So they let the passengers be crammed together in the rest of the plane and left numerous empty seats that could have been used! It’s was just rude. They also served drinks and never checked back to pick up the garbage. Didn’t tell us to raise our seats or put up our table trays before landing. So, as I exited the plane I handed them my garbage! I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!"

Cons: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

I thought they may just not have online check in option for certain routes. Then we found out people from same flight did get reminder. My husband and I both have globe entry. They did it right when we flew out. On the way back, there was no TSA sign on my boarding pass, so I was redirected to regular line. The plane wasn’t full on the returned flight, yet they assigned seats indifferent rows and way back of plane. I notice there were some empty seats in the front and middle of plane, they packed a lot of people in the back and separated people who traveled together but not paid and selected seats. Is it policy of Sun Country airline? Last time we took Sun Country, they didn’t assigned seats accurately although we paid fee for selected seats. After sending in complain, they did refund the selected fee for my husband. Hope they would see this and improve their ticketing."

My mother was taken right away, I eventually walked off having to lean against wall. No chair available. Eventually I pushed my mother while granddaughter managed our bags. I met my chair coming while nearing exit. We made it and I understand how many people need assistance. All and all it went great."

We were on a connecting flight so it was no chance of making the second leg of our flight. I used an AA discount to get a room in Charlotte but we didn’t get to the airport until almost 2am so I had called to cancel that hour before making it to Charlotte but was told I may still be charged for the room even tho at this point it was outta my control. It would be great if the airline took care of giving you shelter when you are stuck in limbo with no reason behind while you are stuck. American is a good airline but they seriously dropped the ball this trip."

Basic economy had my wife and I 16 rows apart each in a middle seat. I was in the very last seat on the plane. Flight attendants were attentive and surprisingly very nice, legroom is non-existent (same as every flight in plain coach)."

The flight was delayed a total of 5 times for a total delay of about 4 hours. The original scheduled flight was for 6:35 pm and we didn't actually leave the ground until almost 10:30. We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights."

Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks."

On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"

When it did come time to board, they told everyone in the line that was going to Cincinnati that we couldn't check in until 2 hours before the departure time. Apparently there were some other flights that left before us. If they had told us to keep our place in line and to let other people through, that wouldn't have been a problem. But, they didn't. Their own website says you should check baggage at least 2 hours before your flight and no more than 4 hours before. They took it upon themselves to change the rules on people who arrive early. Then, once they no longer had anyone else to check in, they changed their rules again and start checking in people for Cincinnati about 2.5 hours ahead of time. A little communication and brain power from the staff would have gone a long way. After all that mess, the flight was delayed leaving about 15 minutes without any updates from Allegiant either."

When I was at the counter first, not the other woman. The Service Agent in Orland on my way back was rude as well. She gave my Mom and I attitude about my luggage being overweight. Told us to pay the $50 or figure it out. We had expressed already paying the $18 to check the luggage to begin with and wanted to see if that amount could be included in the $50. The Service Agent scoffed at us and turned up her nose. Great air service, horrible ground service."

I am not certain what the problem is, but it is a significant issue with them. Captain was "bubbly" and upbeat without properly managing the passengers' expectations. Bad public relations."

Not surprisingly the gate agent was very rude when we approached her with the issue, insinuated it was our fault, that we were extra trouble for traveling with 2 small children, and that we may have to be bumped. We were finally accommodated at the last second but it was unneeded stress. Also several flight attendants gave us a hard time for bringing aboard our infant car seat despite the fact it is FAA approved and we bought a seat for it and it is the current recommendation of the FAA to do so."

Most traumatic was on the return trip, at the gate as we were removed from our prepaid seats, due to the fact that the ground crew checking us in asked us abruptly weather we could assist in the case of emergency, I replied, "Yes", but my partner was confused and did not understood the question nor the context as to what or why she was being asked! As I tried to explained that she was German and that the question had confused her and didn't primped reply, the crew stope us from boarding the flight, and demanded that our seats be changed for someone who could understand English! We explained that we both understood and spoke English perfectly well... But no one was going to reason with us and quickly removed us from our seats and had us put into the back sectioned which was without extralegal room and proceeded to give our seat out to another couple who volunteered... Without charging extra... It was appalling their behavior and unreasonable gestures towards their customers and at that a Gold member of the Alliance. We will no longer book flights with United no matter what comes, even if we have to fly around the world to get there pay triple etc. It felt a hint of racism and with the state of things, I do hope others take heed in consideration of flying with this airline. Thank you"
