Cons: Everything else. For starters, I purchased a ticket from LAX to Kiev with a 2 hour stop in Toronto. AIR CANADA never informed me I'll need an eTA and I had to do it under pressure of missing my flight at the airport. Connection was awful as well. My luggage never arrived to Kiev....

Pros: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Cons: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Cons: Received notification that flight was canceled/delayed & notified to checkin at airport between specific times. At the airport the checkin counter opened 3 hours & 20 minutes later than the notification announced. By the time checkin opened, all lounges had closed. Also, flight was further delayed.

Cons: They let people smoke on the plane and didn't do anything about it which was bizarre.

Cons: Running out of bin space by Group 3 is just wrong.

Pros: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Cons: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Cons: The condition of the flight attendants should be improve so that they not appear to be grouchy all the time. My video display was not functioning, when I asked for help the flight attendant seemed offended. He went to the back and did get it fixed. I thanked him, but he did not even look at me.

Cons: Boarding procedures are a disaster. The plane arrived early however there was not a gate available for 45-60 minutes. Removal of the bags for customs inspection also took over 45 minutes. We then missed our connecting flight Out luggage made the plane but we didn’t!

Cons: They had problem with plane and had to change it. Then we havd the proper allowed carry on and they had no space.... short thrip of a little over an hour but the getting to leave was the worse....

Cons: Probably the most uncomfortable flight I have taken in a very very long time. The ride was smooth but the seat was so terribly uncomfortable. I was in pain on arrival.

Cons: This is basically a southwest plain with a curtain to separate classes. No entertainment, no first class seats, no WiFi. Just a seat between us. No legroom. Y’all should be ashamed to call that first class. Waste of $

Cons: The great seats we reserved were given to staff and we were stuck by bathrooms & crying babies. My husband’s seat was parallel to a mom of an infant traveling alone.He could not recline because she’d have to step over him. We’re compassionate but these seats are too $ not to use for intended purpose

Pros: Efficient well groomed staff, thoughtful amenities such as baby seat belts & toiletry kit containing toothbrushes. Palatable tasty cuisine.

Cons: Boarding was a complete debacle. There was no rhyme or reason and that led to it taking forever. The flight staff were rude and not very responsive. Among many things, they ran into a nearby elderly passengers seat several times with food/beverage carts and did not apologize.

Cons: Long delays leaving NY JFK and leaving Casablanca (waiting for passengers on a connecting flight) and after landing at JFK. This makes it a very long day returning to NYC. Everything else was excellent (crew, equipment, entertainment, food).

Cons: Royal Air Maroc flight boarding was poor with delayed departure due to “loading of bags as per airline announcement.

Cons: Being near the back of the plane we missed out on all the food options except for the chicken wrap which was horrible. You ran out of everything else.

Cons: Crew skipped our isle for drinks, couldn’t be bothered to come back. Didn’t respond to call lights. Flight was overcrowded, poor guy behind me couldn’t even fit in his seat, had to keep his legs in the aisle and fold them in ever time someone went by.
