, the crew didn't see fit to tell us why. The luggage took twice as long as other airlines to get to.the terminal... In a nutshell this so called "cheap fare" winded up costing us over $1,000.00 once all extras were added. We will NEVER fly Frontier again."

Cons: "When getting my boarding pass I was told I did not need to pay for my carry on as it met Frontier's requirements. When I arrived to the gate, I was told I had to pay $60 for the carry on. I explained the situation and the woman at the gate kiosk said she would "tell her supervisor and get the lady in trouble." The woman's urgency to so hastily throw a co-worker under the bus demonstrated a lack of "unity" among Frontier as a whole. When I got on the plane, there was no room for my "carry on" I just paid $60 for. Subsequently, I was told to bring my bag to the back, then to "bring it to the front", finally resulting in having to have it checked. We were forty minutes late taking off and neither the pilot or crew was apologetic for the inconvience. During the flight, a man expressed concern for my situation and being misinformed about the bag requirements only to result in being penalized and having to pay a $60 fee. The flight attended, assuming I was asleep, and having no knowledge of the situation, said "that's what she gets for trying to sneak her bag on." The unprofessionalism of the situation was again, extremely evident and portrays a negative image of Frontier as a whole. At the very least, the women could have honored the price to carry on/check a bag online or self service kiosk. Upon landing, I legitimately verbatim said to the man in front of me "$20 bucks we don't have a gate." Almost immediately upon saying this, the pilot said "unfortunately, Denver Internstional Airport has an ongoing issue with flights getting a gate so passengers can deplane." Had this been the first time this has happened, it would not have been an issue. I fly very frequently and have never had this issue with any airline except Frontier and Spirit, which..coincidently are owned by eachother. Not only is the issue specific to Frontier and Spirit, it is an ongoing issue. We waited in the plane for 45 minutes and the worst part? The pilot didn't even have the audacity to apologize. Instead, he blamed it on the airport. Again, failing to demonstrate any sort of professionalism. I am very disappointed with this experience in it's entirety. Last time my friend flew to Vegas on Frontier, the pilot said "Apparently Spirit couldn't afford a gate." While it was frustrating, at least he was able to make light of the ongoing issue. The passengers then got off the plane, right there on the taxi lane. I took the earlier flight that same day from Vegas to Denver and had the same situation, only we waited nearly 2 hours to get a gate and deplane. Again, no apology and purely blaming Denver International Airport. It is baffling that any airline would have the audacity to blame an entire airport dedicated to the well being, safety, and travel efficiency of the people who come in and out of it. Frontier's failure to acknowledge and express apology concerning the reoccurring issues of the airline is concerning. Did I mention the smell of urine filled the entire back of the plane"

We were in line to check in at 4:45 am. There was a notice stating they wouldn't start checking us in until 5:05. No one was there. Finally two young ladies sauntered over to the desk at 5:45. Frontier leaves so much to be desired."
Cons: "I had an early morning flight. When I arrived there was no security setup so I had to wait in the ticketing area for 2 hours. Then when I got to the gate I plugged in my phone and fell asleep before I could get an alarm set. They knew I checked in and made it through security and had to see me alone sleeping there and made no attempt to wake me and I woke up to see the plane deprating and the crew gone. When I went to ask the counter what happened they said it was my fault and I should have listened to the announcements. Then tried to charge me $100+ for a next day flight. Terrible, horrible, rotten customer service, I mean who could leave someone stranded unless they were just trying to make more money? Delta would never pull that garbage."

And it is absolutely obsurd to design your planes without reclining chairs, your seats are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever flown on. And then to charge +$200 for two round trip for reclining chairs, ridiculous! I will probably never fly frontier again not will I recommend your airline to anyone."

I then had to spend $180 on an American Airlines flight as getting to Denver was not optional for me. I will NEVER fly with Frontier ever again."

Lauderdale, thus, instead of paying hotels and rebooking Spirit customers, Spirit decided to wait until every passenger boarded -- not caring that customers were missing connections in Denver. The ticket agent in Ft. Lauderdale was a right miserable so and so. I'll never use Spirit again."

Something like Attention: the flight you are about to book comes with very small, unpadded seats crammed closer together than most airplanes. You will be physically touching every person you sit next to. Even if you are a skinny person. The seats do not recline there is no Wi-Fi or on board entertainment. You will be nickel and dime to death so that in the end you won't actually be saving as much money as you tjought."

Cons: "The plane is extremely small, the seats were terribly uncomfortable, the attendant when I checked in kept my I'd & I had to run back from security to get it because it slipped under her keyboard, I was charged twice for my baggage....I mean I can go on."

Pros: "On the opposite side of the helpful/friendly spectrum -there was one employee who heard my story and offered to let me use one of his free flights if I was charged for some reason. He waited while I went through the ticketing process again. That was VERY generous. I wish I had taken his name down."
Cons: "Did not receive a notification that my gate had changed to an entirely different terminal and I missed my flight. There was no way to even know/find where my new gate was located. They only had one Spirit employee at the gate that was on my ticket and she was busy checking the people in for another flight. Ladies at the correct gate were not friendly or helpful. Paid $200 to stay overnight in a hotel and I missed a day of work. The check-in/ticketing area for Spirit was a madhouse."

Cons: "That it took 16 different calls to get my flight information configured after the shooting at the ft lauderdale airport. Understand the tragedy, but as an airline you have zero to no customer service appreciation, was hung up on multiple times when asked to talk to higher up management. Unable to give accurate information as well, upon gettin through the first time try said my Flight was still active although the airport was locked down an that my flight would eligible for reimbursement if I missed it, although I was unable to enter the airport."

Cons: "There was a 4 hour delay for our Spirit airlines flight to Denver because there was a "smell" coming from the airplane. After 3 and a half hours Spirit decided to compensate for the delay with a $14 voucher to be used anywhere in the airport. Unfortunately by that time there were no restaurants or stores open, other than one tiny snack bar, rendering the voucher virtually useless. I will never fly spirit again."

Pros: "We departed on time, there were email notifications about gate changes, there was turbulence and the pilot did a good job of communicating what to expect and put the seatbelt sign on."
Cons: "The prices of adding bags, especially if you're flying with spirit round trip is outrageously high. It's either $36 or $55 EACH WAY depending if you pay online beforehand or at the kiosk. The boarding pass I printed at the gate wasn't visible because they didn't have ink in the machine. I had to cut the whole line to have it reprinted, based on information from the spirit attendant, and then she didn't even help me cut the line. I looked incredibly rude to other guests- should have been escorted by her. The seats on the plane and tray tables are super small, the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper mid flight, and when I asked the attendants about the toilet paper they told me they had handled it already by putting in a box of tissues. Then they carried on complaining about their schedules to eachother and didn't ask if there was anything else I needed."
